技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有自锁轴承的转动连接件,所述转动连接件尤其用于支承顶盖支架,所述转动连接件具有内环和至少一个外环。
背景技术
在不同的应用中需要具有自锁轴承的转动连接件。对此的实例是例如用于医疗设备的顶盖支架、涂漆机器人、自行车平衡器、定日镜的主支承件和其他的应用。
在全部的应用中,需要在自锁轴承和转动连接件的寿命期间尽可能恒定的调节和操作力矩。具有自锁轴承的常用的转动连接件包括至一个滚动轴承以及单独的制动或摩擦元件,以便产生期望的自锁。具有基于滚动轴承的自锁轴承的转动连接件能够低维护或者有维护需求地构成。在首先提到的情况下,进行一次性的润滑,在第二变型形式中需要定期的再润滑。当然,在将如脂或油的润滑材料应用在滚动轴承中时总是存在泄漏的危险进而存在润滑材料从轴承内部排出的危险。因此,这在要求高清洁度的应用中是有问题的,例如医疗设备的安装在手术室中的顶盖支架。同样在净化室的应用中必须采取特别的措施,以便避免润滑材料的泄漏和/或蒸发。
发明内容
本发明所基于的目的是:提供一种具有自锁轴承的转动连接件,所述转动连接件也适合于应用在要求高清洁度的区域中。
为了实现所述目的,在开始提出类型的转动连接件中,根据本发明提出:轴承构成为滑动轴承并且具有径向地设置在至少一个内环和至少一个外环之间的中间环,其中每个环具有至少一个从外部不可触及的环形的滑动面,并且其中在至少一个内环和外环之间设有第一滑动副,并且在中间环和至少一个外环之间设有第二滑动副,其中滑动副的一个滑动面覆层有润滑涂层。
与具有自锁轴承的常规的转动连接件不同,在根据本发明的转动连接件中弃用滚动轴承,代替于此设有用润滑涂层覆层的滑动面,所述滑动面与另一滑动面形成滑动副。因此,其为干式运行的滑动副,所述滑动副不需要油和脂,因为这两个环形的滑动面直接相互滑动。
在根据本发明的转动连接件中能够提出:具有润滑涂层的滑动面具有锚固覆层或失效保护覆层,润滑涂层施加在所述锚固覆层或失效保护覆层上。该锚固覆层或失效保护覆层在制造期间首先被施加,随后将润滑涂层施加到锚固覆层或失效保护覆层上。在转动连接件的正常运行期间,润滑涂层形成滑动面,仅当所述润滑涂层磨损时,锚固覆层或失效保护覆层才起作用。锚固覆层或失效保护覆层例如能够包括磷酸锰和/或硫酸钼或者由其构成。
优选地,全部所提出的变型形式都具有共同性,即滑动副的没有润滑涂层的滑动面未被覆层。优选地,未覆层的滑动面是金属表面,类似于轴承环的工作面。
也处于本发明的范围中的是:滑动副构成为滑动轴承盘副,其中第一滑动轴承盘设置在至少一个内环上,并且第二滑动轴承盘设置在外环上,和/或第一滑动轴承盘设置在中间环上,并且第二滑动轴承盘设置在至少一个外环上。与之相应地,环具有相应的滑动轴承盘,所述滑动轴承盘具有能支承的表面性能。两个滑动轴承盘在此分别形成滑动副,滑动轴承盘中的一个覆层有润滑涂层,所述另一滑动轴承盘相反通常未被覆层。
在本发明的另一设计方案中提出:中间环构成为能与内环旋紧的或者与内环旋紧的调节机构,所述调节机构用于调节滑动轴承的自锁和/或压紧力。所述调节能够通过将中间环更多或更少地旋入到内环中来进行。随后,调节机构能够优选借助于螺纹销固定,由此防止螺旋连接的松开。
借助于调节机构能够产生滑动副的期望的压紧力或挤压力。通过轴向或径向的调节机构能够至少最小地调节滑动副的两个滑动面的相对位置,以便调节期望的自锁。
替选地或附加地,在根据本发明的转动连接件中能够提出:将至少一个预紧的弹簧元件分配给滑动副,以产生确定的压紧力。至少一个弹簧元件以确定的力将滑动副的两个滑动面相互挤压,使得在这两个滑动面相互转动时出现摩擦。该摩擦是期望的并且产生自锁,由此防止滑动面和与其连接的部件的进一步转动。
也能够考虑如下实施方式:其中弹簧元件包括一个或多个碟形弹簧或一个或多个波纹环形弹簧,所述碟形弹簧或波纹环形弹簧优选以分布在滑动面的环周上的方式设置。

在图1中以侧剖视视图示出的轴承1是转动连接件的组成部分,借助所述转动连接件支承医疗设备的顶盖支架。
具有自锁轴承1的转动连接件包括内环2、外环3和径向地设置在内环2和外环3之间的中间环4。
第一滑动副5在内环2和外环3之间形成,第二滑动副6在中间环4和外环3之间形成。因此,轴承1构成为滑动轴承,每个滑动副5、6包括用润滑涂层覆层的滑动面。
外环3具有贯穿孔7,以便将外环3与另一构件、例如医疗设备的顶盖支架的承载臂连接。类似地,内环2具有盲孔螺纹8,以便将内环2与顶盖支架的另一部件连接。借助于轴承1可彼此转动地支承顶盖支架的两个部件、例如两个承载臂。

在图1中示出的中间环4构成为调节环。这两个滑动副的压紧力的调节通过中间环4与内环2的旋紧来进行,对此在内环2的外侧上设置有外螺纹并且在中间环4的内侧上设置有内螺纹。在调节确定的压紧力之后,将两个螺纹销13旋入到内环2的相应的螺纹中,所述螺纹销用作为防扭转件。内环2的这两个螺纹彼此相对置,旋入的螺纹销13防止内环2和中间环4之间的螺纹连接的松开。

轴承1具有的优点是:其是免维护的,因为滑动副5、6的用润滑涂层覆层的滑动面在整个寿命期间不需要通过润滑或填充油来进行维护。因为不需要润滑材料,所以轴承1也能够使用在必须防止润滑材料从轴承中排出的环境中。轴承1的另一优点能够在于:由于取消滚动体和滚动体保持架而降低了结构高度,而没有由此降低承载能力。滑动副的滑动层由免维护的干式运行的润滑涂层构成,所述润滑涂层施加到非切削地制造的滑动轴承盘或径向推力轴承盘的滑动面上。该滑动轴承盘与相对置的另一滑动轴承盘形成滑动副,替选地,滑动盘也能够直接地在配对轮廓、例如外环上运行。

Claims (8)

其特征在于,所述轴承(1)构成为滑动轴承并且具有径向地设置在至少一个所述内环(2)和至少一个所述外环(3)之间的中间环(4),其中每个环具有至少一个从外部不可触及的环形的滑动面,并且其中在至少一个所述内环(2)和所述外环(3)之间设有第一滑动副(5),并且在所述中间环(4)和至少一个所述外环(3)之间设有第二滑动副(6),其中滑动副(5,6)的滑动面覆层有润滑涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,具有所述润滑涂层的所述滑动面具有锚固覆层或失效保护覆层,所述润滑涂层施加在所述锚固覆层或失效保护覆层上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,所述锚固覆层或失效保护覆层由磷酸锰构成或者具有磷酸锰。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动副(5,6)的没有润滑涂层的滑动面未被覆层。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,滑动副(5,6)构成为滑动轴承盘副,其中第一滑动轴承盘(9)设置在至少一个所述内环(2)上,并且第二滑动轴承盘(10)设置在所述外环(3)上,和/或第一滑动轴承盘(11)设置在所述中间环(4)上,并且第二滑动轴承盘(12)设置在至少一个所述外环(3)上。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,所述中间环(4)构成为能与所述内环(2)旋紧的或者与所述内环旋紧的调节机构,所述调节机构用于调节所述滑动轴承的自锁和/或压紧力,其中所述调节机构优选借助于螺纹销(13)固定。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的转动连接件,其特征在于,将至少一个预紧的弹簧元件分配给滑动副(5,6),以产生确定的压紧力。
