Abstract
本发明涉及一种针对中老年人肿瘤术后恢复和预防再发的纯天然树莓复合口服液的制备配方。该复合口服液配方由树莓、葡萄籽、草莓、蓝莓、蓝靛果、黑加仑、黑木耳、猴头菇、核桃和杏仁提取物或果汁组成。各组分体积百分比为:树莓5~9%、蓝莓1~3%、草莓汁13~15%、蓝靛果1~3%、葡萄籽1~3%、黑加仑果汁10~13%、黑木耳1~3%、猴头菇1~3%、核桃1~3%、杏仁1~3%,用糖浆和纯净水补至一百。树莓储量丰富、来源广泛,具有抗氧化、抗炎症等多种功能。为解决当前癌症防治的缺陷,迎合当今人类需求,本发明以树莓提取物为主要成分并结合其他抗癌活性物质,优化配方,研制集防癌抗癌于一体的树莓复合口服液。针对中老年人术后恢复和预防再发,符合当市场前需求,使用前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于保健食品加工领域,具体涉及一种有助于中老年人肿瘤术后恢复及预防再发功效的天然树莓复合口服液的制备配方。
背景技术
树莓是蔷薇科悬钩子属植物,主要分布于长江以南及西北地区,果树适应性强、生长快、易栽培,果实、种子、根、茎、叶均可入药。其果实是一种浆果,成熟时色泽鲜艳,柔嫩多汁,富含花色普、多酚、黄酮等活性物质,在医药、美容、保健等方面具有广泛用途。现代医学研究发现,树莓多种活性成分具有抗肿瘤、防癌抗癌、增强免疫等功效。
癌症是目前威胁人类生命的最危险疾病之一。流行病学研究发现,人类生活环境中的物理、化学、生物因素都有可能引发机体癌变,此外机体免疫系统失调,内分泌功能障碍,基因突变等因素也可能刺激细胞癌变。研究发现,癌症的产生要经历8~20年的癌前病变,但目前没有很好的癌前预防措施。当前,最常用的癌症治疗方法主要是手术切除、化学药物和射线治疗,但是杀死癌变细胞的同时也对正常细胞产生伤害,存在毒副作用、治疗不彻底等问题,而最严重的是中老年人术后恢复期有很高的再发率。随着医疗技术条件的完善和生活水平的提高,人们逐渐意识到这些疗法的不足与危害。因此,迫切需要开发新型安全无害的集防癌抗癌一体的疗法或药物。为解决这些问题,本发明以树莓为主要原料,并复合其他具有抗癌、抗炎功效的天然产物,发明一种帮助术后恢复和预防再发功效的纯天然树莓复合口服液。
发明内容
本发明根据天然产物的功能活性并结合食疗理论,以树莓为主要原料,精选其他天然产物组合配方,研制一种集防癌抗癌于一体并有助于术后恢复的纯天然树莓复合口服液。
本发明树莓复合口服液配方所用的天然产物有树莓、葡萄籽、草莓、蓝莓、蓝靛果、黑加仑、黑木耳、猴头菇、核桃和杏仁,其有效成分为配方中各原料提取物或果汁。各组分体积百分比分别为:树莓5~9%、蓝莓1~3%、草莓汁13~15%、蓝靛果1~3%、葡萄籽1~3%、黑加仑果汁10~13%、黑木耳1~3%、猴头菇1~3%、核桃1~3%、杏仁1~3%,用糖浆和纯净水补至一百。
本发明的主要原料为树莓。首先,树莓是多酚类化合物鞣花酸含量最高的水果,据报道树莓总鞣花酸含量为1.198~3.235 mg/g,可清除自由基,具有很强的抗氧化作用。其次,树莓还含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,总含量可达到5.86 mg/g,可有效清除自由基,提高免疫力,抑制肿瘤细胞发展。另外,还含有类黄酮类化合物——花青素、花色苷和原花青素,也具有抗癌、抗肿瘤活性。芳香类化合物树莓酮具有预防癌症的功效,宣景宏等从树莓果实中分理出SOD,能够清楚自由基和有害代谢物,提高人体免疫力,抑制肿瘤发生。
本发明配方中所用辅料也具有多种功能活性。其中葡萄籽富含原花青素,具有营养与药用价值,其抗氧化、清除自由基效果显著;蓝莓、草莓、核桃和杏仁鞣花酸含量高,研究发现鞣花酸可以与药物协同作用,并且对乳腺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌等具有显著的抑制作用;刘奕琳等研究发现,蓝靛果花色苷对人肺癌、肝癌、宫颈癌细胞有很强的抑制作用;黑加仑果实中含有槲皮素、花色苷等,具有抗肿瘤、提高免疫力的效用;黑木耳和猴头菇都是注明的药食两用菌,两者主要活性成分都是多糖,具有很好的抗肿瘤、提高免疫类作用。
本发明天然防癌抗癌树莓复合口服液的具体制备方法如下:
一、活性成分的提取
(1)树莓:取新鲜优质树莓浆果适量粉碎打浆,用95%食用级乙醇,料液比1:6,50℃超声波辅助提取1h,过滤,浓缩,最后离心取上清。
(2)葡萄籽:取干燥葡萄籽适量,粉碎后石油醚脱脂并干燥,用60%食用级乙醇,料液比1:12,60℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(3)蓝莓:取新鲜树莓适量,打浆,用60%食用级乙醇,料液比1:6,加少量柠檬酸,50℃恒温浸提0.5h,过滤,反复3次。合并滤液,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
(4)蓝靛果:取新鲜蓝靛果适量,打浆,适量无水乙醇30℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(5)草莓、黑加仑果汁:取新鲜优质草莓、黑加仑去梗,分别榨汁,用尼龙绢布过滤,离心取上清备用。
(6)黑木耳:取干燥黑木耳粉碎,过80目筛,以1:8的料液比,沸水超声辅助浸提1h,除蛋白,浓缩备用。
(7)猴头菇:取猴头菇适量,按料液比1:20加入蒸馏水浸提,过滤,滤液浓缩,备用。
(8)核桃:取适量核桃仁粉碎过80目筛,用45%食用级乙醇,料液比1:60,70℃提取1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清备用。
(9)杏仁:取适量杏仁粉碎过80目筛,用30%食用级乙醇,料液比1:20,闪提2min,过滤,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
二、糖浆制备
取木糖醇和/或白砂糖40~60g,添加纯净水至200mL,沸水煮10min并不断搅拌,冷却后用糖浆过滤器过滤,取滤液备用。
三、混合、均质
分别取步骤一种的提取物或果汁,按以下体积百分比混合:树莓5~9%、蓝莓1~3%、草莓汁13~15%、蓝靛果1~3%、葡萄籽1~3%、黑加仑果汁10~13%、黑木耳1~3%、猴头菇1~3%、核桃1~3%、杏仁1~3%,用糖浆和纯净水补至100%,并添加适量稳定剂充分混合、均质,灭菌,装瓶冷藏。
本发明首次以树莓提取物为主要成分,并组合多种具有抗癌、抗氧化、提高免疫力的纯天然果物,针对中老年人研制出有助于术后恢复且预防再发的多功能保健口服液。本发明所用原料来源广泛,易得,安全无害,纯天然,优化配方,工艺简单、易操作。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施实例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一、活性成分的提取
(1)树莓:取树莓100g粉碎打浆,95%食用级乙醇600ml,50℃超声波辅助提取1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(2)葡萄籽:取干100g,粉碎后石油醚脱脂并干燥,60%食用级乙醇1200mL, 60℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(3)蓝莓:取蓝莓100g,打浆,60%食用级乙醇600ml,加少量柠檬酸,50℃恒温浸提0.5h,过滤,反复3次。合并滤液,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
(4)蓝靛果:取新鲜蓝靛100g,打浆,无水乙醇100mL,30℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(5)草莓、黑加仑果汁:分别取草莓、黑加仑100g去梗榨汁,用尼龙绢布过滤,离心取上清备用。
(6)黑木耳:取干燥黑木耳100g,粉碎过80目筛,加800mL纯净水,沸水超声辅助浸提1h,除蛋白,浓缩备用。
(7)猴头菇:取猴头菇100g,2000mL蒸馏水浸提1h,过滤后浓缩备用。
(8)核桃:取10g核桃仁粉碎过80目筛, 45%食用级乙醇600mL,70℃提取1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清备用。
(9)杏仁:取10g杏仁粉碎过80目筛,30%食用级乙醇200mL,闪提2min,过滤,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
二、糖浆制备
取木糖醇30g,白砂糖20g,添加纯净水至200mL,沸水煮10min并不断搅拌,冷却后用糖浆过滤器过滤,取滤液备用。
三、混合、均质
分别取步骤一种的提取物或果汁,按以下体积百分比混合:树莓9%、蓝莓1%、草莓汁15%、蓝靛果1%、葡萄籽1%、黑加仑果汁10%、黑木耳1%、猴头菇1%、核桃1%、杏仁1%,糖浆20%,最后用纯净水补补至100%,添加适量海藻酸钠充分混合、均质,灭菌,装瓶,0~4℃冷藏。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1不同的是:步骤三中树莓提取物所占比例为5%,其他与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1不同的是:步骤二变为:取木糖醇50g,添加纯净水至200mL,沸水煮10min并不断搅拌,冷却后用糖浆过滤器过滤,取滤液备用。其他与实施例1相同。
以上所述为本发明较佳实施实例,仅为示范之用,并不用于限定本发明的实质技术内容范围。以上实施例未具体注明实验条件,通常按常规条件或规定处理。文中说用专业术语与本领域人员熟悉的意义相同。任何所属领域的技术人员根据本发明的配方及其较佳实施例的描述,做出的各种产品均属等同改变或替换。
Claims (7)
1.一种天然树莓复合口服液的制备配方,其特征在于配方由树莓、葡萄籽、草莓、蓝莓、蓝靛果、黑加仑、黑木耳、猴头菇、核桃和杏仁提取物或果汁构成,用糖浆和纯净水补至一百,并添加适量稳定剂。
2.一种天然树莓复合口服液的制备配方,其特征在于各有效成分体积百分比分别为:树莓5~9%、蓝莓1~3%、草莓汁13~15%、蓝靛果1~3%、葡萄籽1~3%、黑加仑果汁10~13%、黑木耳1~3%、猴头菇1~3%、核桃1~3%、杏仁1~3%,糖浆20%。
3.按照权利要求1所述一种天然树莓复合口服液制备配方,其中草莓、黑加仑为果汁,其他成分为个原料提取物。
4.按照权利要求1所述一种天然树莓复合口服液制备配方,所用糖浆原料为木糖醇或白砂糖,或者两者组合使用。
5.按照权利要求1所述,一种天然防癌抗癌树莓复合口服液所用稳定剂为海藻酸钠。
6.一种天然树莓复合口服液的制备步骤如下:
一、活性成分的提取
(1)树莓:取新鲜优质树莓浆果适量粉碎打浆,用95%食用级乙醇,料液比1:6,50℃超声波辅助提取1h,过滤,浓缩,最后离心取上清。
(2)葡萄籽:取干燥葡萄籽适量,粉碎后石油醚脱脂并干燥,用60%食用级乙醇,料液比1:12,60℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(3)蓝莓:取新鲜树莓适量,打浆,用60%食用级乙醇,料液比1:6,加少量柠檬酸,50℃恒温浸提0.5h,过滤,反复3次。合并滤液,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
(4)蓝靛果:取新鲜蓝靛果适量,打浆,适量无水乙醇30℃浸提1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清。
(5)草莓、黑加仑果汁:取新鲜优质草莓、黑加仑去梗,分别榨汁,用尼龙绢布过滤,离心取上清备用。
(6)黑木耳:取干燥黑木耳粉碎,过80目筛,以1:8的料液比,沸水超声辅助浸提1h,除蛋白,浓缩备用。
(7)猴头菇:取猴头菇适量,按料液比1:20加入蒸馏水浸提,过滤,滤液浓缩,备用。
(8)核桃:取适量核桃仁粉碎过80目筛,用45%食用级乙醇,料液比1:60,70℃提取1h,过滤,浓缩,离心取上清备用。
(9)杏仁:取适量杏仁粉碎过80目筛,用30%食用级乙醇,料液比1:20,闪提2min,过滤,浓缩,离心,取上清备用。
二、糖浆制备
取木糖醇和/或白砂糖40~60g,添加纯净水至200mL,沸水煮10min并不断搅拌,冷却后用糖浆过滤器过滤,取滤液备用。
三、混合、均质
分别取步骤一种的提取物或果汁,按以下体积百分比混合:树莓5~9%、蓝莓1~3%、草莓汁13~15%、蓝靛果1~3%、葡萄籽1~3%、黑加仑果汁10~13%、黑木耳1~3%、猴头菇1~3%、核桃1~3%、杏仁1~3%,糖浆20%,纯净水补至100%,添加适量海藻酸钠充分混合、均质,灭菌,装瓶冷藏。
7.按照权利要求4所述,树莓复合口服液成品需冷藏,冷藏温度为温度为0~5℃。
