本发明公开了一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套,包括中心设有台阶孔的套体,所述套体的外圆周壁上均布有三个连接耳,连接耳与套体之间设有加强筋;所述套体上设有第一螺纹连接孔,连接耳上设有第二螺纹连接孔。本发明支撑轴套设于氢化釜的内腔中,能够使得氢化搅拌轴转动更加平稳,增加氢化釜的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套。
背景技术:
现有技术的氢化釜中的搅拌轴较长,长时间使用后,搅拌轴容易发生偏心摆动,会减少氢化釜的使用寿命。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套,包括中心设有台阶孔的套体,所述套体的外圆周壁上均布有三个连接耳,连接耳与套体之间设有加强筋;
所述套体上设有第一螺纹连接孔,连接耳上设有第二螺纹连接孔。
进一步地,所述套体的外圆周壁上设有凹槽。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明支撑轴套设于氢化釜的内腔中,能够使得氢化搅拌轴转动更加平稳,增加氢化釜的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套,包括中心设有台阶孔41的套体42。为便于将本发明支撑轴套固定于氢化釜的内腔中,在套体42的外圆周壁上均布有三个连接耳43,与之相对应地,在氢化釜的内腔上设有三个凸台。
为增加本发明支撑轴套的强度,在连接耳43与套体42之间设有加强筋44。
为便于套体42与氢化釜的连接,在连接耳43上设有第二螺纹连接孔46,为便于套体42与轴承端盖的连接,在套体42上设有第一螺纹连接孔45。
在套体42的外圆周壁上设有圆形状的凹槽48。

1.一种氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套,其特征在于:包括中心设有台阶孔(41)的套体(42),所述套体(42)的外圆周壁上均布有三个连接耳(43),连接耳(43)与套体(42)之间设有加强筋(44);
所述套体(42)上设有第一螺纹连接孔(45),连接耳(43)上设有第二螺纹连接孔(46)。
2.如权利要求1所述的氢化搅拌轴支撑轴套,其特征在于:所述套体(42)的外圆周壁上设有凹槽(48)。
