背景技术
可以不同的方式将多余的能量从具有快速旋转的转子的废气涡轮增压器中导出。
文件WO 2013/118308 A1说明了一种带有废气涡轮增压器的系统,在其中液压泵经由联结器与废气涡轮增压器的转子连接。
文件EP 1 961 936 A1说明了一种所谓的混合式废气涡轮增压器,在其中电机经由联结器与废气涡轮增压器的转子连接并且作为发电机来运行。如果电机作为马达来运行,可经由联结器给废气涡轮增压器输送能量。
有利地经由形状配合的连接实现扭矩从废气涡轮增压器的转子传递到联结器上。文件EP 1 961 936 A1示出一种在联结器与压缩机轮之间的形状配合的连接。
如果现有的废气涡轮增压器应装备有用于能量回收/能量供应的系统,值得追求在不改变转子且尤其不改变压缩机轮的情况下在联结器与转子之间能够实现待后来建立的连接。
在此,尤其对于具有通过旋拧被固定在轴处的压缩机轮的转子(如在文件DE 10100 977 A1中所公开的那样),出现该问题,即螺纹连接在输入或输出能量时被松开或过度拉紧,由此会损害在压缩机轮与轴之间的连接的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可简单改装的用于将辅助机器固定在废气涡轮增压器的转子处的联结装置,其不损害在转子的各个组成部分之间的螺纹连接。
在此,根据本发明对于由多个单件组装而成的转子在将压缩机轮固定在轴处的螺母处被削弱。压缩机轮自身保持不与联结装置接触。联结装置固定在螺母处且根据本发明具有用于从轴到联结元件上传递力矩的附加的器件。该传递力矩的器件有利地接合在轴端部处的相应的凹部中,例如在将螺母拧紧在轴上时需要该凹部来固定轴且该凹部构造为内六边形。用于力矩传递的相应的器件是外六边形,其直接构造在联结元件处或经由中间件间接地固定在联结元件处且如此负责在轴与联结元件之间的形状配合的连接。
如果压缩机轮在轴处的旋拧的固定包括带有被拧入轴中的轴插入件(Welleneinsatzstueck)的多件式轴,根据本发明在轴处的内螺纹与在轴插入件处的外螺纹之间的螺纹连接通过扭转止动元件(Verdrehsicherungselement)来防止该螺纹连接的无意松开。扭转止动元件在此作为环状元件被推到轴插入件上且以外螺纹拧入轴中附加的内螺纹中直至止挡。这两个螺纹连接可选地具有不同的螺距,以便进一步使无意松开变困难。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出内燃机10的增压装置,其包括带有废气涡轮4和压缩机2的废气涡轮增压器,其中,涡轮叶轮和压缩机轮经由废气涡轮增压器的轴30相互连接。在压缩机侧,辅助机器经由联结器50与废气涡轮增压器的转子相连接。辅助机器例如是用于将能量输入废气涡轮增压器中或从废气涡轮增压器中取出的电机或液压泵。
图2显示出具有被推到轴30上的压缩机轮20的组件,利用被拧在轴端部的外螺纹上的螺母31来保护压缩机轮20免于轴向止挡。轴在其自由端部处具有凹部,在其中典型地构造有内六边形。内六边形用于在将螺母拧紧在轴上时容纳装配工具。装配工具在螺母可被拧紧期间保持轴静止。根据本发明,可将联结元件52(其以朝向左侧截断地示出)带到与螺母31形状配合地连接,如在图3中所示。这通过将多个沿着周缘分布地布置的紧固螺栓53拧紧在螺母31中的为此所设置的钻孔中来实现。联结元件52在中心具有轴向指向的突起54(其相应于内六边形构造为外六边形)并且在将联结元件52和螺母31连接在一起时与轴端部中的凹部进行形状配合的连接。这两个形状配合总地导致在轴与联结元件之间可松开的、形状配合的连接,其用于从轴至联结元件的最佳的力矩传递。由于在联结元件处的轴向突起与在轴端部中的凹部之间的形状配合的连接,负责使压缩机轮在螺母与在轴肩处的轴向止挡之间夹紧的在螺母31与轴30之间的螺纹连接保持不受到联结元件上的力矩传递的影响。
可选地,在该实施形式中或在所有下面另外介绍的实施形式中,代替在轴端部中的凹部中的内六边形和在联结元件处的突起上的外六边形,可设置有另外构型的、彼此协调的轮廓。突起和凹部也可交换。或者凹部和突起可构型成锥形,其中,在该情况中力矩传递不是通过在凹部与突起之间的形状配合、而是通过挤压的力配合来实现。由此,还可在将固定器件53与在螺母中设置用于容纳其的钻孔连接在一起时补偿可能的角度偏差。在借助于相协调的轮廓的形状配合的连接的情况中,如在图9中所示,固定器件53布置在沿着周缘延伸的长孔51中并且可在这些长孔内移动到期望的位置中。必要时可在固定器件的螺栓头与联结元件的具有长孔的法兰之间设置垫圈,以遮盖长孔且保证大面积的挤压。
图4显示出联结装置的第二实施形式,在其中联结元件52在更大的半径上与废气涡轮增压器的转子相连接。对此,例如通过多个沿着周缘分布地布置的紧固螺栓在固定压缩机轮的螺母31上固定有第一中间件55,如在图的上部中所示。接下来,通过如在第一实施形式中那样将轴向突起作为外六边形引入轴端部中的中心凹部中且借助于多个沿着周缘分布地布置的紧固螺栓将第二中间件固定在第一中间件处,经由另外的中间件56在轴30与第一中间件55之间建立形状配合的连接。最后,利用多个处于外部的、又沿着周缘分布地布置的紧固螺栓将联结元件52固定在中间件55处,如在图5中所示。由此总地由现在三个形状配合在轴与联结元件之间产生可松开的、形状配合的连接。
如果轴如在图6中所示由两个拧到彼此中的部件组装而成,为了保证该螺纹连接根据本发明应用扭转止动元件。根据图7,扭转止动元件38位于轴插入件35上,轴插入件35以一端插入轴30的中间开口中且经由螺纹连接36被拧紧。在此,在将轴插入件35插入轴中时轴插入件被拧入直至止挡在凹部的基底处且由此被张紧。由此还在之后的运行中防止在旋拧方向上过度旋拧。因此,如果相应的力矩突然地或持久地存在,仅须在另一旋转方向上保证该螺纹连接不导致螺纹连接的无意松开。在装配轴插入件时,从其自由端这里将扭转止动元件38推到轴插入件上并且最终利用在扭转止动元件处的外螺纹拧入在轴的自由端处的内螺纹中直至止挡在突起351处。
在图8中单独示出的扭转止动元件可具有单独的、向内指向的突起382,或者但是简单地构造成环状并且以一端侧安放在轴插入件处的突起处。对于扭转止动重要的是,在轴插入件处的突起在运行中贴靠在扭转止动元件处并且由此排除轴插入件在轴向上的移动。由此,在轴插入件与轴之间的螺纹连接在两个旋转方向上张紧。如果将扭转止动元件从其螺纹连接中旋出且在轴向上在轴插入件上朝向其自由端移动,该螺纹连接才又可松开。这两个螺纹连接的螺纹可选地可具有不同的螺距。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于将辅助机器固定在废气涡轮增压器的转子处的联结装置,其包括用于拧上到废气涡轮增压器的轴(30,35)上的螺母(31)以及用于固定在所述螺母处的联结元件(52),其特征在于,所述联结装置包括用于力矩传递的器件(54),其为了将力矩从废气涡轮增压器的轴传递到所述联结装置上能够与用于在废气涡轮增压器的轴处传递力矩的相应的器件共同作用。
