实施例3
取当归15g，红花25g，生川乌35g，生草乌35g，五加皮20g，独活15g，羌活15g，生大黄20g，山栀35g，伸筋草35g，透骨草35g，乳香15g，没药15g，细辛20g，肉桂20g，防风20g.徐长卿25g，三棱20g，薄荷25g，冰片10g根据使用不同制成贴膏或喷剂。
疗效标准：
治愈：经1个～3个疗程治疗，临床症状、体征消失，活动自如，观察1个月内未复发者；
显效：经1个～3个疗程治疗，临床症状、体征基本消失，1月内偶有反复者；
有效：经1个～3个疗程治疗，临床症状基本消失，停药后仍有反复，但自觉症状明显减轻为好转；
无效：经1个～3个疗程治疗，临床症状、体征无明显改善者。
总有效率：(治愈+显效+有效)/患病个体
治疗结果：
经统计学分析，三组进行比较，外敷实施例1在显效率上高于实施例2和实施例3，外敷药物组相比，说明该药物外用的疗效更为直接，具有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
上述实施例1，临床疗效最佳。
自2010年至2016年使用本发明对脊柱骨质增生515多例，中期男性368多例，女性247多例；进行临床应用，均达到了满意的效果。
以上患者中，用药最短一个疗程，最长10个疗程。

资料：该患者4年前，不慎扭伤腰部，即感腰部剧痛，活动受限，经当地医院药物治疗后，症状不缓，且腰疼伴左下肢放射痛，腰椎倒弯，活动受限，CT检查为腰椎间盘突出症，经多方治疗(牵引，按摩，药物)等效果不佳。

结果：随访两年未复发。
病例2：李某某，性别：女，年龄：52岁
资料：该患者一年前因出现腰部酸痛，尤其劳累后加重，不能参加体力劳动，到当地医院经医生检查诊断为“腰肌劳伤“，经多方治疗采用药物及物疗无好转。
处置：使用该外敷贴膏，一个疗程后，腰部酸疼减缓，三个疗程后，腰部症状消失，活动自如，并能参加体力劳动。
结果：随访三年未复发

2.权利要求1制备方法是：将，乳香，没药，肉桂，薄荷，冰片粉碎成细粉未混匀备用，余下的味药浸入香油内，浸泡三天，用铁锅温火将药炸呈黑炭色，将药捞出，稍凉后，药油过滤，加火升温，当药变黑后，用文火将膏药熔化，加入乳香，没药，肉桂，薄荷，冰片细粉末，搅均成外敷贴膏或喷剂。
