技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物。
背景技术
红斑狼疮（简称SLE）是由于慢性病毒感染、遗传、激素与环境因素相互作用引起机体免疫调节功能紊乱所致的一种多系统损害的自身免疫复合物疾病。临床表现多种多样，在血液中可以检测出多种高滴度自身抗体，并且出现相应身体组织（靶器官）受侵害后的有关症状，如：乏力、贫血、发热、多形性皮疹、日光过敏、脱发、关节炎、心包炎、胸膜炎、血管炎、肾炎以及中枢神经系统等异常表现。目前，临床上常采用皮质类固醇及免疫抑制等药物治疗红斑狼疮，虽有一定效果，但停药后病情易反复发作。
中医认为，红斑狼疮是因肝气郁结，久而化火，致气血凝滞；或因病久气血两虚，致心阳不足；但病程后期，每多阴损及阳，累及于脾，以致脾肾两虚，四肢清冷，下肢甚至全身浮肿等症，瘀阻脉络，内伤于脏腑，外伤于肌肤而发病。
根据中医理论，针对红斑狼疮的发病机理，以疏肝解郁、活血化瘀、健脾利肾为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

为了克服现有技术中皮质类固醇及免疫抑制等药物治疗红斑狼疮存在药物依赖性强、停药易复发的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物。

实施例5
一种治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：旱莲草17g，忍冬藤17g，莪术8g，牡丹皮17g，白茅根12g，紫花地丁17g，羚羊角8g，土茯苓17g，红藤12g，紫草17g，玄参8g，百合17g，白花蛇舌草12g，龙船花17g，麦冬8g，金雀根17g，太子参12g，桑白皮13g，鸡血藤12g，大黄17g，威灵仙12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例78例，其中男40例，女38例，年龄15～40岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、蝶形红斑：颧部或隆或平的固定红斑可及鼻梁眉毛，状如蝴蝶，鼻唇沟部无皮损；
2、盘状红斑：红色隆起斑片，表面附有鳞屑，病程久者可见瘢痕；
3、有光敏史或检查发现对光异常反应所致皮疹；
4、口腔或鼻咽部有溃疡，常无痛感；
5、可累及两个或更多的周围关节触痛、肿胀或积液；
6、免疫学检查：红斑狼疮细胞阳性，或抗双链DNA抗体(ds-DNA)滴度异常，或有抗Sm抗体，或梅毒血清学反应假阳性。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，五天为一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：症状及体征消失,实验室检查恢复正常；
2、好转：症状及体征大部消失或减轻,实验室指标有所恢复；
3、未愈：症状及体征及实验室检查无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15个疗程，治愈14例，好转51例，未愈13例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：齐某，男，38岁。自述无明显诱因出现面部红斑，无瘙痒及疼痛，伴有全身多关节疼痛及活动受限，四肢皮肤散在红色皮损，局部破溃。诊断为：红斑狼疮。曾予地塞米松及吸氧治疗后症状稍有缓解，但停药后反复发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，自觉皮疹逐渐消退，关节疼痛感减轻，活动后好转。继续服用4个疗程，皮疹症状消失，关节活动自如，治愈。
病例2：王某，女，46岁。自述初起时面部出现红斑，经日晒后加重，伴发热、关节疼痛两年。日晒后症状较前加重，直至面部红斑呈现蝶状、红褐色，全身关节疼痛明显加重，且乏力。诊断为：红斑狼疮。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程，疼痛感显著减轻，精神、睡眠好，饮食及二便正常；续服4个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草10-30份，忍冬藤10-20份，莪术5-15份，牡丹皮10-20份，白茅根10-20份，紫花地丁10-20份，羚羊角5-15份，土茯苓10-20份，红藤10-20份，紫草10-20份，玄参5-15份，百合10-20份，白花蛇舌草10-20份，龙船花10-20份，麦冬5-15份，金雀根10-20份，太子参10-20份，桑白皮5-15份，鸡血藤10-20份，大黄10-20份，威灵仙10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗红斑狼疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：旱莲草20份，忍冬藤15份，莪术10份，牡丹皮15份，白茅根15份，紫花地丁15份，羚羊角10份，土茯苓15份，红藤15份，紫草15份，玄参10份，百合15份，白花蛇舌草15份，龙船花15份，麦冬10份，金雀根15份，太子参15份，桑白皮10份，鸡血藤15份，大黄15份，威灵仙15份，甘草10份。
