Abstract

本发明一种高精度翻转装置,由基板(1)、底座(2)、支架A(3)等组成,底座(2)底面中间为空槽(2‑2),丝杠(4)穿过空槽(2‑2);底座(2)内部两侧有对称的T型环槽(2‑1),翻转块(5)下端面有两个对称的T型环柱(5‑1),T型环柱(5‑1)能插入T型环槽(2‑1)内;翻转块(5)下端面中间位置结构为环形齿(5‑2),环形齿(5‑2)与丝杠啮合。伺服电机(8)带动丝杠(4)转动,通过环形齿(5‑2)和丝杠(4)啮合配合,翻转块(5)能沿着底座(2)中T型环槽(2‑1)中心翻转。本发明在使用中能满足高精度翻转的需求,并且具有结构简单,工作可靠,翻转精度高等特点。

一种高精度翻转装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮机加工装置,具体地说是一种高精度翻转装置。
背景技术
在汽车车轮的生产行业中,车轮检测项目比较多,有事需要将车轮翻转一定角度进行检测,车轮翻转精度是影响检测精度的重要因素。本发明介绍了一种高精度翻转装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种高精度翻转装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高精度翻转装置,由基板、底座、支架A、丝杠、翻转块、支架B、联轴器、伺服电机组成。支架A、支架B和底座固定在基板上,丝杠通过支架A和支架B安装在基板上,联轴器将丝杠和伺服电机连接。底座底面中间为空槽,丝杠穿过空槽;底座内部两侧有对称的T型环槽,翻转块下端面有两个对称的T型环柱,T型环柱能插入T型环槽内;翻转块下端面中间位置结构为环形齿,环形齿与丝杠啮合。伺服电机带动丝杠转动,通过环形齿和丝杠啮合配合,翻转块能沿着底座中T型环槽中心翻转。
实际使用时,伺服电机开始工作,丝杠转动,通过环形齿和丝杠啮合配合,丝杠带动翻转块沿着底座中T型环槽中心翻转,通过控制伺服电机的转动圈数,翻转块能够高精度的翻转任意角度。
本发明在使用中能满足高精度翻转的需求,并且具有结构简单,工作可靠,翻转精度高等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
本发明一种高精度翻转装置,由基板1、底座2、支架A3、丝杠4、翻转块5、支架B6、联轴器7、伺服电机8组成。支架A3、支架B6和底座2固定在基板1上,丝杠4通过支架A3和支架B6安装在基板1上,联轴器7将丝杠4和伺服电机8连接。底座2底面中间为空槽2-2,丝杠4穿过空槽2-2;底座2内部两侧有对称的T型环槽2-1,翻转块5下端面有两个对称的T型环柱5-1,T型环柱5-1能插入T型环槽2-1内;翻转块5下端面中间位置结构为环形齿5-2,环形齿5-2与丝杠啮合。伺服电机8带动丝杠4转动,通过环形齿5-2和丝杠4啮合配合,翻转块5能沿着底座2中T型环槽2-1中心翻转。
实际使用时,伺服电机8开始工作,丝杠4转动,通过环形齿5-2和丝杠4啮合配合,丝杠4带动翻转块5沿着底座2中T型环槽2-1中心翻转,通过控制伺服电机8的转动圈数,翻转块5能够高精度的翻转任意角度。

Claims (2)

1.创新一种高精度翻转装置,由基板(1)、底座(2)、支架A(3)、丝杠(4)、翻转块(5)、支架B(6)、联轴器(7)、伺服电机(8)组成,其特征在于:支架A(3)、支架B(6)和底座(2)固定在基板(1)上,丝杠(4)通过支架A(3)和支架B(6)安装在基板(1)上,联轴器(7)将丝杠(4)和伺服电机(8)连接;底座(2)底面中间设置空槽(2-2),丝杠(4)穿过空槽(2-2);底座(2)内部两侧设置对称的T型环槽(2-1),翻转块(5)下端面设置两个对称的T型环柱(5-1),T型环柱(5-1)插入T型环槽(2-1)内;翻转块(5)下端面中间位置结构为环形齿(5-2),环形齿(5-2)与丝杠(4)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高精度翻转装置,其特征在于:伺服电机(8)带动丝杠(4)转动,通过环形齿(5-2)和丝杠(4)啮合配合,翻转块(5)沿着底座(2)中T型环槽(2-1)中心翻转。
