The power component can be preferably a pneumatic or hydraulic driven component, and particularly for van trucks, the pneumatic power can be provided by using an air compressor carried by the truck body as an air source or the hydraulic power can be provided by using a hydraulic system of the truck body. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive is relatively stable, and the motion stability of the carrying flat plate is facilitated.
The first and second conveyors are not limited to rollers, but may be in the form of a belt or a drum, or the like.
In the above embodiments, the device for loading and unloading goods collectively may further include a limiting plate fixed on both sides of the mounting base for limiting the upward movement of the carrier plate 50 during the surface carrying process of the fixed carrier roller group.
The device can further comprise a buffer rubber layer, wherein the buffer rubber layer is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting base and is positioned in front of the limiting plate.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic top view of the carrier plate; fig. 11 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 10.
The carrier plate 50 in each embodiment includes steel plate 51 and polytetrafluoroethylene board 52, and steel plate 51's upper surface has a plurality of polytetrafluoroethylene boards 52, and perhaps steel plate 51's whole upper surface covers has polytetrafluoroethylene board 52, and the goods is directly stacked to polytetrafluoroethylene board 52's surface, and relative motion can hardly take place with polytetrafluoroethylene board 52 in the transportation goods, has self-lubricating function because of polytetrafluoroethylene, can reduce friction loss, and high temperature resistant, be applicable to various environment.
The teflon plate 52 may be fixed to the steel plate by screws 53.
In addition, the bottom of the objective plate can be further provided with rollers.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a cargo box according to the present invention; fig. 8 is a side view of the cargo box of the present invention in a cargo-handling state.
On the basis of the above device, there is further provided a cargo carrying box, wherein the cargo carrying box comprises a box body 100 enclosing a cargo containing space, and the bottom wall of the box body 100 of the cargo carrying box is the above mounting base 40.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 shows two states of the cargo 200 in the transportation on the surfaces of the second roller 20 and the first roller 10, wherein the dotted line is a schematic diagram of the moment when the cargo moves on the surface of the second roller 20, and the solid line is a schematic diagram of the moment when the cargo moves on the surface of the first roller 10.
Namely, the device for loading and unloading cargos in a centralized way is of an integrated structure with the cargo carrying box.
Of course, the device for loading and unloading goods and the goods carrying box can also be of a split structure.
In another embodiment, the mounting base 40 of the apparatus for the concentrated loading and unloading of cargo is positioned inside the cargo box. The following may be referred to for specific positioning, but of course, is not limited thereto.
It is noted that the longitudinal direction is herein the direction along which the goods are loaded, and the transverse direction is the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view illustrating two containers directly butted and inverted.
The goods carrying box for the goods centralized loading and unloading device has the advantages that when goods need to be switched from one goods carrying box to another goods carrying box, only two goods carrying boxes need to be directly or indirectly butted, the driving device can drive the carrying flat plate to move from one box to another box, and the operation is simple, convenient and efficient. Fig. 9 shows a schematic diagram of two containers (container 101 and container 102) directly docking to swap cargo, that is, cargo inlets and outlets of container 101 and container 102 are directly docked, and a driving device is activated to directly transport a cargo flat from container 101 to a fixed roller set in container 102.
It should be noted that the first and second components are not limited to the order described herein in order to distinguish the same type of component with the same or similar structure or function.
The cargo carrying box and the device for loading and unloading cargos provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (18)
1. The device for loading and unloading cargos in a centralized way is characterized by comprising a mounting base (40), a first conveying device, a second conveying device, a carrying plate (50) and a driving device;
the first conveying device is fixedly arranged on the mounting base (40);
when goods are loaded and unloaded, the mounting base (40) is arranged in the goods carrying box, the second conveying device is arranged outside the mounting base (40), the second conveying device and the first conveying device form a goods conveying channel, and the driving device drives the carrying flat plate (50) to reciprocate on the first conveying device and the second conveying device.
2. The device for the centralized handling of goods according to claim 1, characterized in that the first conveyor means is a set of fixed rollers comprising at least two rows of first rollers (10), each row having a plurality of first rollers (10), each of the first rollers (10) being supported to the mounting base (40) by a first roller bracket (11).
3. The device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to claim 2, characterized in that the second transmission device is a sliding idler set, the sliding idler set comprises at least two rows of second rollers (20), each row comprises a plurality of second rollers (20), each second roller (20) of the same row is supported on an integrated bracket (21), the lower end part of the integrated bracket (21) is connected with the mounting base (40) in a longitudinal sliding mode, and the overall height of the sliding idler set is not higher than that of the fixed idler set.
4. A device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to claim 3, characterized in that the upper surface of the mounting base (40) between the two rows of the first rollers (10) is provided with a slideway, and the lower end of the integrated bracket is provided with a slide rail which is matched with the slideway for sliding; or,
the integrated support is provided with rollers, and sliding grooves matched with the rollers are formed in the upper surface of the mounting base (40) between the two first rollers (10).
5. A device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to claim 3, further comprising a bracket (3) provided outside said mounting base (40) for supporting the integrated bracket of each row of said second rollers (20);
and the support (3) is a split type detachable support and comprises a plurality of supporting legs and a cross beam, the supporting legs and the cross beam are detachably connected, the integrated support is supported on the cross beam and is detachable from the cross beam, and the mounting base (40) is further provided with a containing space for containing the supporting legs and the cross beam.
6. The device for the centralized handling of goods according to claim 5, characterized in that the receiving space is formed between each row of the first rollers (10) and the mounting base (40).
7. The apparatus for the concentrated cargo handling according to claim 5, further comprising a leg elevating mechanism for adjusting the height of said support.
8. The device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to any one of claims 2 to 7, further comprising a box body (4), wherein the mounting base (40) is a bottom wall (41) of the box body (4), through holes are formed in the top wall (42) of the box body (4) at positions corresponding to the first rollers (10), and after each first roller (10) is mounted, part of the outer surface of the roller passes through the corresponding through hole and is exposed outside the top wall (42).
9. The device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to claim 8, characterized in that each of said second rollers (20) is completely placed inside said box body (4) when each of said second rollers (20) is placed on said mounting base (40).
10. The device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to claim 8, characterized in that said first roller carriages (11) are lifting roller carriages, when said first roller carriages (11) are at a first height, a part of the outer surface of each of said first rollers (10) is exposed outside the top wall (42) of said box body (4); when the first roller bracket (11) is at the second height, each first roller (10) is completely positioned inside the box body (4).

The device for the centralized loading and unloading of goods according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the driving device comprises a power unit, a reel wound with a pulling rope (60), and a pulley block arranged on the mounting base (40), both ends of the pulling rope (60) of the reel are respectively connected with both ends of the carrier plate (50) through corresponding pulleys in the pulley block, and the power unit drives the reel to rotate to realize the reciprocating motion of the carrier plate (50).
12. The apparatus for concentrated cargo handling according to any of claims 1 to 6, further comprising limiting plates fixed to both sides of the mounting base (40) for limiting the amount of upward movement of the carrier plate during surface carrying of the fixed carrier roller sets.
13. The apparatus for concentrated cargo handling according to claim 12, further comprising a cushion rubber layer disposed on the upper surface of the mounting base in front of the limit plate.
14. The device for the centralized handling of cargo according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the carrier plate (50) comprises a steel plate (51) and a teflon plate (52), the upper surface of the steel plate (51) has several teflon plates (52), or the entire upper surface of the steel plate (51) is covered with the teflon plates (52).
15. A cargo carrier box comprising a box body (100) enclosing a cargo containing space, characterized in that it further comprises a device for concentrated cargo handling according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 14, wherein the bottom wall of the box body (100) of the cargo carrier box is the mounting base (40).
16. A cargo container comprising a container body (100) enclosing a cargo space, wherein the container body (100) further has positioned therein an apparatus for the centralized loading and unloading of cargo as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14.
17. A cargo conveyance according to any of claims 15 to 16, wherein the cargo conveyance is a container or a van.
18. A cargo conveyance system comprising a cargo conveyance of any one of claims 15 to 17, wherein the second conveyor is mounted at a warehouse access location.
