本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率90.9%，治愈率达53.4%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：刺五加20g，杜仲15g，干姜10g，车前子15g，黄芪15g，苍术10g，罗布麻15g，山慈菇15g，巴戟天15g，六月雪10g，白茅根15g，黄精15g，桑白皮10g，鱼腥草15g，倒扣草15g，麦冬15g，大黄10g，响铃草15g，玉米须15g，大腹皮15g，滑石10g，茜草15g，半枝莲15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：刺五加30g，杜仲10g，干姜15g，车前子10g，黄芪20g，苍术5g，罗布麻20g，山慈菇10g，巴戟天20g，六月雪5g，白茅根20g，黄精10g，桑白皮15g，鱼腥草10g，倒扣草20g，麦冬10g，大黄15g，响铃草10g，玉米须20g，大腹皮10g，滑石15g，茜草10g，半枝莲20g，甘草5g。

一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：刺五加23g，杜仲12g，干姜13g，车前子12g，黄芪17g，苍术7g，罗布麻17g，山慈菇12g，巴戟天17g，六月雪7g，白茅根18g，黄精12g，桑白皮13g，鱼腥草12g，倒扣草18g，麦冬12g，大黄13g，响铃草12g，玉米须18g，大腹皮12g，滑石13g，茜草12g，半枝莲18g，甘草7g。
实施例5
一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：刺五加17g，杜仲16g，干姜7g，车前子18g，黄芪12g，苍术13g，罗布麻12g，山慈菇18g，巴戟天12g，六月雪13g，白茅根12g，黄精18g，桑白皮8g，鱼腥草18g，倒扣草12g，麦冬18g，大黄7g，响铃草18g，玉米须12g，大腹皮18g，滑石7g，茜草18g，半枝莲12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例88例，其中男48例，女40例，年龄20～50岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、起病隐匿、进展缓慢、病情迁延，临床表现可轻可重，或时重时轻；随着病情发展，肾功能逐渐减退，后期可出现贫血、电解质紊乱、血尿素氮、血肌酐升高等情况；
2、尿检查异常，常有长期持续性蛋白尿，尿蛋白定量≥3.5g/24h,血尿（相差显微镜多见多形态改变的红细胞）可有管型尿，不同程度的水肿、高血压等表现；
3、病程中可因呼吸道感染等原因诱发急性发作，出现类似急性肾炎的表现；
4、排除继发性肾小球肾炎后方可诊断为原发性肾小球肾炎。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约500ml，分早、中、晚三次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、水肿等临床症状体征消失，功能恢复正常；
2、有效：蛋白尿、血尿、高血压、水肿等临床症状明显好转或好转；
3、无效：临床症状体征无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-15个疗程，治愈47例，有效33例，无效8例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：吴某，男，39岁。就诊时自述：诊前3个月无明显诱因出现双下肢水肿，呈凹陷性，进行性加重，感冒时水肿明显加重。尿量减少，尿液偏黄色，含较多泡沫，无血尿、无尿频、尿急、尿痛。自觉眼干眼涩，眼睑粘连感，视线渐模糊。查血、尿常规，诊断为：慢性肾炎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程后，自觉下肢水肿减轻，尿量增多，尿蛋白减少。继续服用4个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：张某，女，45岁。自述：初起时经常有乏力、疲倦、腰部疼痛不适等症状，食欲不振、眼睑水肿时有时无。经检查诊断为：慢性肾炎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程，腰痛消失，睡眠转安，尿化验正常；续服5个疗程以巩固疗效，随访半年未见复发。

1.一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加10-30份，杜仲10-20份，干姜5-15份，车前子10-20份，黄芪10-20份，苍术5-15份，罗布麻10-20份，山慈菇10-20份，巴戟天10-20份，六月雪5-15份，白茅根10-20份，黄精10-20份，桑白皮5-15份，鱼腥草10-20份，倒扣草10-20份，麦冬10-20份，大黄5-15份，响铃草10-20份，玉米须10-20份，大腹皮10-20份，滑石5-15份，茜草10-20份，半枝莲10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加20份，杜仲15份，干姜10份，车前子15份，黄芪15份，苍术10份，罗布麻15份，山慈菇15份，巴戟天15份，六月雪10份，白茅根15份，黄精15份，桑白皮10份，鱼腥草15份，倒扣草15份，麦冬15份，大黄10份，响铃草15份，玉米须15份，大腹皮15份，滑石10份，茜草15份，半枝莲15份，甘草10份。
