本发明的有益效果在于:
黑芝麻为我国传统的滋补肝肾类中药,具有较大的药用价值,中医和养生学家多将其作为药膳治疗一些疾病。黑芝麻药食两用,含有丰富的脂类、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质等,自古以来就被认为是养生保健的佳品,古代养生学家陶弘景评价黑芝麻为“八谷之中,唯此为良”。黄精具有较高的药用价值,至今已确定黄精主要含有多糖、甾体皂苷、黄酮、蒽醌类化合物、氨基酸等活性成分,黄精多糖可以通过改善脑功能来达到延缓衰老的目的,增强大脑的学习记忆功能,很有可能用于人老年性痴呆的预防和治疗;甾体皂苷具有去痰止咳之功效,很多皂苷还具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗真菌等作用;蒽醌类化合物具有泻下、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等生物活性。螺旋藻中营养成分检测结果显示:其含有丰富蛋白质、核酸、粗纤维、脂肪、碳水化合物、叶绿素、胡萝卜素、 藻蓝素、维生素及人体所必需的微量元素、重金属元素等多种矿物质和各种脂肪酸等,蛋白质中含有多种重要酶类,其中最重要的是SOD活性高,脂肪含量低。其作为均衡蛋白质、核酸、叶绿素、胡萝卜素、藻蓝素、维生素及人体所必需的微量元素、重金属元素等多种矿物质和各种脂肪酸的特色资源,对人体健康具有保健作用。据测定,每100克桑椹含水分81.8克,蛋白质1.8克,脂肪0.3克。纤维素4.9克,碳水化合物10克,灰分1.2克,胡萝卜素30微克,硫胺素0.02毫克、核黄素0.06毫克,维生素E6.95毫克,钾33毫克,锌0.27毫克,铜0.08毫克,硒4.8微克。此外,还含有鞣酸,苹果酸,维生素C和脂肪酸等。其脂肪主要为亚油酸、油酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸和少量辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸等。中医学认为桑椹补益肝肾,滋阴养血,息风,具有主治心悸失眠、头晕目眩、耳鸣、便秘盗汗、瘰疬、关节不利等病症。沙棘的籽、果皮、果实及果渣中都有一定量的油脂,成熟的沙棘籽中含有8%~20%的油脂,干沙棘果中含有约20%~25%的油脂,提取沙棘汁后的果渣仍含有15%~20%的油脂。研究发现沙棘油中含有人体必需的多种营养活性成分,包括多种不饱和脂肪酸、类胡萝卜素及其衍生物、甾醇以及天然维生素E等,在功效上报道的有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗溃疡、抗衰老、抗辐射、增强免疫力等。综合以上各配方成分的有益成分和保健功能,经测试,按照本发明的配方调配上述各成分,能起到使本发明的保健营养粉的营养成分叠加、互补,或其他不需要成分的抵消、减弱的作用,使本发明的保健营养粉脂肪含量低,蛋白、膳食纤维、维生素含量高,保健作用更加突出,能够强筋健骨,增强免疫力,明目黑发,不含色素、添加剂,营养均衡,口感佳,老少皆宜,尤其适宜老年人和亚健康的人群食用。
另外通过本发明的保健营养粉的制备方法,使营养成分更充分的分解、暴露,更利于营养粉的吸收和保健作用,同时也扩充了保健营养粉的食用方法,如冲水引用,烹饪添加或直接粉质食用都可。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一份77g的保健营养粉,主要包括黑芝麻18g,黄精24g,螺旋藻6g,沙棘20g,桑葚9份。
实施例2
一份81g的保健营养粉,主要包括黑芝麻30g,黄精18g,螺旋藻12g,沙棘6g,桑葚15份。
实施例3
一份50g的保健营养粉,主要包括黑芝麻15份,黄精10份,螺旋藻5份,沙棘8份,桑葚12份。
一种保健营养粉的制备方法,利用上述的特征原料,制备保健营养粉的方法包括以下步骤:
①按照下列配方(重量份)称取各成分:
黑芝麻18-30份,黄精18-24份,螺旋藻6-12份,沙棘6-20份,桑葚9-15份;
②把净化除杂后的黑芝麻炒制熟化,将炒制后的黑芝麻粒经过低温粉碎处 理得到黑芝麻粉,黑芝麻粉细度保证其能100%通过20目筛;
③将黄精,螺旋藻,沙棘以及桑葚都干燥制粉后再与经过步骤②的黑芝麻粉末混合均匀。
本发明保健营养粉的成分分析如下:
1.黑芝麻
①黑芝麻的化学成分
油 实验测得黑芝麻粗脂肪为48.3%,黑芝麻油的不饱和脂肪酸含量高达87%以上,其中人体必需脂肪酸亚油酸含量较高。黑芝麻含脂肪油43.4%-51.1%,其平均含油量达47.8%,比白芝麻(55.0%)要少。油的主要成分为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等,其中亚油酸为68.61%,α-亚麻酸为0.08%。众所周知,n-6系列不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸和n-3系列不饱和脂肪酸α-亚麻酸是人体缺少、而自身又不能合成的必需脂肪酸;亚油酸是某些生理调节物质(如前列腺素)的前体,参与胆固醇的代谢,有助于生长、发育及妊娠;α-亚麻酸可以在体内代谢生成EP A、D H A,能防治心血管疾病,增强机体免疫效应旧。黑芝麻中富含亚油酸,也含有少量的α-亚麻酸,可以为人体补充必需的脂肪酸,营养价值很高。
蛋白质 芝麻中蛋白质含量为20%~27%,其榨油后副产品麻渣或饼粕中蛋白质含量为38%~50%。芝麻蛋白的氨基酸组成与FAO/WHO推荐的人类蛋白质标准具有很好的一致性,芝麻蛋白必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的30%,必需氨基酸除赖氨酸和异亮氨基含量低于FAO/WHO要求外,其他的氨基酸都可以满足人体的需求。芝麻蛋白NPU为56%,如添加Lys后,则NPU值可提高至81%。其是一种非常有潜力的蛋白资源。芝麻蛋白可作为食品的添加成分,改 良食品风味,提高营养价值。在欧美市场,芝麻蛋白产品可代替干酪素、干酪素钠等盐类用于加工奶酪,还可用于研制开发无乳糖幼儿用饮料、运动饮料等产品。
色素 黑芝麻黑色素存在于黑芝麻种皮中,为碱溶性色素,安全无毒,稳定性好,而且具有清除自由基的活性,是非常好的天然色素和抗氧化剂。
木脂素类化合物 芝麻中的木酯素类物质(含量0.5%~1.0%).其中芝麻素和芝麻林素含量较多。芝麻中木酯素类化合物有抗氧化、保护肝脏、抑制△5去饱和酶、调节脂质代谢、降低血浆中胆固醇、延缓衰老、增强肝脏对四氯化碳和乙醇的解毒作用、抗艾滋病毒、抗癌作用、抗高血压、抗肿瘤、保护中枢神经系统、调节免疫、对抗植物真菌和植物害虫等功能作用。芝麻酚的抗氧化能力极强,是高脂血症治疗药丙丁酚的10倍。芝麻素有抗氧化、降低LDL一胆固醇、保护肝脏嘲、抗高血压、抗癌嘲、抗菌等多种生理活性功能。
维生素 黑芝麻中含有多种维生素,包括V A,V B,V C,V D,V E,V K,其中V E具有抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗癌的作用,还能增强机体的免疫功能。
矿物质 曹蕾等人使用微波消解法,在黑芝麻中检测出18种矿物质元素,包括人体常量元素Ca,P,S,Mg,K,Na和微量元素Fe,zn,Se,Cu,Mn,B,Cr,Sr,Si,A1。
②黑芝麻的功能主治
中国药典记载,黑芝麻性甘、味平、补肝肾、益精血、润肠燥,用于头晕眼花、耳鸣耳聋、须发早白、病后脱发、肠燥便秘。每日用量9~15g。
抗氧化、延缓衰老 黑芝麻的神奇功效,还在于它含有的维生素E居植物性 食品之首,而且芝麻素比V E具有更强的抗氧化作用,维生素E能促进细胞分裂,推迟细胞衰老,常食可抵消或中和细胞内衰物质“游离基”的积累,起到抗衰老和延年益寿的作用。
清除胆固醇、保护肝脏、稳定血压Ogawa 等人研究芝麻素和表芝麻素对胆固醇代谢的影响发现,芝麻素可有效防止胆固醇在肝脏中堆积,表芝麻素可有效调节血清和肝脏中的胆固醇代谢。黑芝麻中钾含量丰富,每百克黑芝麻中含钾高,而含钠则少很多,钾钠含量的比例接近40:1,这对于控制血压和保持心脏健康非常重要。
乌发润发 黑芝麻内含有头发生长所需的必需脂肪酸、含硫氨基酸和多种微量矿物质,能有效地防止头发脱落,使头发乌黑亮丽。
润肠通便、养颜润肤 中医上一直认为,黑芝麻能够润肠通便,《本草汇言》上说,黑芝麻“多服令人肠滑,缘体质多油故也”。因此可知,这是黑芝麻中油脂含量较高的缘故。此外,黑芝麻对糖尿病、植物神经功能失调引起的便秘很有效。
补铁、补钙、补硒 黑芝麻的含铁量比菠菜还要高,在治疗缺铁性贫血方面有着非常可观的作用;黑芝麻中钙含量也很高,经常食用对骨骼和牙齿有益;人体缺硒会导致人体机能下降,感染高致病性,病毒性疾病的危险性明显增大,黑芝麻含硒量也较高,多吃富含硒的芝麻可以降低前列腺的发病率。
2.黄精
①功效成分
黄精具有较高的药用价值,至今已确定黄精主要含有多糖、甾体皂苷、黄酮、蒽醌类化合物、氨基酸等活性成分。
黄精多糖 黄精含有黄精多糖甲、乙、丙3种,由葡萄糖、甘露糖和半乳糖醛酸(6∶26∶1)组成,其分子量均大于20万;甲(分子量为1630,8个果糖和1个葡萄糖),乙(分子量为862,4个果糖和1个葡萄糖),丙(分子量为174,2个果糖和1个葡萄糖)。黄精中总多糖含量为11.74%。据目前有关黄精的生物活性成分的研究和文献资料的报道表明,黄精多糖具有延长动物寿命,抗衰老作用,具有抗炎、抗病毒作用,对化学性肝损伤具有保护作用。
甾体皂苷 百合科黄精属植物主要含有甾体皂苷和多糖类成分。含有黄精皂苷A、B(SibiricosideA、B)、新巴拉次薯蓣2皂苷元A-3-Ο-β-石蒜四糖苷(NeoprazerigeninA-3-Ο-β-lycotet raoside)以及它的甲基原形同系物。皂苷类成分包括,薯蓣皂苷元、毛地、黄糖苷、菝葜皂苷元等。黄精总皂苷(PTS)400mg·kg-1对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍有明显改善作用。甾体皂苷具有去痰止咳之功效,很多皂苷还具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗真菌等作用,这很可能与黄精具有的相对应的药理作用有关。
蒽醌 研究发现,黄精中含有新生物碱和多种蒽醌类化合物。大部分蒽醌类化合物具有泻下、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等生物活性。
强心苷 黄精及黄精多糖的药理作用如前述提到,具有增强免疫、降低血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤的生物活性,对化学性肝损伤具有保护作用。孙隆儒等人首次发现并从黄精中分离出木脂素类成分,得到6个化合物和一种混合药。酚羟基的存在将很有可能证明黄精中的木脂素类成分具有更强的生物活性,而从其他属植物中分离得到的木脂素类化合物多具有强毒性,不能内服。而从目前的临床应用来看,黄精作为药食两用的补益中药也有可能解决木脂素类药物强毒性之关键所在,天然药物黄精良好的开发前景可见一斑。
②主治功能
抗衰老 黄精多糖能抑制自发的和诱导的脂质过氧化产物MDA的生成;对化学体系产生的羟自由基和超氧阴离子有清除作用,因此具有抑制体外脂质过氧化和清除自由基的作用。
降血脂和降血糖 黄精多糖可显著降低实验性糖尿病鼠血糖和血清糖化血红蛋白浓度,并明显升高血浆胰岛素及C肽水平,表明黄精多糖具有调节糖代谢和治疗实验性糖尿病的作用。研究表明,黄精多糖降血糖作用机理与降低肝脏中cAMP的含量密切相关。黄精多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有很强的抑制作用,单一葡萄糖形成的多糖抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性最强,降糖活性也最强。
对神经系统系统的作用 黄精多糖使正常小鼠在安全区(跳台)停留时间延长,并显著降低了记忆获得障碍小鼠受电击后的错误反应次数,这可能与其改善脑缺血及抗氧化作用有关。黄精多糖具有明显改善帕金森病大鼠行为的作用,其机制可能与黄精多糖上调PPAR-γ的表达相关,进而抑制炎症反应和细胞凋亡,促进多巴胺神经元的再生。
抗炎作用 黄精多糖眼药水能消除兔模型结膜充血、水肿、分泌物增加、角膜混浊、睫状充血等局部表现;能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足趾肿胀;降低大鼠肉芽肿的重量,减少肉芽肿内渗出;对治疗大鼠免疫性关节炎的原发病灶和继发病变有显著疗效,提示黄精多糖具有良好的抗炎作用。
免疫作用 增加核酸和蛋白质的合成:黄精多糖能够提高免疫功能低下机体、青年小鼠、老年小鼠的免疫功能,促进DNA、RNA和蛋白质的合成;提高免疫功能:黄精多糖能促进小鼠胸腺和脾脏的发育,可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数;增加小鼠溶血素的生成;增加正常小鼠迟发型超敏 反应以及恢复免疫功能低下小鼠的迟发型超敏反应。
3.螺旋藻
①营养成分及其生物活性
螺旋藻中营养成分检测结果显示:其含有丰富蛋白质、核酸、粗纤维、脂肪、碳水化合物、叶绿素、胡萝卜素、藻蓝素、维生素及人体所必需的微量元素、重金属元素等多种矿物质和各种脂肪酸等,蛋白质中含有多种重要酶类,其中最重要的是SOD活性高,脂肪含量低。
(1)氨基酸
氨基酸含量丰富且均衡;其在人体内参与蛋白质、糖原合成、能量贮存,是生命代谢基础。机体对氨基酸吸收按比例进行。因此食品中氨基酸含量愈全面均衡,人体对其吸收利用率就愈高,螺旋藻含有全部人体必需氨基酸,组成均衡人体对其吸收利用率特别高。
(2)蛋白质
蛋白质及生物酶类;蛋白质是生命活动的物质基础。机体中具催化作用的酶、具免疫功能的抗体、具运输作用的血红蛋白、激素、维持机体结构的细胞主要以动物淀粉性多糖形式存在,存贮于肝脏、肌肉中,随时调用供人体代谢之需。其能促进血液循环、激活体内激素产生、促进肾上腺素及胰岛素分泌、提高神经系统反应速度、促进肌肉组织生长。
(4)不饱和脂肪酸
主要包括γ-亚麻酸、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)。螺旋藻是迄今发现自养生物中唯一含γ-亚麻酸的生物,含量达11970mg/kg藻粉[8],占藻体脂肪酸类20%~30%。γ-亚麻酸在人体内起重要调节作用, 调节血压、胆固醇合成、控膜等都由蛋白质构成。螺旋藻干粉蛋白质含59%~72%,有抗氧化、抗炎症、增强机体免疫力、抗辐射、抑制加氧酶,具医疗保健作用。螺旋藻蛋白质中含有多种重要酶类,最为重要的是SOD,含量达1000u/g~3750u/g藻粉。
(3)螺旋藻多糖
螺旋藻多糖是藻体中碳水化合物主要存在形式,含量达干重14%~16%,
制炎症、促进细胞增殖、促进前列腺素分泌、加强免疫调节、代谢机能、降低胆固醇、预防心脏病及中风。
(5)矿物质
钙、磷、镁、铁、钠、锰、锌、钾、氯等约占矿物质总量9%,均属细胞生物性碱金属元素,不对人体细胞、组织器官产生任何毒副作用。

①桑椹的营养成分
中医学认为桑椹补益肝肾,滋阴养血,息风,具有主治心悸失眠、头晕目 眩、耳鸣、便秘盗汗、瘰疬、关节不利等病症。每100g成熟鲜桑椹含水分82.0g,糖分9.6g,胡萝卜素0.01g,维生素B10.03mg,维生素B20.06mg,维生素PP0.90mg,维生素C 19mg,同时富含人体所需要的各种氨基酸、矿物质以及芦丁、花青素甙、鞣质、矢车菊素、挥发油等成分。桑椹含有19种氨基酸,含量最高的是天冬氨酸,达64.02mg/100g;必需氨基酸7种,占总氨基酸含量的22%,含量最高者为苏氨酸,达33.81mg/100g。桑椹中主要矿物质含量为N 830mg/100g、P 235mg/100g、K 1141mg/100g,Ca 139mg/100g、Mg 109mg/100g、Na 60mg/100g、Fe 4.3mg/100g、Cu 0.4mg/100g、Mn 4.0mg/100g、Zn 3.1mg/100g、Se 4.6μg/100g。
②功能性成分
多糖 桑椹干品的总多糖平均含量为10.99%,糖基组成主要为葡萄糖(34.8%)、塔罗糖(25.47%)、阿拉伯糖(22.78%)、半乳糖(8.60%)、甘露糖(4.49%)和果糖(3.87%)。
多酚 桑椹中含有多种多酷类物质,不同品种的桑椹,多酌的含量不同:红果2号(3.68mg/g)>大10(3.63m g/g)>5801(2.37mg/g)>红果1号(1.57m g/g),故它们的提取物的抗氧化能力也不同。在紫果期,各品种桑椹反式白黎声醇含量在8.0~17.3μg/g之间,总白藜声醇含量在31.2~71.4μg/g之间,其中嘉陵30号1系反式白藜声醇含量最高,嘉陵30号2系总白藜声醇含量最高。
花色素 桑椹含有大量的花色素及其苷。桑椹果中的花色素类成分主要为矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷(C3G)和矢车菊-3-芸香糖苷(C3Y)。
硒 吴祖芳等测得桑椹含硒量为4.6±3μg/100g,远远高于柑0.73μg/100g、葡萄0.11μg/l00g、山楂0.84μg/100g)、称猴桃0.46μg/100g、西瓜0.08μg/100g、菠萝0.66μg/100g和苹果0.58μg/100g。
此外,桑椹铁和VC含量高,是补血佳品,妇女产后出血,体虚弱者均宜食之。桑椹中含有的叶酸对婴儿的大脑发育很有好处。
③药理作用
抗癌 白藜芦醇能防止对苯二甲酸(TPA)诱导的小鼠乳腺乳头的肿瘤前期病变,也能防止二氧甲基丁酸(DMBA)和TPA诱导的小鼠皮肤癌发生并且对丝裂霉素C引起的细胞突变也显示拮抗作用。它可诱导癌细胞凋亡及解毒酶合成,解毒酶可与癌细胞中的异生素形成共辄,生成无活性的化合物并排出体外,从而抑制癌细胞增殖。硒具有抗癌作用,对胃肠道、呼吸道癌和直肠癌等有明显的抑制作用。其抗癌机理为,降低致癌因子(如芳基经化酶)的诱变性,提高解毒酶系统的活性,调节癌基因和抑癌基因的表达,保护机体遗传物质,调节谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、谷胱甘肽憐脂氧过氧化物酶3的活性,防止生物膜产生突变。硒能增强体液和细胞免疫功能,增强T细胞介导的肿瘤特异性免疫,明显加强胞毒T细胞的胞毒活性。
抗氧化 桑堪具有良好的抗氧化作用,对多种自由基都有一定的清除能力。近几年的研究表明桑堪的抗氧化活性物质主要是多酚类、黄酮类以及多糖。李升锋等研究了多个品种桑堪的VC、花色昔、总酚和总抗氧化能力及相关性,通过实验发现,桑堪中的花色昔和总酚是其抗氧化作用重要的物质基础,桑堪的总抗氧化能力与花色昔和总酚含量之间均存在着相关性,其相关系数达到显著水平(P<0.01)。
降血脂 最新研究也表明桑堪具有降血脂的功效,桑堪多糖能使2型糖尿病(TZDM)模型大鼠的甘油三醋(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并显著提升高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的水平,差异 有统计学意义(P<0.05)。达到调节血脂的作用。Liu LK等发现桑堪花青素能抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化,减少对巨噬细胞的刺激,有效预防动脉粥样硬化,保护心脑血管系统。
降血糖 田春雨等通过T2DM大鼠模型的建立,并测定空腹血糖(FBG),糖化血红蛋白(HbAIC),胰岛素(InS)的含量,研究桑堪多糖的降血糖功效,得出与模型组相比治疗组的FBG,HbAIC显著下降,而使InS水平显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明桑堪多糖能使T2DM模型大鼠的血糖降低,同时促进InS的分泌。胡海梅则发现桑堪多糖能降低高血糖小鼠的血糖,但是对正常小鼠的血糖无明显影响。
保护肝脏 活性氧自由基引发的氧化应激反应是多种肝病发病的共同病理生理基础。桑堪中所含的花青素能清除体内过剩的自由基,抑制氧化应激反应的发生,保护肝脏。余晶等应用H2O2诱导Huh7细胞凋亡作为氧化应激诱导肝细胞凋亡的模型,并通过细胞增殖检测、免疫印迹试验和ROS测定的检测,发现花青素对H2O2引起的Huh7细胞氧化应激损伤所导致的细胞死亡有抑制作用,该作用与花青素的含量呈量效递增关系。张晓丽等[21]通过研究发现花青素对由于CC14氧化所致肝损伤的小鼠红细胞膜中SOD、CAT、血浆GSH-Px活性的降低及血浆ALT、AST活性的异常升高有抑制作用;并能降低红细胞膜中MDA含量及肝脏指数,提高肝糖原水平及脾脏指数、胸腺指数,保护由CC14引起的肝脏组织损伤。

脂肪酸 沙棘籽油和沙棘果油分别来源于沙棘籽和沙棘果。沙棘籽油富含 不饱和脂肪酸(74.16%~90.7%),其中亚油酸含量最(30.2%~36.3%),亚麻酸含量也较为理想(24.9%~38.5%),还含有棕榈油酸(0.948%~4.4%)、油酸(12.62%~23.49%),饱和脂肪酸中棕榈酸含量为3.38%~11.3%,硬脂酸含量为2.6%~4.7%。沙棘果油不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,最高达到68.8%以上,多不饱和脂肪酸含量相对较低。多不饱和脂肪酸主要有亚油酸(4.1%~14.2%)和亚麻酸(1.6%~7.4%),含量最高的不饱和脂肪酸为油酸(10.8%~33.5%),饱和脂肪酸中棕榈酸含量为28.9%~37.8%,硬脂酸含量为0.9%~3.5%。沙棘果油中含有目前研究中较为关注的n-7脂肪酸(最高达7.5%),而沙棘籽油中含有较高含量的亚麻酸,对于平衡n-6、n-3脂肪酸摄入比例具有重要意义。因此,沙棘油是不饱和脂肪酸的优良来源。
维生素 沙棘果实、叶、油中的维生素类的研究报道较多,主要有维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素F、维生素K1、维生素P、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B12等。据报道,每100g沙棘果汁中含维生素C 400~500mg、维生素E 250~400mg、维生素B1 0.05~0.3mg、维生素B2 30~150mg,其中维生素C含量几乎是一切果菜之冠,含量最高可达2100mg,有“维生素宝库”的美称。大约相当于弥猴桃的8倍、葡萄的200倍、鸭梨的500倍、苹果的1000倍。由于沙棘果中不含抗坏血酸氧化酶成分,因此维生素C含量较其他水果稳定。
黄酮类化合物 沙棘的根、茎、叶、花和果实中均含有黄酮类化合物。近年对沙棘黄酮成分研究较多,现已从沙棘植物中分离到49个黄酮类化合物(6个黄酮苷元、8个黄酮单糖苷、6个黄酮芸香糖苷、11个黄酮3,7-二糖苷、8个黄酮三糖苷、8个酰化黄酮糖苷类及2个黄烷-3-醇类),大部分以异鼠李素、槲皮素、山柰酚为母核,糖原为:葡萄糖、鼠李糖、槐糖等。王尚义同一品种不 同部位黄酮含量研究发现:干浆果(885mg/100g)>叶子(876mg/100g)>果渣(502mg/100g)>鲜果汁(365mg/100g)>鲜浆果(354mg/100g)。
酚类和有机酸类 沙棘果中含有苹果酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸及草酸等多种有机酸,酸的总量为3.86%~4.52%。最近研究发现沙棘果汁中的主要有机酸成分是草酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸及柠檬酸,其中苹果酸含量较高,草酸、柠檬酸其次,抗坏血酸含量较少,不含琥珀酸、酒石酸等有机酸。
油和脂肪酸类 沙棘的果肉、种子、果皮、茎皮和叶中都含有油。油中脂肪酸有亚油酸、亚麻酸、月桂酸、肉豆范酸、棕搁酸、十六烯酸、硬脂酸、油酸等,主要是C14~C18类脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸的含量达60%~90%,易被人体吸收。沙棘的含油量随着部位不同而有所差异:果实2%~5%,果肉3%~9%,种子9%~18%,叶1%,而榨出的果汁后的干燥残渣含油量为18%~22%。不同部位油的性质也不一样:种子油中含有胡萝卜素不多,没有类胡萝卜素,果肉油中富含胡萝卜素和类胡萝卜素。沙棘果油以单不饱和脂肪酸为主,含量高达53.71%,约为籽油含量的两倍;二者多不饱和脂肪酸含量差异十分明显,沙棘籽油以多不饱和脂肪酸为主要成分,含量达60.47%。另外,沙棘果油和沙棘籽油中主要脂肪酸的碳链长度也存在显著差异。沙棘果油中C16脂肪酸高于C18脂肪酸,而沙棘籽油中C16脂肪酸含量低很多。
糖和糖苷类化合物 果实中糖类含量占5%~10.5%,主要为葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖,其中果糖和葡萄糖占总糖量的80%,蔗糖26.1~208.2mg/100g。
蛋白质和氨基酸 与其他植物鲜果相比,沙棘果的蛋白质含量较高。沙棘果肉、果汁、种子均含有蛋白质,含量分别为2.89%、0.90%~1.20%、24.38%,沙棘叶片中含粗蛋白15.8%,沙棘中蛋白质主要成分为球蛋白和白蛋白,还含 有大量的非蛋白氮。
微量元素 沙棘的果实、种子、叶和果渣都含有大量的矿质元素,其中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe和Mn等对人体有益,有害元素Cu、Pb、As、Cd等的含量低于国家标准。
②药理功能
对心脑血管的保护作用 维生素C和维生素E是沙棘油作为抗氧化剂的主要成分。维生素C具有降低脂质过氧化、降低血清胆固醇、参与肝脏解毒、阻断亚硝胺形成、增强机体应激能力等作用,可促进抗体生成和白细胞的噬菌能力、增强机体免疫功能、提高大脑细胞的活力和耐缺氧能力。维生素E在人体内可防止不饱和脂肪酸的过分氧化、促使血清胆固醇降低、促进毛细血管增生、改善微循环,从而预防并治疗动脉硬化及心脑血管疾病,是维持血管的柔软、弹性,维持血液流动性的主要物质。
抗氧化、抗衰老 代研究表明,黄酮类化合物对超氧阴离子(O2-)和羟自由基(·OH)和单线态氧(1O2)均有良好的清除作用,而且这种功能与其化学结构上的3,7-羟基有关,所以黄酮类化合物被视为是一种很有效的活性氧清除剂和脂质抗氧化剂。柏慧敏研究发现:沙棘黄酮能够明显提高D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠血清和组织中抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px、全血CAT活力,降低MAO活力、MDA、NO含量,发挥抗氧化作用。同时发现沙棘黄酮能够提高衰老大鼠的免疫功能。由于沙棘黄酮抗氧化性,使其具有了很好的抗衰老功能。王秉文等研究显示沙棘叶总黄酮可抑制亚急性衰老小鼠脑MAO-B活性,减少其肝脏LF含量,并能增强其红细胞免疫功能。沙棘叶总黄酮亦可改善“肾阳虚”小鼠的症状,促进其睾丸DNA合成。说明沙棘叶总黄酮具有抗衰老作用,其作用机 理可能与其抑制脑MAO-B活性,减少自由基反应,增强机体免疫功能和提高核酸代谢水平有关。
保肝作用 最近有研究发现:沙棘油还具有保肝作用。沙棘油能对抗脂质过氧化,从而保护肝细胞膜,同时能对抗CC14诱发的肝受损后所致的肝丙二醛和谷丙转氨酶增高,防止谷胱甘肽的耗竭,对病毒性肝炎的疗效也较明显。沙棘油还可以促进汞从肾脏排出的作用,对汞致肝脏氧化损伤有一定保护作用。沙棘油对急性、亚慢性镉染毒致大鼠肝氧化损伤也有一定的拮抗作用。
增强免疫力的作用 沙棘油含有多种生理活性物质,是天然镇痛药,具有提高机体免疫功能,能促进组织再生和上皮组织愈合,可用于治疗烧伤、烫伤、褥疮及其他皮肤病。
调血脂、调血糖的作用 沙棘黄酮具有调血脂、调血糖的作用。沙棘籽渣黄酮的降血糖作用可能包括对肝脏糖代谢和外周组织摄取葡萄糖两方面的调控:一方面可能通过上调肝脏GK mRNA的表达,降低G 6-Pase mRNA的表达,减少肝糖输出;另一方面,通过提高脂肪组织中PPARγ、GLUT4、IRmRNA及PI3K、Akt蛋白的表达,促进脂肪组织对葡萄糖的转运利用。沙棘黄酮对心血管疾病有改善功效,沙棘总黄酮通过降低Caspase23表达,防止内皮细胞凋亡。具有抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、减少总外周血管阻力、增加血管弹性、减少毛细血管的渗透性,对心绞痛及心功能有改善作用,对血垢、陈血细胞、血液中的垃圾有显著的净化作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种保健营养粉,其特征在于,主要包括以下重量份的特征原料:黑芝麻18-30份,黄精18-24份,螺旋藻6-12份,沙棘6-20份,桑葚9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健营养粉,其特征在于,各种所述特征原料配方如下(重量份):黑芝麻15份,黄精10份,螺旋藻5份,沙棘8份,桑葚12份。
3.一种保健营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,利用权利要求1所述的特征原料,制备保健营养粉的方法包括以下步骤:
①按照下列配方(重量份)称取各成分:
黑芝麻18-30份,黄精18-24份,螺旋藻6-12份,沙棘6-20份,桑葚9-15份;
②把净化除杂后的黑芝麻炒制熟化,将炒制后的黑芝麻粒经过低温粉碎处理得到黑芝麻粉,黑芝麻粉细度保证其能100%通过20目筛;
③将所述黑芝麻,所述黄精,所述螺旋藻,所述沙棘以及所述桑葚混合均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保健营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤③中所述黄精,所述螺旋藻,所述沙棘以及所述桑葚都干燥制粉后再与经过步骤②的所述黑芝麻粉末混合均匀。
