本发明涉及一种吊钩，尤其是在吊钩上装置有缓冲耐磨护钾的一种缓冲耐磨吊钩。
背景技术
目前，公知常用吊钩的耐磨性能都很一般，特别是大吨位的吊钩，如果吊钩长期连续的工作则会很容易被磨损报废，存在不必要的更换麻烦和维修费用以及资金浪费的缺陷，严重的影响吊装生产的工作效率和经济效益。
发明内容
为了克服现有吊钩的缺陷与不足，本发明提供一种缓冲耐磨吊钩，尤其是在吊钩上装置有缓冲耐磨护钾的一种缓冲耐磨吊钩。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在吊钩上装置有橡胶缓冲保护层，在橡胶缓冲保护层上装置有合金钢耐磨护甲，由于合金钢耐磨护甲是由铁、碳、铬、硅、稀土、钼合金铸造而成，因此其耐磨性能得到了特大的改善和加强，加之在吊钩与护甲之间装置有橡胶缓冲保护层避免了两个部件在吊装负载时撞击摩擦，保障了合金钢耐磨护甲实用长效的保护吊钩，该发明能有效避免吊钩因长时间工作造成的磨损报废，能提高吊钩生产效率和使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是；保护吊钩增强吊钩使用寿命，避免了不必要的零件损坏与更换的损失，降低维修费用，提高纺织生产的工作效率和经济效益。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2中；橡胶缓冲保护层（2）是根据吊钩（3）的结构形状开模制造的，合金钢耐磨护甲（1）是根据橡胶缓冲保护层（2）的结构形状开模铸造，将橡胶缓冲保护层（2）套夹在吊钩（3）上，再将铸造好的合金钢耐磨护甲（1）套夹在装有橡胶缓冲保护层（2）的吊钩（3）上，这样的吊钩便成本发明产品一种缓冲耐磨吊钩。

1.一种缓冲耐磨吊钩，其特征是：在吊钩上装置有橡胶缓冲保护层，在橡胶缓冲保护层上装置有合金钢耐磨护甲。
2.根据权利要求1所描述的一种缓冲耐磨吊钩；其特征还有：合金钢耐磨护甲的配方成分有铁、碳、铬、硅、稀土、钼。
