Abstract
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及一种含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物。所述的保健食品组合物主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:青梅28~36份、山楂26~30份、黄瓜19~20份、减肥果17~21份、菊花17~22份、枸杞10~17份、荷叶15~19份、泽泻8~16份、当归6~17份和甘草5~13份。本发明提供的青梅保健食品组合物配伍合理、科学,各组分协同起健脾疏肝,调理气机,益气养血,化痰祛湿,润肠通便的功效,同时,该保健食品组合物能够显著增加人体的新陈代谢,同时促进人体胆固醇排泄,降低人体血脂的作用,具有显著的减肥功效。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品领域,具体涉及一种含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物。
背景技术
肥胖症是一种由多种因素引起的慢性代谢性疾病,以体内脂肪细胞的体积和细胞数增加致体脂占体重的百分比异常增高并在某些局部过多沉积脂肪为特点。单纯性肥胖患者全身脂肪分布比较均匀,没有内分泌紊乱现象,也无代谢障碍性疾病,其家族往往有肥胖病史。
西医认为本病主要有以下几种原因:1.遗传因素。大多认定为多因素遗传,父母的体质遗传给子女时,并不是由一个遗传因子,而是由多种遗传因子来决定子女的体质,所以称为多因子遗传,肥胖就属於这类遗传。父母中有一人肥胖,则子女有40%肥胖的机率,如果父母双方皆肥胖,子女可能肥胖的机率升高至70%~80%。2.社会环境的因素。很多人都有着能吃就是福的观念,现今社会,食物种类繁多,再加上大吃一顿几乎成为了一种普遍的娱乐,这成为造成肥胖的主要原因。3.心理的因素。为了解除心情上的烦恼、情绪上的不稳定,不少人也是用吃来作发泄。这都是引起饮食过量而导致肥胖的原因。4.与运动有关的因素。运动有助消耗脂肪,在日常生活之中,随着交通工具的发达,工作的机械化,家务量减轻等,使得人体消耗热量的机会更少,另一方面因为摄取的能量并未减少,而形成肥胖。肥胖导致日常的活动越趋缓慢、慵懒,更再次减低热量的消耗,导致恶性循环,助长肥胖的发生。治疗肥胖症的西药主要有食欲抑制药物、抑制消化吸收的药物和促进代谢的药物三种,但这些药物大都会引起腹泻,部分药物还会引起多汗、心悸,副作用较大。
中医认为肥胖症主要有以下几个原因:1.饮食不节:食量过大,善食肥甘。过量肥甘之食,生化为膏脂堆积于体内则为肥人或胖人。过食肥甘厚味,亦可损伤脾胃,脾胃运化失司,导致湿热内蕴,或留于肌肤,使人体壅肥胖。2.好静恶动:中医认为“久坐伤气”静而不动,气血流行不畅,脾胃气机呆滞,运化功能失调,水谷精微输布障碍,化为膏脂和痰浊,滞于组织、肌肤、脏腑、经络,而致肥胖。3.七情:怒则伤肝,肝失疏泄,或思伤脾等情绪变化,都可影响脾对水液的布散功能而引起肥胖。另外,情绪温和,举止稳静,不易紧张、激动,脾胃功能正常,水谷精微充分吸收转化,也可出现肥胖。俗称“心宽体胖”。4.体质:中医早已注意到体质即遗传因素对肥胖的影响,肥胖者的子女常为肥胖,且为全身性自幼发胖。对于肥胖,中医主张辩证治疗,最终达到温肾健脾,化痰祛湿、滋补调理五脏、清热通便的作用。
中国专利申请201310498133.1公开了一种减肥保健食品,其主要由香菇、金针菇、冬瓜皮、番泻叶、减肥果、鳖甲、白萝卜和胡萝卜配制而成。该发明保健食品用于减肥起效快,效果好,但是服用过程中常出现腹泻、眩晕和疲倦等副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中治疗肥胖保健品存在的不足,提供一种含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物。本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物具有健脾疏肝,调理气机,益气养血,化痰祛湿,润肠通便等功效,用于减肥效果显著。并且本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物生产工艺简单,药效稳定、副作用小、适用范围广和易于推广应用。
本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
青梅28~36份、山楂26~30份、黄瓜19~20份、减肥果17~21份、菊花17~22份、枸杞10~17份、荷叶15~19份、泽泻8~16份、当归6~17份和甘草5~13份。

本发明还提供了本发明所述含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例称取青梅、山楂、黄瓜、减肥果、菊花、枸杞、荷叶、泽泻、当归和甘草,粉碎,加入药材总重量6~8倍量的水煎煮3~4h,过滤;滤渣加入药材总重量4~6倍量的水煎煮2.5~2h,过滤;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至60~65℃环境下相对密度为1.20~1.25的浸膏,减压干燥,粉碎后过80~100目筛,得到浸膏细粉;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浸膏细粉充分混匀,添加辅料制成成品保健食品,如颗粒剂、丸剂、片剂、胶囊剂、散剂或酒、茶、果蔬汁饮料等饮品。
本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物所用原料来源和功效:
青梅:本品为蔷薇科植物梅的近成熟果实。味酸、涩,性平;归肝、脾、肺、大肠经;青梅止咳、涩肠止泻、除烦静心、生津止渴;主要用于肺虚久咳,久痢滑肠,虚热消渴。
山楂:本品为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘,性微温;归脾、胃、肝经;消食健胃,行气散瘀。主要用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛,高脂血症。
黄瓜:本品为葫芦科黄瓜,以果、藤、叶入药。味甘,性寒;归脾、胃、大肠经;除热,利水,解毒;主要用于烦渴,咽喉肿痛。
减肥果:本品为大果藤黄的果实。味甘,性温;归脾经;消暑止渴、利水明目。主要用于瘦身,健脾消食,润肠通便、利咽消肿、补充营养、防癌抗癌。
菊花:本品为菊科植物菊的干燥头状花序。味甘、苦,性微寒;归肺、肝经;散风清热,平肝明目;主要用于用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。
枸杞:本品为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。味甘,性平;归肝、肾经;滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目;主要用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
荷叶:本品为睡莲科植物莲的干燥叶。味苦、性平;归肝、脾、胃经;清热解暑,升发清阳,凉血止血;主要用于暑热烦渴,暑湿泄泻,脾虚泄泻,血热吐衄,便血崩漏。
泽泻:本品为泽泻科植物泽泻的干燥块茎。味甘、性寒;归肾、膀胱经;利小便,清湿热;主要用于小便不利,水肿胀满,泄泻尿少,痰饮眩晕,热淋涩痛;高血脂。
当归:本品为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。味甘、辛,性温;归肝、心、脾经;补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便;主要用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡。
甘草:本品为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根;味甘,性平;归心、肺、脾、胃经;补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛;用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明提供的含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物中青梅、山楂、黄瓜具有除烦静心,消食健胃,行气散瘀,除热,利水,解毒的功效;减肥果、菊花、枸杞具有瘦身,健脾消食,润肠通便,散风清热,滋肾,润肺的功效;荷叶、泽泻、当归、甘草具有清热解暑,升发清阳,清湿热,润肠通便的功效。本发明各原料成分配伍合理,相辅相成,协同作用,具有健脾疏肝,调理气机,益气养血,化痰祛湿,润肠通便的功效,同时,本发明保健食品组合物能够显著增加人体的新陈代谢,同时促进人体胆固醇排泄,降低人体血脂、血糖的作用,具有显著的减肥功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物具有如下技术优势:

青梅28份、山楂26份、黄瓜19份、减肥果17份、菊花17份、枸杞10份、荷叶15份、泽泻8份、当归6份和甘草5份。
制备方法如下:
(1)按比例称取青梅、山楂、黄瓜、减肥果、菊花、枸杞、荷叶、泽泻、当归和甘草,粉碎,加入药材总重量6倍量的水煎煮4h,过滤;滤渣加入药材总重量4倍量的水煎煮2h,过滤;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至60℃环境下相对密度为1.25的浸膏,减压干燥,粉碎后过100目筛,得到浸膏细粉;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浸膏细粉充分混匀,添加合适的辅料制备成颗粒剂。
实施例2
本发明实施例2含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
青梅36份、山楂30份、黄瓜20份、减肥果21份、菊花22份、枸杞17份、荷叶19份、泽泻16份、当归17份和甘草13份。

与实施例3的区别在于,没有添加减肥果,增加了山楂和黄瓜的用量。
本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品减肥功能评价
1、试验动物:SD大鼠100只,体重70-90g,雄性,清洁级,购买自中山大学实验动物研究中心。
2、试验模型建立:所有大鼠适应性喂养1周后,按体重随机分为2组,模型构建组90只,空白对照组10只。模型构建组大鼠饲喂高热量饲料(15%猪油,10%蛋黄粉,5%白糖,基础饲料70%),正常对照组大鼠饲喂基础饲料。每周记录给食量、撒食量和剩食量,称量体重一次。喂养2周后,模型构建组大鼠按体重增重排序,淘汰体重增重较低的20只大鼠。将筛选出的70只肥胖敏感大鼠再给予高热量饲料6周,空白对照组同时给予基础饲料。第7周时,高热量饲料喂养的大鼠体重超出基础饲料喂养的大鼠体重20%,即造模成功。
3、试验方案:
将模型构建组大鼠按体重随机分成7组,每组10只,各组大鼠按以下方案灌胃给予相应受试样品:
空白对照组:灌胃给予同体积的生理盐水;
模型对照组:灌胃给予同体积的生理盐水;
阳性对照组:阳性对照组受试样品为汤臣倍健纤巧纤纤胶囊(国食健字G20050006,汤臣倍健股份有限公司),去胶囊壳取内容物用水调配溶液,取1组肥胖大鼠,按0.6g/kg的剂量每天灌1次,连续灌胃8周。
实施例1组:取本发明实施例1制得的颗粒剂,加水配成溶液,按3g/kg的剂量每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃30天。
实施例2组:受试样品为本发明实施例2制得的颗粒剂,给药方案同实施例1组。
实施例3组:受试样品为本发明实施例3制得的颗粒剂,给药方案同实施例1组。
对比例1组:受试样品为本发明对比例1制得的颗粒剂,给药方案同实施例1组。
对比例2组:受试样品为本发明对比例2制得的颗粒剂,给药方案同实施例1组。
试验期间每日记录肥胖型大鼠的给食量、剩食量及撒食量,计算其进食量,观察受试样品对大鼠食欲的影响。每周定时称量体重1次,末次灌胃给予相应受试样品后,大鼠禁食不禁水12小时,称终体重用于计算大鼠体重增加量,然后大鼠腹主动脉采血,分离血清检测胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。最后断头处死大鼠,解剖后取体脂(睾丸及肾周围脂肪垫)并称重,计算体脂比(脂肪垫湿重与体重之比)。
4、试验结果:见表1和表2。

5、试验结论
由表1结果可知,本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物对大鼠的食欲无影响,与模型对照组比较,本发明实施例1-3组肥胖大鼠的体重增加量和体脂比均显著减少,说明本发明具有显著减肥效果。
由表2结果可知,本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物可显著降低肥胖大鼠血清中TC、TG和HDL-L的含量水平,说明本发明是通过改善肥胖大鼠的血脂异常来延缓肥胖的。
试验过程中,连续8周灌胃给予本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物,无大鼠死亡,且试验过程中未观察到大鼠据欧腹泻情况,说明本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物安全性高,副作用少。
综上所述,本发明含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物配伍合理,作用温和,副作用小,减肥效果显著。

1.一种含有青梅的具有减肥功能的保健食品组合物,其特征在于,所述的保健食品组合物主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
青梅28~36份、山楂26~30份、黄瓜19~20份、减肥果17~21份、菊花17~22份、枸杞10~17份、荷叶15~19份、泽泻8~16份、当归6~17份和甘草5~13份。

(1)按比例称取青梅、山楂、黄瓜、减肥果、菊花、枸杞、荷叶、泽泻、当归和甘草,粉碎,加入药材总重量6~8倍量的水煎煮3~4h,过滤;滤渣加入药材总重量4~6倍量的水煎煮2.5~2h,过滤;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至60~65℃环境下相对密度为1.20~1.25的浸膏,减压干燥,粉碎后过80~100目筛,得到浸膏细粉;
