背景技术
在豆角干加工过程中需要用到葱、蒜和生姜等调味品，目前对上述调味品进行加工均采用倒浆机，这种设备加工出来的调味品成糊状，不仅严重破坏了上述调味品的营养，而且影响产品的口感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种加工豆角干用的斩拌机，该斩拌机能象人工手切一样将调味品切成碎沫状，不会破坏调味品的营养。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种加工豆角干用的斩拌机，包括锅体，其特征是在锅体底部设有与第一电机连接的第一转轴，由第一电机带动锅体旋转，在锅体的中部设有阻隔柱，能有效避免放在锅体里面的待加工的调味品集中在锅底，便于其在锅体中部旋转，在锅体的上方设有斩切装置，所述斩切装置包括安装在第二转轴上的两组斩刀，每组斩刀有两片刀片，第二转轴一端与第二电机连接，由第二电机带动斩刀旋转。本实用新型具有结构简单，操作方便等特点，加工出来的调味品能保持原有的香味和营养。

本实用新型工作原理如下：待加工的葱、蒜或生姜等调味品放在锅体中，并随锅体一起旋转，调味品在旋转过程中由旋转的斩刀对其进行切割。
