背景技术
急性肾炎又称急性肾小球肾炎，是以急性肾炎综合征为主要临床表现的一组原发性肾小球肾炎。其特点为急性起病，血尿、蛋白尿、水肿和高血压，可伴一过性氮质血症，具有自愈倾向。常见于链球菌感染后，而其他细菌、病毒及寄生虫感染亦可引起。多见于儿童，好发年龄为5—14岁，较少累及中老年人。目前，临床上治疗急性肾炎采用抗生素、激素和利尿、降压类药物治疗，虽见效快，但长期服用副作用大，且容易复发。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗急性肾炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例70例，其中男39例，女31例，年龄3～20岁。
二、诊断标准：
根据链球菌感染后1～3周、肾炎综合征表现、一过性血清C3下降，可临床诊断本病。若肾小球滤过率进行性下降或病情于2个月尚未见全面好转者应及时肾活检确诊。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，四天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：临床症状消失，检查正常；
2、好转：临床症状和体征明显减轻；
3、未愈：症状和体征无明显变化。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-12个疗程，治愈48例，好转16例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：梁某，男，6岁。就诊时述：发烧后出现急性化脓性扁桃体发炎，后来出现全身水肿，血压升高，出现血尿，医院检查出血清C3下降，诊断为：急性肾炎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，水肿有所退散，扁桃体炎症几近消失，血尿消失，但尿液偏黄；继续服用3个疗程，各症状消失，实验室检查指标正常，治愈。
病例2：葛某，女，17岁，就诊自述：背部出现疖肿，而后出现浑身水肿、尿血、头晕（高血压）等症状，实验室检查为：急性肾炎。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，血压恢复正常，水肿退散1/2；续服2个疗程后，血尿完全消失，实验室指标恢复正常；巩固服用2个疗程后，治愈。
