背景技术

中医认为，水肿是由肺、脾、肾三脏对水液宣化输布功能失调，致体内水湿滞留，泛溢肌肤，引起头面、四肢、腹部、甚至全身浮肿的病症。
根据中医理论，针对水肿的发病机理，以宣肺利水、温肾健脾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一种治疗水肿的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：大腹皮25g，半枝莲12g，女贞子18g，寒水石8g，葶苈子18g，夏枯草12g，牵牛子13g，山茱萸12g，赤小豆18g，贯众8g，荠菜18 g，马鞭草12g，玉米须18g，桂枝8g，车前子18g，猪苓12g，白前13g，防己12g，金钱草18g，益母草12g，桑叶13g，通草18g，滑石12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗水肿的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例82例，其中男51例，女31例，年龄40～82岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、水肿先从眼睑或下肢开始，继及四肢、全身；
2、轻者仅眼睑或足胫浮肿，重者全身皆肿，甚则腹大胀满，气喘不能平卧；
3、严重者可见尿闭，恶心呕吐，口有秽味，齿衄鼻衄，甚则头痛，抽搐，神昏谵语等危象；
4、可有乳蛾、心悸、疮毒、紫癜以及久病体虚史；
5、应作尿常规，24小时尿蛋白定量，血常规，血沉，血浆白蛋白，血尿素氮，肌酐，体液免疫，以及心电图，心功能测定，B超等实验室检查，以助明确诊断。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，五天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：水肿全部消退，其他症状消失，实验室检查恢复正常；
2、好转：水肿及其他症状减轻，实验室检查有改善；
3、未愈：水肿及其他症状和实验室检查无变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-12个疗程，治愈60例，好转19例，未愈3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：周某，男，42岁。就诊自述：酒后不适，下肢从脚部开始出现水肿，一周后，延至全身，腿部尤甚，按之没指，不易随复，有轻微麻木感，尿少而黄，胸闷腹胀，纳少恶心。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，尿多，水肿明显减轻；继续服用2个疗程后，水肿消失，各症状消失，治愈。
病例2：肖某，女，72岁。眼睑浮肿，继则四肢全身浮肿，皮肤光泽，按之凹陷易复，伴有发热，咽痛，咳嗽等症。诊见：舌苔薄白，脉浮。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，水肿消退，咳嗽、咽痛症状消失，无发热；巩固服用2个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗水肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：大腹皮10-30份，半枝莲10-20份，女贞子10-20份，寒水石5-15份，葶苈子10-20份，夏枯草10-20份，牵牛子5-15份，山茱萸10-20份，赤小豆10-20份，贯众5-15份，荠菜10-20份，马鞭草10-20份，玉米须10-20份，桂枝5-15份，车前子10-20份，猪苓10-20份，白前5-15份，防己10-20份，金钱草10-20份，益母草10-20份，桑叶5-15份，通草10-20份，滑石10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗水肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：大腹皮20份，半枝莲15份，女贞子15份，寒水石10份，葶苈子15份，夏枯草15份，牵牛子10份，山茱萸15份，赤小豆15份，贯众10份，荠菜15份，马鞭草15份，玉米须15份，桂枝10份，车前子15份，猪苓15份，白前10份，防己15份，金钱草15份，益母草15份，桑叶10份，通草15份，滑石15份，甘草10份。
