背景技术
风热感冒以鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、恶寒、发热、头身疼痛为主要临床表现的病症。中医认为，感冒可分为风寒感冒与风热感冒两大类。这两种风热感冒病因病机、症状、治疗原则及用药差别很大。风热感冒，多发生于春季、夏季。春季多风，气候转温，故风与温热之邪多相兼致病；夏季室外闷热，室内又较为凉爽，室内室外温度不定，也易患病。西药输液治风热感冒见效快，但是，患者对治疗风热感冒的西药易产生依赖性，停药后病情易出现反复，并且西药长期直接作用内脏，易给人体带来的副作用。
中医认为，风热感冒是风热之邪犯表、肺气失和所致，感受风热之邪所致。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗风热感冒的中药组合物，临床疗效总结：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例70例，其中男26例，女44例，年龄18～70岁。病程最短者1天，最长者达15天，平均3天。
二、诊断标准：
1、鼻塞流涕，喷嚏，咽痒或痛，咳嗽；
2、恶寒发热，无汗或少汗，头痛，肢体酸楚；
3、血白细胞总数正常或偏低，中性粒细胞减少，淋巴细胞相对增多。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，七天为一疗程，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。
四、疗效标准：  
1、治愈：症状消失；
2、好转：发热消退，临床症状减轻；
3、未愈：临床症状无改善或加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药1-5个疗程，治愈48例，好转17例，未愈5例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：刘某，男，42岁，感冒两天，就诊时发热39℃，畏寒，头痛，鼻塞，咽痛咽红，口干，咳嗽痰多。苔白，脉浮数。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，发热头胀痛消失，偶有鼻塞、咳嗽，咽部消肿，痰几近消失；继续巩固1个疗程，诸症状均消失，治愈。
病例2：张某，女，62岁，感冒四天，头昏脑胀，鼻塞流黄涕，恶寒发热，咳嗽，咽痛，气喘，口唇发干，无汗。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，自觉药后头晕胀痛消失，发汗烧退，轻微咳嗽气喘。续服1个疗程，所有症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗风热感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：柴胡10-20份、黄芩10-20份、鱼腥草20-40份、杏仁5-15份、桔梗5-15份、荆芥5-15份、薄荷5-15份、蝉蜕5-15份、僵蚕5-15份、地龙5-15份、金银花20-40份、连翘10-20份、麻黄3-9份、石膏10-20份、延胡索10-20份、郁金10-20份、辛夷花5-15份、穿心莲9-15份、板蓝根10-30份、玄参10-20份、牛蒡5-15份、甘草3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风热感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于：其是由下列重量份配比的中药原料组成：柴胡15份、黄芩15份、鱼腥草30份、杏仁10份、桔梗10份、荆芥10份、薄荷10份、蝉蜕10份、僵蚕10份、地龙10份、金银花30份、连翘15份、麻黄6份、石膏15份、延胡索15份、郁金15份、辛夷花10份、穿心莲12份、板蓝根10-30份、玄参15份、牛蒡10份、甘草6份。
