技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有控制痛风发作功能的保健食品及其生产方法,属保健食品技术领域。
背景技术
痛风是由单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,特指急性特征性关节炎和慢性痛风石疾病。随着经济发展和生活方式改变,其患病率逐渐上升。发作期:常在夜间发作的急性单关节或多关节疼痛,呈剧痛,体征类似于急性感染,有肿胀,局部发热,红及明显触痛等,目前控制痛风发作的主要手段是:要养成一个良好的生活习惯,要忌口,饮食上要少食动物内脏、海鲜、鱼类等嘌呤含量高的食物,不能饮酒特别是啤酒。现有技术还没有既能不用忌口又能控制痛风发作的方法及产品。

本发明提供一种具有控制痛风发作功能的保健食品及其生产方法。

:黄精 15-55份、人参 10-32份、玛卡9-22份、枸杞子3 -15份、海马7 -18份、海龙 2-10份。

:黄精 19-40份、人参 15-25份、玛卡7-21份、枸杞子6 -13份、海马8 -16份、海龙 3-10份。
所述一种具有控制痛风发作功能的保健食品进一步优选地包括下列重量配比的原料制成
:黄精 26-33份、人参 18-24份、玛卡9-20份、枸杞子8 -12份、海马9 -14份、海龙 4-8份。
所述一种具有控制痛风发作功能的保健食品,可采用下列步骤的生产方法制备
:
1) 称取重量配比的原料 ;
2)将上述原料采用 20℃ -30℃的纯净水浸泡 1-3 小时,除去药材表面的杂质。
3)干燥:进入干燥机3-5小时,温度控制30℃ -45℃
4)制粉:使用专用磨粉机,采用细胞级超微粉碎把上述原料粉碎到≤48μm。
5)干燥:把制成的原料粉烘干12小时,温度控制35℃ -45℃。
6)压片包装:烘干后的原料粉加入适量的辅料进入压片机压制成药丸,之后对药丸进行包衣,用泡罩板包装,装入外包装盒。
本发明提供一种具有控制痛风发作的保健食品,具有良好的增强肾脏排泄功能,使机体适应内外环境的改变,减轻因尿酸排出功能降低致病因素对机体的损害,提示机体的抗病能力,可不用忌口又能控制、缓解痛风的发作。
本发明提供的一种具有控制痛风发作功能的保健食品的生产方法,没有天然植物药理有效成分的损失,工艺简单,所需设备少,适合工业化生产,市场前景好。

5.干燥:把制成的原料粉烘干12小时,温度控制35℃ -45℃;
6.压片包装:烘干后的原料粉加入适量的辅料进入压片机压制成药丸,之后对药丸进行包衣,用泡罩板包装,装入外包装盒,完成整个工序。
所述原料通过高精细研磨干燥,加入适量保健食品法规允许使用的辅料,制备成片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂等剂型。
