技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗便秘的中药组合物。
背景技术
便秘是消化系统疾病的常见症状，是指多种原因造成的大便次数减少和粪便干燥难解。一般每周排便少于2-3次(所进食物的残渣在48小时内未能排出)或是一天一次但是感觉排便困难，拍不干净不顺畅都属于便秘。随着人们生活水平的提高，工作节奏的加快以及人口老龄化加速，便秘发病率也呈逐年上升的趋势。长期的便秘对身体健康非常不利，可以引起很多疾病的发生，如痔疮、肛裂、结肠癌等，更严重的是可诱发心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑出血等。目前，临床上常采用药物治疗便秘，其药物主要有：容积性泻药、刺激性泻药、润滑性泻药、渗透性缓泻药、促动力药以及5－HT4受体激动剂等。采用药物治疗便秘虽然短时间内可得到缓解，但长期服用易产生依赖性，破坏人体自身免疫系统。
中医认为，便秘主要由燥热内结、气机郁滞、津液不足和脾肾虚寒所引起。
根据中医理论，针对便秘的发病机理，以清热润燥、温肾健脾、生津行滞为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用化学类药物治疗便秘存在依赖性大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗便秘的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约7厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗便秘的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例88例，其中男45例，女43例，年龄20～60岁。病程最短者0.5年，最长者达3年，平均1.5年。
二、诊断标准：
1、排便时间延长，二天以上一次，粪便干燥坚硬；
2、重者大便艰难，干燥如栗，可伴少腹胀急，神倦乏力，胃纳减退等症；
3、排除肠道器质性疾病。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：2天以内排便1次，便质转润，解时通畅，短期无复发；
2、好转：3天以内排便，便质转润，排便欠畅；
3、未愈：症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-10个疗程，治愈61例，好转19例，未愈8例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：田某，男，47岁。自述有多年慢性便秘病史，经常服用刺激性泻药，大便即通畅，可停药后大便又出现干结不通。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，便质转润，解时通畅；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：孙某，女，35岁。自述因平时工作紧张，水果和蔬菜吃得较少，逐渐出现便秘，日常采取吃泻药来缓解，但逐渐产生泻药也不能缓解症状的现象。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程，便秘问题得到明显改善，每日自行排便1次，排便畅，腹部不适症状减轻。巩固服用2个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。
