Abstract

Description
本发明与一种具有在运输位置和着地卸货位置之间可转换的底座的已改进的自动或非自动车有关,特别是与此类车的车轮组件有关。
从广义来说,本发明包括有一个适于连到一个叉臂或U形底盘的车轮组件,它有:
一个从第一端到底盘的臂呈可转动悬挂的后臂;
一个位于或邻近后臂自由端装配的车轮短轴;
一个位于邻近上述车轮短轴装配件的后臂上的连结装置;
一个第一托架呈可转动地连到上述后臂的连结装置;
一个连结在或邻近上述托架中点的板簧;
一个第二托架,其一端可转动地连到上述第一托架一侧的底盘上,其另一端可转动地连到板簧的一端,而上述板簧的另一端则连到上述第一托架另一侧的底盘上。
一个消震器连在第一托架和邻近第二托架的底盘之间。
现参照附图详细叙述本发明,其中:

本发明是PCT国际专利申请的No.PCT/AU 95/00162所述发明的一种改型,故而No.PCT/AU 95/00162在此作为参考文献。
如图1和图2所示,本发明利用一个叉臂或U形后底盘(1),该底盘的前面则连到车厢(未示出)的后面,底盘(1)有两个从端轨(23)延伸的臂(22),各臂(22)有一个下件(24),下件(24)在两端中间有一台阶(25),下件(24)通过支柱(4)连到一顶轨上(26)。这些端柱(4)都是空心的。
如图3和图4所示,垫座(2)有一个带有一合适底板(29)和侧壁30的刚性加强底座(28),导杆3位于靠近垫座(2)的转角处而垫座(2)则位于底盘(1)的臂(22)之间,从而以PCT/AU95/00162专利所述的同样方式支撑。垫座(2)上的导杆(3)呈可伸缩地与底盘(1)上的端柱(4)相啮合,因此能采用任何的升降装置,诸如液压升降,缆绳升降或蜗轮蜗杆升降装置。
可配合底盘而构成一个背部开口的车厢或一个封闭的车厢,如图3和图4所示,垫座(2)呈可转动地连到其上,连到一短斜板(5)但没有尾门,真的后门开在底盘本体上。
导杆(3)和端柱(4)之间的可伸缩连结增强了底盘(1)的刚度,如果导杆在底盘上而端柱在垫座上,这也是可行的,因此,端柱(4)可采纳一蜗轮驱动马达用螺纹合适地拧入导杆3,通过蜗轮驱动马达的驱动,使垫座(2)在着地卸货位置和抬高运输位置之间移动。同样,驱动装置既可以是一个位于垫座的齿条或底盘上的齿条与位于另一垫座或底盘上的齿轮相配合,从而齿轮沿着齿条转动而升降垫座。
图5所示为本发明一实施例的车轮组件,一个后臂(7)呈可转动地连到底盘(1)上。如图6所示,一轴(8)的外端穿过一个外罩(9)进入支板(11)的环形部分(10),支板(11)连到底盘的支柱(12)以把后臂(7)的负载传回到底盘。短轴装配件(20)装在后臂(7)的自由端(13)而短轴向件(21)则用螺栓固定在短轴装配件(20)上。后臂(7)的自由端(13)通过工件(15)和板簧夹(16)可转动地连到板簧(14)的中心,在此情况下,板簧夹(16)则支承在工件(15)的套筒(17)上。
板簧(14)的一端连到底盘(1)上而板簧(14)的另一端则可转动地连到工件(18)上,而工件(18)则可转动地连到底盘(1)上。一个消震器(19)从板簧夹(16)伸出直到靠近工件(18)的底盘(1)处,这种特别的外形提供了一种坚固耐用的悬挂系统。
如图5所示,短轴装配件位于台阶(25)之后以便在使用时为部件的移动提供足够的空间,同时,如图9所示后臂从短轴装配件端到另外一端有一个锥度。
显然,上述的实施例只要在不偏离本发明的精神和保护范围的前提下,可以进行各种修改。
Claims (8)
1.一种适于与一叉臂或U形底盘相连的车轮组件,包括有:
一后臂从底盘的第一端到一个臂呈可转动地悬挂;
一车轮短轴装配件位于或靠近后臂的自由端;
一连结装置位于邻近上述车轮短轴装配件的上述后臂;
一第一托架可转动地连到上述后臂的连结装置;
一板簧连到或邻近上述第一托架的中间;
一第二托架有一端可转动地连到上述第一托架一侧的底盘上,而上述板簧的另一端则连到上述第一托架另一侧的底盘上;和
一消震器连在第一托架和邻近上述第二托架的底盘之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮组件,其特征在于后臂在连到底盘臂的轴上可以转动,支板支撑并啮合轴的自由端,支板还固定地连到从底盘臂伸出的加强支柱。
3.一车辆有:
一个垫座有多个从垫座伸出且相互平行的柱;
一叉臂或U形底盘有大致垂直底盘平面而延伸的侧壁;
细长平行的工件位于上述侧壁且可伸缩地与上述垫座上的平行柱相啮合以便增强底盘的刚度并且在底盘从抬起的运输位置转到着地的装货位置时保持垫座在大致同一定向上。
驱动装置用来把上述垫座在上述运输位置和上述装货位置之间移动;以及
一个位于底盘各臂的车轮组件有:
一后臂从第一端到底盘的一个臂呈可转动地悬挂;
一车轮短轴装配件位于或邻近后臂的自由端;
一连结装置位于邻近上述车轮短轴装配件的上述后臂;
一第一托架可转动地连到上述后臂的连结装置;
一板簧连到或邻近上述第一托架的中间;
一第二托架有一端在上述第一托架一侧可转动地连到底盘的臂上并有另一端可转动地连到板簧的一端,而板簧的另一端则在上述第一托架的另一侧连到底盘的臂上和
一消震器连在第一托架和邻近第二托架的底盘臂之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述内车辆,其特征在于底盘的各臂呈台阶而构成一下前部和一上背部,后臂的第一端可转动地连到底盘臂的下前部而第二托架则连到底盘臂的上背部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,其特征在于后臂在连到底盘臂的下部的轴上可转动而轴的自由端由一支板啮合和支撑,该支板固定地连到一从底盘臂的下部伸出的加强支柱上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆,其特征在于底盘有两个相对的侧壁和一个端壁,各个壁包括一个由加强支柱相连的顶轨和底轨以及驱动装置位于靠近底盘的四个角。
7.根据权利要求3到6中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于驱动装置有一个蜗轮蜗杆驱动。
8.根据权利要求3到6中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于驱动装置包含有四个液压缸,各液压缸位于邻近底盘的各个角并且有它们的各自穿过底盘各底轨的活塞杆。
