本发明公开了一种耐热抗磨复合金属材料,包括铁、镍、磷、氮化硅、二硫化钼粉、银粉、锌粉、铝粉、镁粉、铜粉、铬粉、锰粉、钼粉、钴粉、石墨粉、锰粉。与现有技术相比,本发明添加多种化学元素,增强了金属材料的耐磨性,使用安全可靠,延长了使用寿命,提高产品的质量,具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐热抗磨复合金属材料。
背景技术
金属材料是指金属元素或以金属元素为主构成的具有金属特性的材料的统称。包括纯金属、合金、金属材料金属间化合物和特种金属材料等。磨损是许多工业部门普遍存在并成为引起设备失效或材料破坏的一个重要原因,同时其也消耗了大量的能源和材料。由耐磨合金铸钢制造的各种工程挖掘和装载机斗齿、各种耐磨输送管道、各种破碎机锤头和颚板、各种履带板,由于处于高强度、恶劣气候等工作条件,其磨损情况更加严重。而金属材料一旦不耐磨,就导致了机械的使用寿命,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种耐热抗磨复合金属材料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括铁、镍、磷、氮化硅、二硫化钼粉、银粉、锌粉、铝粉、镁粉、铜粉、铬粉、锰粉、钼粉、钴粉、石墨粉、锰粉。
具体地,按重量比,每份含所述铁占80%、所述镍占2%、所述磷占2%、所述氮化硅占3%、所述二硫化钼粉占0.5%、所述银粉占0.5%、所述锌粉占1.5%、所述铝粉占2%、所述镁粉占0.1%、所述铜粉占1.5%、所述铬粉占0.3%、所述锰粉占1.4%、所述钼粉占1.2%、所述钴粉占1.2%、所述石墨粉占0.5%、所述锰粉占0.3%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种耐热抗磨复合金属材料,与现有技术相比,本发明添加多种化学元素,增强了金属材料的耐磨性,使用安全可靠,延长了使用寿命,提高产品的质量,具有推广应用的价值。
