本发明的目的是提供一种六刀数控转向切割机,六刀数控切割机,连接在六刀数控切割机后方的第一送板机构,与第一送板机构连接的90度翻转机构,90度翻转机构连接第二送板机构;本发明的有益效果为:1.设置有六个刀组件,每一刀组件处都设置有位置调整电机,可以单独、或者组合使用,实现自由组合选用。2.设置有板宽调整机构,使得不同板宽的板材可以使用同一台机器进行切割加工。3.采用数控控制及电机控制,使用简单、方便。4.采用90度翻转机,自动化程度高。

六刀数控转向切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域板材切割机技术,特别是涉及一种六刀数控转向切割机。
背景技术
在机械加工过程中,板材切割常用方式有手工切割、半自动切割机切割及数控切割机切割。手工切割灵活方便,但手工切割质量差、尺寸误差大、材料浪费大、后续加工工作量大,同时劳动条件恶劣,生产效率低。半自动切割机中仿形切割机,切割工件的质量较好,由于其使用切割模具,不适合于单件、小批量和大工件切割。其它类型半自动切割机虽然降低了工人劳动强度,但其功能简单,只适合一些较规则形状的零件切割。数控切割相对于手动和半自动切割方式来说,可有效地提高板材切割地效率、切割质量,减轻操作者地劳动强度。
但是目前市面上的数控切割机既定大小的机器,智能针对一种类型的板材进行切割,使用由局限性,而且,需要人工进行翻转进行下一流程,自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种六刀数控转向切割机,其特征是,包括
六刀数控切割机,连接在六刀数控切割机后方的第一送板机构,与第一送板机构连接的90度翻转机构,90度翻转机构连接第二送板机构;
所述六刀数控切割机包括
由第一刀组件、第二刀组件及第三刀组件并排组成的第一刀组族,
由第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件并排组成的第二刀组族,
所述第一刀组族与第二刀组族的底部是数控切割机底座,在数控切割机底座的上方,位于第一刀组族与第二刀组族中间间隔的是板宽调整机构,板宽调整机构的前端设置有入板机构,入板机构和板宽调整机构之间是吸板风腔;
所述第一送板机构与第二送板机构相同,均由框架、上升马达、上升滚珠丝杆、上升导杆、进板电机、进板凸轮轴、下平台、上平台、风机、上升传动轴、限板调整电机、限板传动轴及吸风腔体组成,所述框架的底部中间位置为风机,框架的左右两侧是上升滚珠丝杆,上升滚珠丝杆固定在上升导杆上,上升滚珠丝杆连接上升马达,所述下平台的底部是上升传动轴,上升传动轴的底部是进板电机,进板电机分别连接下平台及上平台上的下平台进板组件和上平台进板组件,上平台进板组件与进板凸轮轴相连,进板凸轮轴的上方是吸风腔体,吸风腔体的上方是限板传动轴,限板传动轴处设置有限板调整电机;
所述六刀数控切割机连接下平台,吸风腔体连接90度翻转机构。
所述板宽调整机构处设置有板宽调整电机。
所述第一刀组件、第二刀组件、第三刀组件、第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件的下方处各设置有一个位置调整电机,位置调整电机用于第一刀组件、第二刀组件、第三刀组件、第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件的位置调整。
所述第一刀组件、第二刀组件、第三刀组件、第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件的结构相同,分别由上送板电机、下送板电机、上V-CUT刀、下V-CUT刀、送调刀电机、上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮组成,所述送调刀电机由壳体包裹,在壳体的一个侧面上设置有下送板电机和上送板电机,上送板电机和下送板电机分别对应设置有上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮,上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮分别与送调刀电机连接,在壳体的正面面板上设置有上V-CUT刀及下V-CUT刀。
所述吸板风腔的底部设置有吸板风机。
所述吸风腔体与风机连接。
所述吸风腔体的一侧支架上设置有触摸屏,所述触摸屏控制连接上升马达、进板电机、限板调整电机及风机。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.设置有六个刀组件,每一刀组件处都设置有位置调整电机,可以单独、或者组合使用,实现自由组合选用。
2.设置有板宽调整机构,使得不同板宽的板材可以使用同一台机器进行切割加工。
3.采用数控控制及电机控制,使用简单、方便。
4.采用90度翻转机,自动化程度高。

下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
参照图1,本发明的目的是提供一种六刀数控转向切割机,包括
六刀数控切割机A,连接在六刀数控切割机A后方的第一送板机构B1,与第一送板机构B1连接的90度翻转机构C,90度翻转机构C连接第二送板机构B2;
参照图2,所述六刀数控切割机A包括
由第一刀组件1、第二刀组件2及第三刀组件3并排组成的第一刀组族,
由第四刀组件4、第五刀组件5及第六刀组件6并排组成的第二刀组族,
所述第一刀组族与第二刀组族的底部是数控切割机底座13,在数控切割机底座13的上方,位于第一刀组族与第二刀组族中间间隔的是板宽调整机构10,板宽调整机构10的前端设置有入板机构9,入板机构9和板宽调整机构10之间是吸板风腔12。所述板宽调整机构10处设置有板宽调整电机11。所述吸板风腔12的底部设置有吸板风机8。
所述第一刀组件1、第二刀组件2、第三刀组件3、第四刀组件4、第五刀组件5及第六刀组件6的下方处各设置有一个位置调整电机7,位置调整电机7用于第一刀组件1、第二刀组件2、第三刀组件3、第四刀组件4、第五刀组件5及第六刀组件6的位置调整。
参照图3,所述第一刀组件1、第二刀组件2、第三刀组件3、第四刀组件4、第五刀组件5及第六刀组件6的结构相同,分别由上送板电机14、下送板电机18、上V-CUT刀20、下V-CUT刀19、送调刀电机15、上送板皮带滚轮16及下送板皮带滚轮17组成,所述送调刀电机15由壳体包裹,在壳体的一个侧面上设置有下送板电机18和上送板电机14,上送板电机14和下送板电机18分别对应设置有上送板皮带滚轮16及下送板皮带滚轮17,上送板皮带滚轮16及下送板皮带滚轮17分别与送调刀电机15连接,在壳体的正面面板上设置有上V-CUT刀20及下V-CUT刀19。
参照图4和图5,所述第一送板机构B1与第二送板机构B2相同,均由由框架0100、上升马达01、上升滚珠丝杆02、上升导杆03、进板电机04、进板凸轮轴05、下平台014、上平台03、风机07、上升传动轴08、限板调整电机010、限板传动轴011及吸风腔体012组成,所述框架0100的底部中间位置为风机07,框架0100的左右两侧是上升滚珠丝杆02,上升滚珠丝杆02固定在上升导杆03上,上升滚珠丝杆02连接上升马达01,所述下平台014的底部是上升传动轴08,上升传动轴08的底部是进板电机04,进板电机04分别连接下平台014及上平台013上的下平台进板组件06和上平台进板组件015,上平台进板组件015与进板凸轮轴05相连,进板凸轮轴05的上方是吸风腔体012,吸风腔体012的上方是限板传动轴011,限板传动轴011处设置有限板调整电机010。
所述吸风腔体012与风机07连接。
所述吸风腔体012的一侧支架上设置有触摸屏09,所述触摸屏9控制连接上升马达01、进板电机04、限板调整电机010及风机07。
其技术原理为: PCB板由入板机构9推进,通过皮带运送至到刀口,经过时第一刀组族与第二刀组族自动切割。切割好后,继续让皮带运送PCB板,前面会有个吸板风腔12,把切割好的PCB板,吸出来,整个工序就完毕了。PCB板的切割轨迹可以通过位置调整电机7来调整,按照不同的宽度切割。
上程序中的切割机用来放切好PCB板,PCB板已经切割好,送至下平台进板组件06,下平台进板组件06上升,放在进板凸轮轴05上,进板凸轮轴05上的轮轴会转动,将PCB板送到90度旋转机构C,经旋转后的PCB板会由第二送板机构B2最上端的吸风腔体012吸出,放在进板凸轮轴05上,进板凸轮轴05上的轮轴会转动,将PCB板送到下平台进板组件06,此时两个轴位是同一水平线,随着PCB板越来越多,下平台进板组件06会慢慢降下,到了满了的时候,总机会控制停止工作,待人工把完好的工件拿走。

六刀数控切割机,连接在六刀数控切割机后方的第一送板机构,与第一送板机构连接的90度翻转机构,90度翻转机构连接第二送板机构;
所述六刀数控切割机包括
由第一刀组件、第二刀组件及第三刀组件并排组成的第一刀组族,
由第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件并排组成的第二刀组族,
所述第一刀组族与第二刀组族的底部是数控切割机底座,在数控切割机底座的上方,位于第一刀组族与第二刀组族中间间隔的是板宽调整机构,板宽调整机构的前端设置有入板机构,入板机构和板宽调整机构之间是吸板风腔;
所述第一送板机构与第二送板机构相同,均由框架、上升马达、上升滚珠丝杆、上升导杆、进板电机、进板凸轮轴、下平台、上平台、风机、上升传动轴、限板调整电机、限板传动轴及吸风腔体组成,所述框架的底部中间位置为风机,框架的左右两侧是上升滚珠丝杆,上升滚珠丝杆固定在上升导杆上,上升滚珠丝杆连接上升马达,所述下平台的底部是上升传动轴,上升传动轴的底部是进板电机,进板电机分别连接下平台及上平台上的下平台进板组件和上平台进板组件,上平台进板组件与进板凸轮轴相连,进板凸轮轴的上方是吸风腔体,吸风腔体的上方是限板传动轴,限板传动轴处设置有限板调整电机;
所述六刀数控切割机连接下平台,吸风腔体连接90度翻转机构。

4.根据权利要求1所述的六刀数控转向切割机,其特征是,所述第一刀组件、第二刀组件、第三刀组件、第四刀组件、第五刀组件及第六刀组件的结构相同,分别由上送板电机、下送板电机、上V-CUT刀、下V-CUT刀、送调刀电机、上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮组成,所述送调刀电机由壳体包裹,在壳体的一个侧面上设置有下送板电机和上送板电机,上送板电机和下送板电机分别对应设置有上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮,上送板皮带滚轮及下送板皮带滚轮分别与送调刀电机连接,在壳体的正面面板上设置有上V-CUT刀及下V-CUT刀。
