阻燃防水涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料,特别是一种阻燃防水涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
防水涂料在工业生产和日常生活有广泛的应用。然而,一般的防水涂料是高分子低聚物的乳液,易燃。因此,市面上出现了阻燃改性后的防水涂料。例如,在对聚氨酯防水涂料进行阻燃改性时,将具有阻燃性的和防水性的单体进行反应,同时加入抑烟剂降低烟雾量。阻燃性较高,但工艺较为复杂。有人用阻燃多元醇与二异氰酸酯、亲水扩链剂反应制得聚氨酯防水阻燃涂料。其阻燃性的基团因为醇的水解不能顺利链接在聚氨酯分子链上,大大降低阻燃效果。现有一种纳米改性聚氨酯阻燃防水涂料,先以可溶性镁盐、可溶性铝盐为原料,在表面活性剂作用下,在水相中制备纳米改性镁铝复合阻燃剂。纳米改性镁铝复合阻燃剂与异氰酸酯共混,制得纳米阻燃剂改性异氰酸酯。异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇反应合成聚氨酯,加入扩链剂扩链后,加入涂料用的其他助剂得到纳米改性聚氨酯阻燃防水涂料。
但现有技术中纳米改性聚氨酯阻燃防水涂料存在如下缺点:
(1)不环保。目前阻燃防水涂料制备中所采用的高分子单体毒性较大,化学反应不完全,甚至有的容易挥发。反应副产物容易粘附至涂膜上。
(2)阻燃防水效果不如单一的阻燃剂、防水剂。一般的阻燃剂亲水,而一般的防水剂易燃,因此阻燃防水合在一起效果不是很理想。
(3)成本高。
因此,现有技术中防水涂料上的改进和创新是必需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种阻燃防水涂料的制备方法,可有效解决目前防水涂料不环保、对环境有污染、成本高的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,包括下以步骤:
(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:
将每3-7g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,再加入5-15g的钙基蒙脱土,室温下搅拌6-18h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土(细粉);
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.2-0.4g、改性蒙脱土2-5g,室温搅拌1-2h;再加入聚磷酸铵0.7-1.2g、三聚氰胺0.1-0.5g和硼酸锌0.1-0.3g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.3-0.5g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料;
所述的催干剂为工业用的钴皂、铅皂、锰皂、钙皂、锌皂中的一种或两种以上的组合物。
本发明具有以下突出的技术效果:
(1)环保。分散相是水,不用有机溶剂;原料蒙脱土及其改性剂、氟硅树脂均无毒环保。
(2)阻燃、防水效果均很好。
(3)成本低。蒙脱土及其改性剂、氟硅树脂均廉价易得。
(4)涂膜韧性好,具有很强的实际应用价值。

实施例1
本发明在具体实施中,包括下以步骤:
(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:

每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.3g、改性蒙脱土4g,室温搅拌1.5h;再加入聚磷酸铵1g、三聚氰胺0.3g和硼酸锌0.2g,40-60℃下搅拌2h,加入催干剂0.4g继续搅拌30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。
在本实施例中,将该阻燃防水涂料涂在木板上,室温干燥后测得其接触角为110°,用极限氧指数仪测得其极限氧指数30.5;同时,该实施例制得的涂料还具有优秀的涂膜韧性。
实施例3
本发明在具体实施中,包括下以步骤:
(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:
将每4g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,用磁力搅拌器搅拌溶解,再加入7g的钙基蒙脱土,室温下磁力搅拌8h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土(细粉);
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.25g、改性蒙脱土3g,室温搅拌1.2h;再加入聚磷酸铵0.8g、三聚氰胺0.2g和硼酸锌0.15g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.35g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。
实施例4
本发明在具体实施中,包括下以步骤:
(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:
将每6g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,再加入14g的钙基蒙脱土,室温下搅拌16h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土(细粉);
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.35g、改性蒙脱土4g,室温搅拌1.8h;再加入聚磷酸铵1.1g、三聚氰胺0.4g和硼酸锌0.25g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.45g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。
本发明经实地应用和测试,取得了非常好的有益技术效果,有关资料如下:
本发明阻燃防水涂料涂在木板上,室温干燥后测得其接触角为100-110°,用极限氧指数仪测得其极限氧指数29.5-30.5,见下表:

本发明防水阻燃剂实现了防水、阻燃效果同时达到较优水平。
防水方面:分散剂氟硅树脂乳液KT-800中的含氟基团是低表面能分子,有效降低表面能,增加疏水性。蒙脱土通过修饰较长烷基链赋予其疏水性。
阻燃方面:改性后蒙脱土不仅具有疏水性,而且具有阻燃性能。这是由于蒙脱土本身热稳定性较高,在500℃高温下仍能保持结构稳定性,还具有气体隔绝性能。主阻燃剂聚磷酸铵具有很多阻燃剂不可比拟的优势:(1)P,N质量分数高,发挥P_N协同效应,阻燃效果好。(2)分解温度高,热稳定性好。(3)溶解度低,吸湿性小(4)分散性好(5)价格低廉。另外三聚氰胺与硼酸锌作为阻燃剂的配合使用,和聚磷酸铵的作用相辅相成,协同促进,从而使得极限氧指数达到B2级别。
蒙脱土上的硅氧键、铝氧键可与聚磷酸铵形成分子间氢键,使得涂膜强度更高、韧性更好,涂抹的断裂伸长率可以达到110%。
总之,本发明阻燃防水涂料具有环保,阻燃防水效果好,成本低,涂膜韧性好,原料丰富,方法简单,易生产制备,具有很好的实际应用价值和商业价值,经济和社会效益巨大。

(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:
将每3-7g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,再加入5-15g的钙基蒙脱土,搅拌6-18h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土;
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.2-0.4g、改性蒙脱土2-5g,室温搅拌1-2h;再加入聚磷酸铵0.7-1.2g、三聚氰胺0.1-0.5g和硼酸锌0.1-0.3g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.3-0.5g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。

将每4g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,用磁力搅拌器搅拌溶解,再加入7g的钙基蒙脱土,磁力搅拌8h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土;
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.25g、改性蒙脱土3g,室温搅拌1.2h;再加入聚磷酸铵0.8g、三聚氰胺0.2g和硼酸锌0.15g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.35g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下以步骤:
(1)、制备改性蒙脱土:
将每6g的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶于150ml蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解,再加入14g的钙基蒙脱土,搅拌16h,抽滤,得滤饼,滤饼用蒸馏水反复洗涤至用0.1mol/L的AgNO3溶液检测无沉淀,然后于110℃烘干,研磨过200目筛,得改性蒙脱土;
(2)改性蒙脱土、NP/氟硅树脂阻燃防水剂的制备:
每氟硅树脂6g用水稀释至30g,再加入表面活性剂曲拉通0.35g、改性蒙脱土4g,室温搅拌1.8h;再加入聚磷酸铵1.1g、三聚氰胺0.4g和硼酸锌0.25g,40-60℃下搅拌1-3h,加入催干剂0.45g继续搅拌20-30min,即成阻燃防水涂料。
