Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具,通过在内成型块和外成型块设置冷却水流道控制成型模腔的温度进行成型,在注射流道外设置控温层,通过电加热元件对注射流道的温度进行控温,可以很好地控制模具温度,并且在成型模腔左侧和右侧分别设置左顶出杆和右顶出杆,成型完毕后右顶出杆先将料顶在动模上,避免料粘在定模上,之后动模顶出料,十分方便,适用于生产中。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘骨架的注塑生产领域,尤其涉及一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机。它是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。注塑机中最主要的就是注塑模具。我公司主要生产绝缘骨架,绝缘骨架主要采用注塑机进行注塑。绝缘骨架种类有多个,且比较小,生产中一般都是一个模具一次注塑两个产品,目前的注塑模具模温控制差,顶出不彻底。因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具,通过在内成型块和外成型块设置冷却水流道控制成型模腔的温度进行成型,在注射流道外设置控温层,通过电加热元件对注射流道的温度进行控温,可以很好地控制模具温度,并且在成型模腔左侧和右侧分别设置左顶出杆和右顶出杆,成型完毕后右顶出杆先将料顶在动模上,避免料粘在定模上,之后动模顶出料,十分方便,解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模和右侧的定模,所述动模和定模中间设置有两个成型模腔,成型模腔左内侧为内成型块,成型模腔右外侧为外成型块;内成型块和外成型块内均分布有冷却水流道;所述定模中间设置有喇叭形的注射流道,注射流道左侧设置有成型流道位于动模内,成型流道两端通向两个成型模腔;所述注射流道外侧包有控温层,控温层外设置有电加热元件。
进一步改进在于:所述成型模腔左侧两端设置有左顶出杆,左顶出杆左侧连接有顶出板,顶出板左侧中间设置有顶出连接块用于连接注塑机。
进一步改进在于:所述成型模腔右侧中间设置有右顶出杆,右顶出杆连接有顶出电机。
进一步改进在于:所述动模上下两端设置有支撑块,支撑块设置有吹气管,吹气管右侧连接有吹气头,吹气头对着成型模腔。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模1和右侧的定模2,所述动模1和定模2中间设置有两个成型模腔3,成型模腔3左内侧为内成型块4,成型模腔3右外侧为外成型块5;内成型块4和外成型块5内均分布有冷却水流道6;所述定模2中间设置有喇叭形的注射流道7,注射流道7左侧设置有成型流道8位于动模1内,成型流道8两端通向两个成型模腔3;所述注射流道7外侧包有控温层9,控温层9外设置有电加热元件10。所述成型模腔3左侧两端设置有左顶出杆11,左顶出杆11左侧连接有顶出板12,顶出板12左侧中间设置有顶出连接块13用于连接注塑机。所述成型模腔3右侧中间设置有右顶出杆14,右顶出杆14连接有顶出电机15。所述动模1上下两端设置有支撑块16,支撑块16设置有吹气管17,吹气管17右侧连接有吹气头18,吹气头18对着成型模腔3。
通过在内成型块4和外成型块5设置冷却水流道6控制成型模腔3的温度进行成型,在注射流道7外设置控温层9,通过电加热元件10对注射流道7的温度进行控温,可以很好地控制模具温度,并且在成型模腔3左侧和右侧分别设置左顶出杆11和右顶出杆14,成型完毕后右顶出杆14先将料顶在动模1上,避免料粘在定模2上,之后动模1顶出料,十分方便,适用于生产中。

1.一种绝缘骨架的注塑模具,包括有合在一起的左侧的动模(1)和右侧的定模(2),其特征在于:所述动模(1)和定模(2)中间设置有两个成型模腔(3),成型模腔(3)左内侧为内成型块(4),成型模腔(3)右外侧为外成型块(5);内成型块(4)和外成型块(5)内均分布有冷却水流道(6);所述定模(2)中间设置有喇叭形的注射流道(7),注射流道(7)左侧设置有成型流道(8)位于动模(1)内,成型流道(8)两端通向两个成型模腔(3);所述注射流道(7)外侧包有控温层(9),控温层(9)外设置有电加热元件(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述绝缘骨架的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述成型模腔(3)左侧两端设置有左顶出杆(11),左顶出杆(11)左侧连接有顶出板(12),顶出板(12)左侧中间设置有顶出连接块(13)用于连接注塑机。
3.如权利要求2所述绝缘骨架的注塑模具,其特征在于:所述成型模腔(3)右侧中间设置有右顶出杆(14),右顶出杆(14)连接有顶出电机(15)。
