本发明提供了一种汽车底盘护板及其加工方法,汽车底盘护板包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂30‑40份,聚酰亚胺树脂10‑15份,玻璃纤维10‑20份,聚丙烯20‑30份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15‑20份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂25‑30份,抗氧剂15‑25份,苯二甲酸二丁酯30‑35份,隔热剂0.5‑1份。本汽车底盘护板具有很强的耐候性和抗老化性,且散热性好,加工成型率高。

一种汽车底盘护板及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件领域,尤其是涉及一种汽车底盘护板及其加工方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,汽车成为人们日常出行的常用交通工具之一。汽车底盘护板是汽车的重要部件之一,起到保护汽车底部的作用。发动机在车辆行驶途中,由于路况的多样性,如遇到较差的路况会碰撞到发动机油箱底壳,使油箱漏油,从而会发生安全事故。目前,常见的汽车底盘护板采用树脂护板较多。但树脂护板的耐候性、防腐蚀性较差,产品的成型率有待提高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种汽车底盘护板及其加工方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种汽车底盘护板,包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂30-40份,聚酰亚胺树脂10-15份,玻璃纤维10-20份,聚丙烯20-30份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15-20份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂25-30份,抗氧剂15-25份,苯二甲酸二丁酯30-35份,隔热剂0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述隔热剂为镍粉、石墨粉和铜粉的混合物,其比例为1:1:1。
根据上述原料制造汽车底盘护板的加工方法,其过程如下:
1)将上述原料按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-110℃,干燥时间为4-6小时,然后加入到注塑机里;
2)设置注塑机加热段的温度,共四段温度:第一段260±5℃,第二段270±5℃,第三段275±5℃,第四段260±5℃;
3)成型、脱模。
进一步的,注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
a、第一、二段采用40-45Mpa的中压、35-40m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-2.0秒,注射胶量至产品的65-75%;
b、第二段采用60-65Mpa的中压、45-50m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.5-0.8秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%;
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的汽车底盘护板具有以下优势:本汽车底盘护板具有很强的耐候性和抗老化性,且散热性好,加工成型率高。

实施例1,一种汽车底盘护板,包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂30份,聚酰亚胺树脂10份,玻璃纤维10份,聚丙烯20份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂25份,抗氧剂15份,苯二甲酸二丁酯30份,镍粉0.2份,石墨粉0.2份和铜粉0.2份。
实施例2,一种汽车底盘护板,包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂35份,聚酰亚胺树脂12份,玻璃纤维15份,聚丙烯25份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯18份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂26份,抗氧剂19份,苯二甲酸二丁酯31份,镍粉0.25份,石墨粉0.25份和铜粉0.25份。
实施例3,一种汽车底盘护板,包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂40份,聚酰亚胺树脂15份,玻璃纤维20份,聚丙烯30份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯20份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂30份,抗氧剂25份,苯二甲酸二丁酯35份,镍粉0.3份,石墨粉0.3份和铜粉0.3份。
根据上述原料制造汽车底盘护板的加工方法,其过程如下:
1)将上述原料按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-110℃,干燥时间为4-6小时,然后加入到注塑机里。
2)设置注塑机加热段的温度,共四段温度:第一段260±5℃,第二段270±5℃,第三段275±5℃,第四段260±5℃。
注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
a、第一、二段采用40-45Mpa的中压、35-40m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为1.0-2.0秒,注射胶量至产品的65-75%。
b、第二段采用60-65Mpa的中压、4550m/s的中速度注射,注射时间为0.5-0.8秒,注射胶量至产品水口的100%。
3)成型、脱模。

1.一种汽车底盘护板,其特征在于:包括下述重量份的组分:聚氯乙烯树脂30-40份,聚酰亚胺树脂10-15份,玻璃纤维10-20份,聚丙烯20-30份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯15-20份,聚甲基硅氧烷树脂25-30份,抗氧剂15-25份,苯二甲酸二丁酯30-35份,隔热剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车底盘护板,其特征在于:隔热剂为镍粉、石墨粉和铜粉的混合物,其比例为1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘护板的加工方法,其特征在于,其过程如下:
1)将上述原料按配比混合后进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90-110℃,干燥时间为4-6小时,然后加入到注塑机里;
2)设置注塑机加热段的温度,共四段温度:第一段260±5℃,第二段270±5℃,第三段275±5℃,第四段260±5℃;
3)成型、脱模。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车底盘护板的加工方法,其特征在于,注塑段成型工艺参数如下:
