Abstract
本发明提出了一种汽车用变压USB充电线束,包括USB连接器、降压模块、接插件,所述降压模块与所述USB连接器和接插件之间通过USB线材连接;所述降压模块包括降压电路和抗电磁干扰电路;所述降压模块外部设有壳体,本实新型的USB连接器是标准的USB 2.0接口,安装在汽车面板上,面向客户,接用户的手机数据线,能够满足车规5000次以上插拔,降压模块内置PCB板,能够有效转换电源,有稳定输出,最大支持2.4A电流输出,降压模块外壳本体有卡扣型设计,耐韧、耐冲击,能够安装在车内钣金椭圆形开口上,安装牢靠又能减小车辆运行时的颠簸振动。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品混合设备领域,尤其涉及一种汽车用变压USB充电线束。
背景技术
汽车工业在国家的经济发展中,起着重要支柱的作用。它集中着许多科学领域里的新材料、新设备、新工艺和新技术。而中国汽车行业前景广阔,当前正处于快速发展的阶段。
汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体,线束的功能是保证车辆内的电能分配和信号通信。汽车电路为了简化汽车用电器设备结构和保障驾乘人员安全,通常采用低压直流12V电。要实现汽车上给手机及其余智能设备充电,需要将汽车低压12V转换为5V。现在市场上的12V转5V USB降压充电设备无法满足车规EMC电磁干扰,而且市面上的模块为外置后装件,需用户单独购买,插到点烟器插座。市场上的产品属于消费类,通常叫做车载充电器,使用时插到点烟器插座,使用时经常要插入或拔出,并不方便。这些产品耐插拔次数不高,大多数无法抗电磁干扰,可靠性差,输出的电流能力也有限。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种汽车用变压USB充电线束,包括USB连接器、降压模块、接插件,所述降压模块与所述USB连接器和接插件之间通过USB线材连接;所述降压模块包括降压电路和抗电磁干扰电路;所述降压模块外部设有壳体。
优选的,所述壳体包括本体和与所述本体卡合的上盖,所述本体外侧设有卡扣。
优选的,所述卡扣包括中心插杆,所述中心插杆两侧对称设置有弹性插脚。
优选的,所述本体和所述上盖之间通过卡爪固定。
优选的,所述USB连接器为USB2.0接口。
本发明提出的汽车用变压USB充电线束有以下有益效果:1.USB连接器是标准的USB 2.0接口,安装在汽车面板上,面向客户,接用户的手机数据线,能够满足车规5000次以上插拔。
2.降压模块内置PCB板,能够有效转换电源,有稳定输出,最大支持2.4A电流输出,可以给手机及平板电脑等数码设备供充电。
3.降压模块集成了电磁干扰技术,抗干扰能力强,使其能通过整车EMC测试。
4.降压模块外壳本体有卡扣型设计,耐韧、耐冲击,能够安装在车内钣金椭圆形开口上,安装牢靠又能减小车辆运行时的颠簸振动。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提出了一种汽车用变压USB充电线束,包括USB连接器1、降压模块2、接插件3,所述降压模块2与所述USB连接器1和接插件3之间通过USB线材4连接;所述降压模块2包括降压电路和抗电磁干扰电路;所述降压模块2外部设有壳体,集成了电磁干扰技术,使其能通过整车EMC测试,其中接插件3连接于汽车电源连接,通过降压模块2将12V电压转换为5V电压,供数码设备直接充电。
其中,所述壳体包括本体5和与所述本体5卡合的上盖6,所述本体5外侧设有卡扣,所述卡扣包括中心插杆7,所述中心插杆7两侧对称设置有弹性插脚8,耐韧、耐冲击,能够安装在车内钣金椭圆形开口上,安装牢靠又能减小车辆运行时的颠簸振动。
优选的,所述本体5和所述上盖6之间通过卡爪9固定,降压模块2位于本体5和上盖6之间,安装稳定。
优选的,所述USB连接器1为USB2.0接口,使用标准的USB2.0接口,支持识别IOS数码设备及安卓数码设备,充电模块USB2.0接口使用寿命为5000次,插拔力符合USB2.0协会标准,产品工作环境温度为-40~+105度。

1.一种汽车用变压USB充电线束,其特征在于,包括USB连接器、降压模块、接插件,所述降压模块与所述USB连接器和接插件之间通过USB线材连接;所述降压模块包括降压电路和抗电磁干扰电路;所述降压模块外部设有壳体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用变压USB充电线束,其特征在于,所述壳体包括本体和与所述本体卡合的上盖,所述本体外侧设有卡扣。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车用变压USB充电线束,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括中心插杆,所述中心插杆两侧对称设置有弹性插脚。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车用变压USB充电线束,其特征在于,所述本体和所述上盖之间通过卡爪固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用变压USB充电线束,其特征在于,所述USB连接器为USB 2.0接口。
