本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的中药组合物。
背景技术
再生障碍性贫血（简称“再障”）系多种因素引起的红骨髓总容量减少，造血功能衰竭，并以全血细胞减少为主要表现的一组综合征。在我国再障的患病率较高，约为欧美国家的4倍。一般表现为贫血、出血、感染、发热(高烧或低烧)，并伴有走路乏力，头晕等症状。西医认为引起该病主要与药物、化学、放射线、生物、遗传等因素有关。目前，治疗再生障碍性贫血主要是通过服用免疫制剂类药物改善患者的造血微环境，虽然效果显著，但是副作用较大，可能会因长期服用而引起其他器官的病变，如神经系统障碍等。
中医认为，再生障碍性贫血的发生主要因先天不足，七情妄动，外感六淫，饮食不节，邪毒外侵，或大病久病之后，伤及脏腑气血，元气亏损，精血虚少，气血生化不足而致。
根据中医理论，针对再生障碍性贫血的发病机理，以排毒驱邪、补血益气为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有采用免疫制剂类药物治疗再生障碍性贫血存在副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗再生障碍性贫血的中药组合物。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例63例，其中男25例，女38例，年龄15～60岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、全血细胞减少，网织红细胞绝对值减少；
2、一般无脾肿大；
3、骨髓检查显示至少一部位增生减低或重度减低（如增生活跃，巨核细胞应明显减少，骨髓小粒成分中应见非造血细胞增多；
4、能除外其他引起全血细胞减少的疾病，如阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿、骨髓增生异常综合征中的难治性贫血、急性造血功能停滞、骨髓纤维化、急性白血病、恶性组织细胞病等；
5、一般抗贫血药物治疗无效。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：贫血和出血症状消失；血红蛋白男达120g/L，女达100g/L，白细胞达4×109/L，血小板达80×109/L，随访1年以上未复发；
2、好转：贫血和出血症状明显好转，不输血，血红蛋白较治疗前1个月内常见值增长30g/L以上，并能维持3个月；
3、未愈：经充分治疗后，症状、血象未达明显进步。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药5-12个疗程，治愈39例，好转18例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典性病例：
病例1：龙某，男，49岁。就诊时自述：半年前无诱因开始头晕、乏力，间断下肢皮肤出血点，刷牙出血，面色发白，呈重度贫血面貌。服用过很多抗贫血西药，无明显好转。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂5个疗程后，面色好转，头晕、乏力感减轻；继续服用3个疗程，症状消失，治愈。
病例2：蔡某，女，58岁。就诊自述：初起时频繁流鼻血，活动后心悸、气促，并出现呕吐等现象。骨髓穿刺示：骨髓增生低下，血小板少，淋巴细胞比例增高；染色体未见异常；活检示：造血组织红系、粒系灶性增生；诊断为：再生障碍性贫血。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂6个疗程后，身体感觉变好，精神头变足，血象基本稳定。为巩固疗效续服3个疗程。半年后随访无复发。

1.一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子10-30份，桑椹10-20份，白茅根10-20份，制何首乌5-15份，龟板10-20份，乌金草10-20份，紫草10-20份，女贞子5-15份，北沙参10-20份，锁阳10-20份，灵芝5-15份，珍珠菜10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，淡菜10-20份，丁香5-15份，龙眼肉10-20份，红藤10-20份，腰子草10-20份，艾叶5-15份，漏芦10-20份，益母草10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗再生障碍性贫血的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：菟丝子20份，桑椹15份，白茅根15份，制何首乌10份，龟板15份，乌金草15份，紫草15份，女贞子10份，北沙参15份，锁阳15份，灵芝10份，珍珠菜15份，鸡血藤15份，淡菜15份，丁香10份，龙眼肉15份，红藤15份，腰子草15份，艾叶10份，漏芦15份，益母草15份，甘草10份。
