本发明涉及保健药剂领域,特别涉及一种复方富勒烯保健饮用水及其制备方法。
背景技术
自由基是机体氧化反应中产生的产物,具有强氧化性,可损害机体的组织和细胞,造成细胞突变,突变的细胞发生不正常的增生现象,增生的细胞就称为癌细胞。癌细胞没有任何的功能,却会在人体内四处游走,掠夺体内的养分,影响正常细胞的生长,并会无限制地复制生长,转移到身体的其他位置,因此,每个人都有很大的几率得癌症,预防癌症最有效的方法就是清除自由基。
富勒烯C60是一种天然化合物,每个球形分子包含60个小于一纳米的碳原子。水合富勒烯C60HyFn中的C60是一种被高度有序的水膜所包围的大分子结构。它的自然结构与人体健康状态下水结构高度吻合。人体组成的成分中,水的含量大约占到体重的75-80%。因此恢复人体健康应当首先维持水到稳定状态。
富勒烯因含有大量电子,可以及时给机体细胞补充电子,清除自由基,达到抗氧化的目的,从根本防止细胞畸变。其作用的生物学机制跟许多传统的抗氧化剂的生物活性机制有着本质的区别。它的抗氧化性是人们所熟悉的如维生素A、C或E,以及天然类胡萝卜素、类黄酮等抗氧化剂的成百上千倍。多年研究结果表明,含有小剂量水合富勒烯的化合物有着广泛而普遍的生物效应。其范围如下:
1、调节脂质过氧化过程,并有助于细胞膜脂质化合物的归一化,提高其对不利因素的抗性;
2、恢复细胞内的能量氧化过程;
3、激活细胞分化和组织再生的过程;
4、激活人体自身的抗氧化防御系统;
5、具有积极的免疫调节性能和抗干扰免疫系统;
6、具有持久的抗组胺和抗炎作用;
7、具有抗组胺和降血脂的性能;
8、能够有效保护肝脏、心脏、神经免受辐射;
9、对抗胃渍疡、抗烧伤和伤口愈合性质有着显著的疗效,配合温和的抗菌药物治疗有着更好的疗效;
10、具有适应原和抗压特性;
11、抑制年龄老化现象(如老化,更年期,身体脱水等)
松茸中含有珍贵的活性物质——松茸醇,松茸体内含有一种其他任何植物都没有的特殊双链生物活性物质——松茸醇(RNA),它具有超强抗基因突变能力和强抗癌作用,能自动识别肿瘤细胞所分泌的毒素,靶向性地与肿瘤细胞靠近、结合,通过溶解肿瘤细胞膜和破坏脂质双层进入细胞内,封闭肿瘤细胞的转体蛋白受体,阻断肿瘤细胞的蛋白质合成,使肿瘤细胞不能分裂繁殖以致死亡;破坏肿瘤细胞遗传复制的DNA基因,从而达到抗基因突变,抑制肿瘤和控制肿瘤复发、转移的目的。
松茸具有很好的抗肿瘤活性,所含多糖的抗肿瘤活性远远高于灵芝,在15种具有抗肿瘤活性的食用菌中居于首位。其子实体热水提取物(多糖类)对小白鼠肉瘤S-180的抑制率高达91.8%,对艾氏腹水癌的抑制率为70%。另外有研究表明,松茸糖蛋白MTSO对人乳腺癌(MCF-7)细胞系也有抑制作用,作用的同时它对正常细胞的毒性很低。同时松茸多糖还能够诱导K562细胞凋亡,抑制白细胞增殖;研究还表明肝癌患者在肝癌切除后服用松茸.能够明显提高存活率,并且可使GOT,r-GTP,胆红素值明显降低。
研究表明,松茸的抗肿瘤作用表现为两个方面:一方面是直接杀死肿瘤细胞。实验发现松茸中含有的某些蛋白能直接杀死皮肤癌、子宫癌的癌细胞。另一方面是诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,实验发现松茸中某些活性糖蛋白能通过抑制癌细胞在周期中S到G2M期的转化阶段抑制HeLa细胞增殖,诱导细胞发生调亡。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有研究技术的不足,提供了一种用于维护健康的复方富勒烯保健饮用水。
技术方案:一种复方富勒烯保健饮用水,包括下列组份:富勒烯5ppm至200ppm;松茸提取物5ppm至500ppm。
本发明还公开了上述复方富勒烯保健饮用水的制备方法:包括下列步骤:
1)提取松茸提取物:在松茸上均匀打孔或将松茸切片,放进浓度为52%-70%的乙醇中浸泡,24至96小时,取出松茸,余下的为含有松茸溶解混合物的液体,将液体加热提纯,使得其中的乙醇通过,蒸馏分离并回收,提纯后余下的即为水溶性松茸提取物;
2)将步骤1)中所得到的松茸提取物与富勒烯按照上述比例添加到纯净去离子水中充分混合即得。
有益效果:本发明将富勒烯与松茸提取物进行混合,强力抗氧化,清除自由基,达到防癌抗癌的效果,而且步骤简单、环保;同时,经过白酒浸泡的松茸取出洗净后还可以用来食用,避免资源浪费。

本发明将富勒烯与松茸提取物进行混合,强力抗氧化,清除自由基,达到防癌抗癌的效果,而且步骤简单、环保;同时,经过白酒浸泡的松茸取出洗净后还可以用来食用,避免资源浪费。
实施例3:
一种复方富勒烯保健饮用水,包括下列组份:富勒烯100ppm,松茸提取物100ppm,余量为纯净去离子水。
制备方法如下:
1)提取松茸提取物:将松茸上均匀打孔或切片,放进定量的浓度为52%-70%的乙醇中浸泡,24至96小时,取出松茸,余下的为含有松茸溶解混合物的液体,将液体加热提纯,使得其中的乙醇通过,蒸馏分离并回收,提纯后余下的即为水溶性松茸提取物;
2)将步骤1)中所得到的松茸提取物与富勒烯按照上述比例添加到纯净去离子水中充分混合即得。

Claims (2)
1.一种复方富勒烯保健饮用水,其特征在于:包括下列组份:富勒烯5ppm至200ppm;松茸提取物5ppm至500ppm。
2.如权利要求1所述的复方富勒烯保健饮用水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:
1)提取松茸提取物:在松茸上均匀打孔或将松茸切片,放进浓度为52%-70%的乙醇中浸泡,24至96小时,取出松茸,余下的为含有松茸溶解混合物的液体,将液体加热提纯,使得其中的乙醇通过蒸馏分离并回收,提纯后余下的即为水溶性松茸提取物;
2)将步骤1)中所得到的松茸提取物与富勒烯按照上述比例添加到纯净去离子水中充分混合即得。
