Abstract

本发明提供了一种自动切片装置,其包括装置主体、挡板、切片单元和推进单元,装置主体包括盒体和设置在盒体内的安放槽,挡板通过螺钉固定在盒体侧壁上,盒体侧壁上开设有安放槽的出口,切片单元包括电机减速器、驱动轴杆和螺旋桨,电机减速器设置在盒体中,螺旋桨配置于挡板与盒体侧壁之间的间隙中,在电机减速器的驱动下能够在间隙中旋转,推进单元安装在安放槽中,包括压缩弹簧和推块,压缩弹簧一端固定在盒体壁上,另一端固定在推块上,能够带动推块在安放槽中滑动,压缩弹簧处于最大长度时,推块刚好位于安放槽的出口处。本发明的自动切片装置能够实现自动切割功能,可以灵活地选择需要切割厚度,切割厚度由盒体与挡板之间的距离控制。

技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体涉及一种自动切片装置。
背景技术
目前市场上流行的切片机主要有两种,一种是需要人工手动切割的牛羊肉片切片机,一般常见于自助餐厅,另外一种是绞肉切片机,一般常见于肉店;这两种切片机都是适用于肉类等柔性食物,切割厚度不能自由选择。对于像土豆,苹果这种脆硬食物,目前市场上有一种简单的刨片板能够帮助人们将它们刨切成片,但是刨切厚度也是完全取决于刨片板的切口厚度,并且在刨切时,很容易伤手;为此,本发明设计了一种主要针对脆性食物的自动化切片装置,这种装置不但能够自动选择切片厚度,而且不伤手,体积小,结构简单,非常适合家用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自动切片装置,该装置可以对家中常用的蔬菜例如土豆,地瓜,水果等进行有效地片状切割,同时该装置可以满足不同的切割厚度需求;
本发明的自动切片装置包括装置主体、挡板、切片单元和推进单元,所述装置主体包括盒体和设置在所述盒体内的安放槽,所述挡板为平板状,以与所述盒体侧壁的平面状外表面平行的方式通过螺钉固定在所述盒体侧壁上,所述挡板与所述盒体侧壁之间的间隙能够调节,所述盒体侧壁上开设有所述安放槽的出口,所述切片单元包括电机减速器、驱动轴杆和螺旋桨,所述电机减速器设置在所述盒体中,所述螺旋桨配置于所述挡板与所述盒体侧壁之间的间隙中,并通过所述驱动轴杆与所述电机减速器连接,在所述电机减速器的驱动下能够在所述间隙中旋转,所述推进单元安装在所述安放槽中,其包括压缩弹簧和推块,所述压缩弹簧一端固定在所述盒体壁上,另一端固定在所述推块上,能够带动所述推块在所述安放槽中滑动,所述压缩弹簧处于最大长度时,所述推块刚好位于所述安放槽的出口处。
优选所述螺旋桨包括成对的刀片和推杆,分别间隔地交替地配置于所述驱动轴杆上,从而分别完成物料的切割和推出功能。
优选所述螺旋桨包括一个刀片和一个推杆,所述刀片和推杆呈180度夹角配置。
优选在位于安放槽的正上方的所述盒体上开设有投放口,所述投放口能够通过盖板盖住。
优选所述盖板为槽口嵌入式盖板,所述盖板上加工有微型插槽,所述盒体上加工有与微型插槽相配合的槽口。
优选所述盒体与所述挡板之间通过弹簧螺钉固定,从而通过调节螺钉拧进深度可以有效控制并选择不同的切片厚度。
优选所述推杆相对于所述刀片在朝向所述挡板方向高出约1~2mm。
优选所述安放槽能够围绕所述驱动轴杆配置多个,相应地每个所述安放槽内均配置一个所述推进单元。。
本发明的有益效果是:能够迅速将物料切割成片,能够保证所有切片厚度相等,能够选择不同的切割厚度,产品结构简单紧凑,便于家用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详细说明。
本发明的自动切片装置包括盒体1、挡板2、螺钉3、弹簧4、螺旋桨5、电机减速器6、轴杆7、弹簧8、推块9、盖板10。盒体1内设置有根据物料的形状设计的安放槽。挡板2为平板状,其以与盒体1一个侧壁的平面状外表面平行的方式通过弹簧螺钉固定在盒体1该侧壁上,从而通过调节螺钉拧进深度能够调节挡板2与盒体1的侧壁之间的间隙,而能够有效地控制并选择不同的切片厚度。盒体1的上述侧壁上开设有安放槽的出口。电机减速器6设置在盒体1中,螺旋桨5配置于挡板2与盒体1侧壁之间的间隙中,并通过轴杆7与电机减速器6连接,从而在电机减速器6的驱动下螺旋桨5能够在上述间隙中旋转,弹簧8为压缩弹簧,其一端固定在盒体1的与上述侧壁相对的侧壁上,另一端固定在推块9上,弹簧8能够带动推块9在安放槽中滑动,当弹簧8处于最大长度时,推块9刚好位于安放槽的出口处,不会伸出到侧壁外。
在位于安放槽的正上方的盒体1上开设有投放口,该投放口能够通过盖板10盖住。盖板10为槽口嵌入式盖板,盖板10上加工有微型插槽,盒体1上加工有与微型插槽相配合的槽口,从而能够实现所述盖板与所述盒体间的迅速配合。
螺旋桨5包括成对的刀片和推杆,分别间隔地交替地配置于轴杆7上,从而分别能够完成物料的切割和推出功能。本实施例的螺旋桨包括一个刀片和一个推杆,该刀片和推杆呈180度夹角配置。推杆相对于刀片在朝向挡板2方向高出约1~2mm。以此保证推杆的推挤作用力能够作用在切出的物料切片上,当物料被刀片切割下来后,推杆会进一步将被切的物料切片推出,以此循环直至将所有物料切割完毕。
安放槽能够围绕轴杆7配置多个,相应地每个所述安放槽内均配置弹簧和推块。
切割物料时,先手动拉开推块9,将待切物料置于推块9和端部出口之间,物料被推块9推出顶在挡板2上。盖上盖板10,盖板10和盒体1之间通过插块插槽结构迅速配合;调节螺钉3拧进深度压缩或者释放弹簧以此控制切割厚度,开启电机减速器6,电机减速器6驱动轴杆7带动螺旋桨5旋转;螺旋桨的刀片完成对物料的切割动作,然后推杆完成对切割物料的推挤动作,推杆相对刀片切割面在朝向挡板2的方向高出1-2mm,以此保证推棒的推挤作用力能够作用在切片上,切片切割后将从切板和盒体的缝隙下方被推挤出来,如此循环往复,直至物料全部被切完。
以上对本发明的优选实施方式进行了说明,但本发明并不限定于上述实施例。对本领域的技术人员来说,在权利要求书所记载的范畴内,显而易见地能够想到各种变更例或者修正例,当然也属于本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (8)

1.一种自动切片装置,其特征在于:包括装置主体、挡板、切片单元和推进单元,所述装置主体包括盒体和设置在所述盒体内的安放槽,所述挡板为平板状,以与所述盒体侧壁的平面状外表面平行的方式通过螺钉固定在所述盒体侧壁上,所述挡板与所述盒体侧壁之间的间隙能够调节,所述盒体侧壁上开设有所述安放槽的出口,所述切片单元包括电机减速器、驱动轴杆和螺旋桨,所述电机减速器设置在所述盒体中,所述螺旋桨配置于所述挡板与所述盒体侧壁之间的间隙中,并通过所述驱动轴杆与所述电机减速器连接,在所述电机减速器的驱动下能够在所述间隙中旋转,所述推进单元安装在所述安放槽中,其包括压缩弹簧和推块,所述压缩弹簧一端固定在所述盒体壁上,另一端固定在所述推块上,能够带动所述推块在所述安放槽中滑动,所述压缩弹簧处于最大长度时,所述推块刚好位于所述安放槽的出口处。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋桨包括成对的刀片和推杆,分别间隔地交替地配置于所述驱动轴杆上,从而分别完成物料的切割和推出功能。
3.如权利要求2所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋桨包括一个刀片和一个推杆,所述刀片和推杆呈180度夹角配置。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:在位于安放槽的正上方的所述盒体上开设有投放口,所述投放口能够通过盖板盖住。
5.如权利要求4所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述盖板为槽口嵌入式盖板,所述盖板上加工有微型插槽,所述盒体上加工有与微型插槽相配合的槽口。
6.如权利要求1所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述盒体与所述挡板之间通过弹簧螺钉固定,从而通过调节螺钉拧进深度可以有效控制并选择不同的切片厚度。
7.如权利要求2或3所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述推杆相对于所述刀片在朝向所述挡板方向高出约1~2mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述安放槽能够围绕所述驱动轴杆配置多个,相应地每个所述安放槽内均配置一个所述推进单元。
