本发明涉及一种免拆电动可清洗滤清器,包括外壳以及外壳内的主滤筒,外壳内具有清污箍和往复驱动装置,清污箍套在主滤筒的筒身滤材上,往复驱动装置驱动清污箍往复升降,对主滤筒进行压迫清污作业。本发明的有益效果是:本发明根据流量大小,材质的不同设计可以用于燃油车辆、发动机以及工业、环保过滤,本滤清器通过创新的结构设计,大大提高了其使用寿命,可以做到使用本滤清器的设备在整个使用寿命周期都不需要更换燃油滤清器,大大降低了使用成本,节约了资源,降低了对环境的污染。

本发明涉及滤清器技术领域,特别是一种免拆电动可清洗滤清器。
背景技术
燃油滤清器的作用是滤除燃油系统中的有害杂质和水分,保护发动机的正常工作,减少磨损,避免堵塞,提高发动机寿命。在现有技术中,燃油滤清器在使用一段时间后,燃油中的杂质会堵塞滤清器内的滤材,导致滤材的过滤能力下降,需要进行定期更换,更换下来的燃油滤清器无法回收,造成大量的浪费,而且燃油滤清器内残留的燃油和过滤下来的油污会污染环境。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种滤清器,在整个使用寿命周期都不需要更换。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种免拆电动可清洗滤清器,包括外壳以及外壳内的主滤筒,外壳内具有清污箍和往复驱动装置,清污箍套在主滤筒的筒身滤材上,往复驱动装置驱动清污箍往复升降,对主滤筒进行压迫清污作业。
为将大部分的杂质都截留在初滤筒,减少进入滤清腔的杂质,延长主滤筒的使用寿命,进一步限定,外壳内部分为上下两个腔室,分别是上部的滤清腔和下部的积污腔,主滤筒安装在滤清腔内,将滤清腔分为滤清外腔和滤清内腔,在积污腔内安装有初滤筒,初滤筒具有初滤进油口,在外壳的上端具有滤清进油口和滤清出油口,滤清进油口通过油管与初滤筒的初滤进油口连接,滤清出油口与滤清内腔相通,积污腔与滤清外腔相通,待滤清的油料通过滤清进油口进入初滤筒,油料通过初滤筒进行过滤后由积污腔进入滤清外腔,进入滤清外腔的油料通过主滤筒的筒身滤材进行过滤后进入滤清内腔,进入滤清内腔的油料通过滤清出油口排出滤清器。
进一步限定,积污腔的底部具有排污口,排污口上具有封堵排污口的排污盖。
进一步限定,初滤筒的侧面与积污腔的侧面具有配套的插接结构,初滤筒从排污口插入,并通过彼此配套的插装入积污腔,使初滤筒与积污腔通过插接结构插接连接,初滤筒的初滤进油口与油管通过密封件可拔插连接。
进一步限定,初滤筒和积污腔的插接结构分别是燕尾榫和燕尾槽。

如图1所示,一种免拆电动可清洗滤清器,包括外壳以及外壳内的主滤筒1,外壳内部分为上下两个腔室,分别是上部的滤清腔和下部的积污腔3,主滤筒1安装在滤清腔内,将滤清腔分为滤清外腔2-1和滤清内腔2-2,在积污腔3内安装有初滤筒4,初滤筒4具有初滤进油口4-1,在外壳的上端具有滤清进油口5和滤清出油口6,滤清进油口5通过油管7与初滤筒4的初滤进油口4-1连接,滤清出油口6与滤清内腔2-2相通,积污腔3与滤清外腔2-1相通,待滤清的油料通过滤清进油口5进入初滤筒4,油料通过初滤筒4进行过滤后由积污腔3进入滤清外腔2-1,进入滤清外腔2-1的油料通过主滤筒1的筒身滤材进行过滤后进入滤清内腔2-2,进入滤清内腔2-2的油料通过滤清出油口6排出滤清器,外壳内具有清污箍8和往复驱动装置,清污箍8套在主滤筒1的筒身滤材上,往复驱动装置驱动清污箍8往复升降,对主滤筒1进行压迫清污作业。
积污腔3的底部具有排污口9,排污口9上具有封堵排污口9的排污盖9-1,排污盖9-1具体为螺丝闷头。
初滤筒4的筒身滤材为不锈钢初滤网,不锈钢初滤网的过滤精度为40um。初滤筒4的侧面与积污腔3的侧面具有配套的插接结构10,初滤筒4从排污口9插入,并通过彼此配套的插装入积污腔3,使初滤筒4与积污腔3通过插接结构10插接连接,初滤筒4的初滤进油口4-1与油管7通过密封件可拔插连接。初滤筒4和积污腔3的插接结构10分别是燕尾榫和燕尾槽。
往复驱动装置包括电机11和丝杆往复驱动装置,电机11设置在积污腔3内,电机11驱动丝杆往复驱动装置。丝杆往复驱动装置包括一个以上的丝杆12、设置在清污箍8上的丝母结构,丝杆12之间通过同步传动机构同步,丝杆12可转动地安装在滤清外腔2-1内,丝杆12穿过丝母结构。同步传动机构为齿轮同步传动机构13,电机11通过齿轮同步传动机构13同步的驱动丝杆12正、反旋转。
主滤筒1包括上端板、下端部和上下端部之间的筒身滤材。主滤筒1的筒身滤材包括内层滤材14和复合在内层滤材14外表面上的污物吸附层15。内层滤材14为不锈钢滤网,不锈钢滤网的过滤精度为5um,污物吸附层15可以采用过滤棉,该污物吸附层15的厚度为4~5mm,优选4.5mm,污物吸附层15的过滤精度为20~25um。污物吸附层的作用在于对进入主滤筒的油料进行初步过滤,将大部分的杂质阻挡在内层滤材14外,而且因为污物吸附层15具有较好的压缩性能,能有利于通过清污箍进行压迫清污,清污箍8将污物吸附层15压缩至2.5~2.6mm,进行挤压式清污,实现较好的清污效果。
如图3所示,清污箍8的内侧上角和内侧下角具有圆弧倒角或直线倒角。
筒体的上部为构成滤清腔的金属筒体,筒体的下部为构成积污腔3的有机塑料筒体,金属筒体和有机塑料筒体之间滚铆连接,滤清进油口5和初滤筒4的初滤进油口4-1之间的油管7为金属油管,金属油管在滤清外腔2-1内紧贴腔壁设置。
如图2所示,油管7的截面为扁平的腰圆形,金属油管为铜油管,滤清出油口6位于外壳的上端的中心位置,滤清出油口6内具有内螺纹。主滤筒1的上端盖与滤清出油口6可旋转配合并通过密封件密封。
在有机塑料筒体的底部具有电源插接件,电源插接件与有机塑料筒体内的电机通过导线连接,本滤清器通过电源接触件接上车辆蓄电池,通过清污开关接通或断开车辆蓄电池与电机之间电连接,打开清污开关,自动清洗数分钟后,打开排污盖9-1,一次清洗程序即完成。
本免拆电动可清洗滤清器的工作过程如下:
油箱中的燃油通过油路输送至本燃油滤清器,燃油从滤清进油口5进入并通过油管7进入初滤筒4,进入初滤筒4的燃油通过初滤筒4的筒身滤材初滤后进入积污腔3,再由积污腔3进入滤清外腔2-1,进入滤清外腔2-1的燃油通过主滤筒1的筒身滤材过滤后,从滤清出油口6排出滤清器。
在本燃油滤清器使用一段时间后,驾驶人员手动或自动打开清污开关,电机11开始旋转,驱动清污箍8上下升降,清污箍8通过刮擦挤压主滤筒1的筒身滤材的方式对主滤筒进行清洗,在完成清洗后,拧开排污口9上的排污盖9-1将油污排出,或者根据需要通过排污口9更换初滤筒4。

8.根据权利要求2或3或4或5所述的免拆电动可清洗滤清器,其特征是:所述的外壳的上部为构成滤清腔的金属筒体,外壳的下部为构成积污腔(3)的有机塑料筒体,金属筒体和有机塑料筒体之间滚铆连接,
滤清进油口(5)和初滤筒(4)的初滤进油口(4-1)之间的油管(7)为金属油管,金属油管在滤清外腔(2-1)内紧贴腔壁设置。
