Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤10～40份、附子5～20份、茯苓10～30份、泽兰5～25份、甘草3～10份、独活5～20份、防己5～20份、木瓜5～25份、鸡血藤10～30份、草乌3～10份、川乌3～10份、乌蛇5～20份、细辛2～8份、车前子10～40份、秦艽5～25份、当归5～25份、川牛膝5～25份。本发明中药组合物具有清热散寒、祛风止痛、补脾益气、养肝和胃、活血通络的功效，其治疗痹证疗效显著，作用可靠，具有组分药源广、配制简便、药性平和、无毒副作用的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗痹证的中药组合物。
背景技术
痹证是指风、寒、湿、热、等邪侵入人体，致使气血凝滞，经络痹阻，表现以肌肉、关节、筋骨等处疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着、灼热、屈伸不利，甚或关节肿大变形为主的病证。现化医学对痹证只能对症进行治疗，其治疗效果不理想，不能去除根本。
中医治疗痹证效果好。
中医认为痹证的发生主要是由于正气不足，感受风、寒、湿、热之邪所致。素体虚弱，正气不足，腠理不密，卫外不固，是引起痹证的内在因素。外因是其易受外邪侵袭，且在感受风、寒、湿、热之邪后，易使肌肉、关节、经络痹阻而形成痹证。
根据中医理论，针对痹证的发病机理，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中西药治疗痹证效果不理想的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗气痹证的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤10～40份、附子5～20份、茯苓10～30份、泽兰5～25份、甘草3～10份、独活5～20份、防己5～20份、木瓜5～25份、鸡血藤10～30份、草乌3～10份、川乌3～10份、乌蛇5～20份、细辛2～8份、车前子10～40份、秦艽5～25份、当归5～25份、川牛膝5～25份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤30份、附子10份、茯苓20份、泽兰15份、甘草6份、独活10份、防己12份、木瓜15份、鸡血藤20份、草乌6份、川乌6份、乌蛇12份、细辛3份、车前子30份、秦艽15份、当归15份、川牛膝15份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：忍冬藤具有清热解毒、疏风通络的功效；附子具有回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛的功效；茯苓具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功效；泽兰具有活血化瘀、行水消肿的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效；独活具有祛风胜湿、散寒止痛的功效；防己具有利水消肿、祛风止痛的功效；木瓜具有平肝舒筋、和胃化湿的功效；鸡血藤具有补血活血、舒经通络的功效；草乌具有搜风胜湿、散寒止痛、开痰消肿的功效；川乌具有祛风除湿、温经止痛的功效；乌蛇具有祛风湿、通经络的功效；细辛具有解表散寒、祛风止痛、温肺化饮、通窍的功效；车前子利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰的功效 ；秦艽具有袪风湿、舒筋络、清虚热的功效；当归具有补血活血、调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；川牛膝具有逐瘀通经、通利关节、利尿通淋的功效。本发明组合物中的药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相辅相成，具有协同作用，共奏清热散寒、祛风止痛、补脾益气、养肝和胃、活血通络的功效，在调补人体正气的同时去除风寒湿热之邪，从而达到治疗痹证的目的。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。其遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率达63%。

一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤30g、附子10g、茯苓20g、泽兰15g、甘草6g、独活10g、防己12g、木瓜15g、鸡血藤20g、草乌6g、川乌6g、乌蛇12g、细辛3g、车前子30g、秦艽15g、当归15g、川牛膝15g。

一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤20g、附子15g、茯苓30g、泽兰5g、甘草10g、独活15g、防己5g、木瓜20g、鸡血藤15g、草乌5g、川乌10g、乌蛇10g、细辛5g、车前子40g、秦艽20g、当归10g、川牛膝25g。
实施例3
一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤10g、附子20g、茯苓10g、泽兰10g、甘草3g、独活20g、防己10g、木瓜25g、鸡血藤10g、草乌3g、川乌8g、乌蛇15g、细辛2g、车前子20g、秦艽10g、当归25g、川牛膝5g。
实施例4
一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤40g、附子5g、茯苓25g、泽兰12g、甘草5g、独活12g、防己20g、木瓜5g、鸡血藤30g、草乌10g、川乌3g、乌蛇20g、细辛6g、车前子10g、秦艽25g、当归5g、川牛膝20g。
实施例5
一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其是由下列重量配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤25g、附子12g、茯苓15g、泽兰25g、甘草8g、独活5g、防己15g、木瓜10g、鸡血藤12g、草乌5g、川乌5g、乌蛇5g、细辛8g、车前子25g、秦艽5g、当归20g、川牛膝10g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，临床疗效总结：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例65例，其中男29例，女36例，年龄15～70岁，病程2个月～3年。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次服用。七天为一疗程。
三、疗效标准：
(1)治愈：关节红、肿、热、痛等全身症状消失；
(2)显效：关节屈伸活动稍受限，疼痛缓解，肿痛尚未全消；
(3)有效：关节活动仍疼痛，遇寒冷又反复发作；
(4)无效：症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-10个疗程，治愈41例，显效12例，有效9例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
五、典型病例：
病例1：
何某，男，44岁。自诉半年前受寒出现四肢大小关节疼痛，近来双手近端指关节及腕、踝关节肿胀疼痛，痛有定处，得温而痛减，遇寒则加剧，关节不可屈伸，双手小关节晨僵2小时。诊断为痹证。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，关节肿胀疼痛减轻，畏寒好转，双手小关节仍晨僵。续服2个疗程，四肢关节及肿胀疼痛等症状消失，治愈。
病例2：
刘某，女，50岁，患痹证2年余，就诊时双膝关节剧烈疼痛，不红不肿，屈伸不利，遇寒加重，遇热痛减，气候变化，疼痛加剧。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状好转，疼痛减轻。继续服药3个疗程，全身症状消除，痊愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痹证的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：忍冬藤30份、附子10份、茯苓20份、泽兰15份、甘草6份、独活10份、防己12份、木瓜15份、鸡血藤20份、草乌6份、川乌6份、乌蛇12份、细辛3份、车前子30份、秦艽15份、当归15份、川牛膝15份。
