Abstract
一种手压式切蛋器,包括:手压板(1),活塞缸(2),刀架(3),锯齿形切刀(4),调节螺母(5),上底座(6),下弹簧(7),下底座(8),导柱(9),下蛋座(10),限位块(11),上蛋座(12),活塞(13),上弹簧(14),底板(15)。本发明的手摇切蛋器在切蛋时的运动可分为两部分,一部分是下蛋座向下移动实现蛋的夹紧,另一部分是锯齿形切刀向下移动完成切割的过程,两部分的运动有机搭配,使得整个切蛋过程非常完美,本发明切蛋效率比较高,安全性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用品,特别是涉及一种手压式切蛋器。
背景技术
蛋的营养丰富、价格低廉,所以自古即被视为营养补给的最佳来源,蛋类的腌制品是一种风味特殊、食用方便的再制蛋,如咸鸭蛋,咸鸡蛋等,这些蛋中富含脂肪、蛋白质及人体所需的各种氨基酸等,易被人体吸收,咸味适中,老少皆宜,在食用蛋类腌制品时,人们常常会把蛋类食品带壳从中分开,传统的切蛋方法是一手固定蛋,另一手用菜刀把蛋一分为二,这样操作方法很不方便,具有一定的危险性,而且切开的蛋不均分,蛋的分割面比较粗糙,影响美观。
发明内容
针对传统切蛋方法中存在的切蛋不方便,效率低,切蛋不均匀等诸多问题,本发明提出一种安全、高效、操作方便的手压式切蛋器;
为了达到上述的效果,本发明技术方案如下:
一种手压式切蛋器,包括:一种手压式切蛋器,其特征在于:手压板所述的手压板采用橡胶材料,所述的手压板与底板通过螺纹连接固定,所述的底板与活塞缸之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述的活塞缸上装有刀架,所述的刀架通过紧定螺钉固定在所述活塞缸上,所述的刀架上装有锯齿形切刀,活塞的一端与所述的活塞缸间隙配合,所述的活塞与所述的底板之间装有上弹簧,所述的活塞一端与上底座通过螺纹连接固定,在所述上底座上设有刀槽,所述的上底座上所述的装有上蛋座,在所述的上蛋座上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,下底座与所述的上底座通过导柱定位导向,所述的上底座与下底座之间装有下弹簧,所述的下弹簧套在所述导柱上,所述的上底座(6)位置通过调节螺母调节,在所述的下底座上装有下蛋座,在所述下底座上设有四个刀槽,在所述的下蛋座上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,在所述的下蛋座上装有限位块。
有益效果
1.本发明结构新颖,操作方便可靠,安全性好,上下蛋座开有与蛋壳相吻合的蛋槽,夹紧更可靠,通过更换不同的上下蛋座,可以切割不同种类的蛋,应用范围广;
2. 整体结构比较灵活,通过调节限位块与下蛋座之间的距离可以控制夹蛋力的大小,通过调节螺母可以控制上蛋座的距离,通过调整上下弹簧的刚度可以调节切蛋速度,总的来说,通过调整各个参数可以确保切蛋效果达到最佳;
3.采用锯齿形锯齿形切刀,切蛋省力,蛋的分离面整齐美观。

为了使本发明更容易被理解,下面结合具体的图示,进一步阐述本发明,如图所示,手压式切蛋器,包括:手压板(1)所述的手压板(1)采用橡胶材料,所述的手压板与底板(15)通过螺纹连接固定,所述的底板(15)与活塞缸(2)之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述的活塞缸(2)上装有刀架(3),所述的刀架(3)通过紧定螺钉固定在所述活塞缸(2)上,所述的刀架(3)上装有锯齿形切刀(4),活塞(13)的一端与所述的活塞缸(3)间隙配合,所述的活塞(13)与所述的底板(15)之间装有上弹簧(14),所述的活塞(13)一端与上底座(6)通过螺纹连接固定,在所述上底座上设有刀槽,所述的上底座(6)上所述的装有上蛋座(12),在所述的上蛋座(12)上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,下底座(8)与所述的上底座(6)通过导柱(9)定位导向,所述的上底座(6)与下底座(8)之间装有下弹簧(7),所述的下弹簧(7)套在所述导柱(9)上,所述的上底座(6)位置通过调节螺母(5)调节,在所述的下底座(8)上装有下蛋座(10),在所述下底座(8)上设有四个刀槽,在所述的下蛋座(10)上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,在所述的下蛋座(10)上装有限位块(11);
实施例2:
利用实施例1所述的手压式切蛋器,进行切蛋的方法,将蛋放在下蛋座的蛋槽里,用手压手压板,活塞缸连同锯齿形切刀一起迅速向下移动,活塞缸压缩上弹簧带动活塞向下移动,活塞带动下底座向下移动,下底座边向下移动边压缩下弹簧,当下蛋座与上蛋座上的限位块接触时,下蛋座完成把蛋加紧,此时,活塞缸继续压缩上弹簧带动锯齿形切刀向下运动把蛋切开,锯齿形切刀把蛋完全切割后,松开手压板,在弹簧的作用下切蛋器自动复位后,取出切割的蛋,整个切蛋工序完成。

1.一种手压式切蛋器,其特征在于:包括手压板(1),所述手压板(1)采用橡胶材料,所述手压板与底板(15)通过螺纹连接固定,所述底板(15)与活塞缸(2)之间通过螺纹连接固定,所述活塞缸(2)上装有刀架(3),所述刀架(3)通过紧定螺钉固定在所述活塞缸(2)上,所述刀架(3)上装有锯齿形切刀(4),活塞(13)的一端与所述活塞缸(3)间隙配合,所述活塞(13)与所述底板(15)之间装有上弹簧(14),所述活塞(13)另一端与上底座(6)通过螺纹连接固定,上底座上设有刀槽,所述上底座(6)上装有上蛋座(12),所述上蛋座(12)上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,下底座(8)与所述上底座(6)通过导柱(9)定位导向,所述上底座(6)与下底座(8)之间装有下弹簧(7),所述下弹簧(7)套在所述导柱(9)上,所述上底座(6)位置通过调节螺母(5)调节,所述下底座(8)上装有下蛋座(10),所述下底座(8)上设有四个刀槽,所述下蛋座(10)上设置四个蛋槽和四个刀槽,所述下蛋座(10)上装有限位块(11)。
2.一种利用权利要求1所述的手压式切蛋器进行切蛋的方法,将蛋放在下蛋座的蛋槽里,用手压手压板,活塞缸连同锯齿形切刀一起迅速向下移动,活塞缸压缩上弹簧带动活塞向下移动,活塞带动上底座向下移动,上底座边向下移动边压缩下弹簧,当上蛋座与下蛋座上的限位块接触时,下蛋座完成把蛋加紧,此时,活塞缸继续压缩上弹簧带动锯齿形切刀向下运动穿过上下底座刀槽和上下蛋座刀槽把蛋切开,锯齿形切刀把蛋完全切割后,松开手压板,在弹簧的作用下切蛋器自动复位后,取出切割的蛋,整个切蛋工序完成。
