技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩相关技术领域,具体为一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩。
背景技术
电动自行车以其轻便、绿色环保、价格便宜、速度适中等诸多优点,越来越受到人们的青睐。经过10多年的快速发展,2015年桂林市的电动自行车总量已经突破55万辆,并以每年30%的速度在递增。电动自行车已经成为老百姓主要的交通工具,然而电动车在为人们出行带来方便的同时,在居民小区的静态管理、充电管理等方面的问题也就越发日益突出。在物业安全管理方面,由于缺乏有效的计量充电设备,造成电动车主为了给电动车充电,要么从自家的窗口私拉电线充电,要么乱停乱放占用其他业主的充电位进行充电。无论是私拉电线还是小区自建的充电位,都不能解决电动车长时间充电和充电设备的超负荷充电问题。同时,小区电动车经常因为充电而占用公共道路和消防通道的现象较为突出,如此以来给小区的消防工作带来了极大的安全隐患。在物业维护管理方面,小区物业建立的业主缴费充电车位,经常因收费难而造成公摊电费流失严重,小区物业为了杜绝不缴纳电费的业主充电,经常指派专人监督,造成无谓的人力成本浪费。使得小区的物业在安全、有序、有效管理方面都难以推进,为此我们提出一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩,包括充电桩支架和道路,所述充电桩支架固定安装在道路的侧边,所述充电桩支架的上端固定安装有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的上端固定安装有顶棚,所述充电桩支架设有三组,且每两组之间固定设有位于充电桩支架上部的广告牌,所述广告牌的下方设有固定安装在充电桩支架上的充电装置,所述充电装置上与道路相对的一面固定安装有充电设备,所述充电装置通过电线与设置在室内的供电设备电性连接,所述充电装置的内腔固定安装有强电继电器控制板、单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块,且单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块均电性连接强电继电器控制板,所述充电设备上固定设有二维码和插座接口,且智能手机用户通过扫描二维码决定是否进行充电操作,所述充电桩支架的下端固定安装有电动车分隔块,所述电动车分隔块上设有多组限位卡块,且每两组限位卡块之间可固定卡设一辆电动车。
优选的,所述充电装置利用GPRS/3G通信模块和二维码共同作用信号连接手机,所述充电控制板上固定设有电瓶监控模块、电流监控模块、充电套餐识别模块和定时模块,所述充电桩支架上固定安装有摄像头。
优选的,所述充电装置上至少设有五个充电设备,且每个充电设备上均设置不同识别度的二维码,所述电动车分隔块上方的顶棚的宽度不小于电动车的长度。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩,包括充电桩支架1和道路2,充电桩支架1固定安装在道路2的侧边,充电桩支架1的上端固定安装有支撑杆4,支撑杆4的上端固定安装有顶棚5,充电桩支架1设有三组,且每两组之间固定设有位于充电桩支架1上部的广告牌6,广告牌6的下方设有固定安装在充电桩支架1上的充电装置3,充电装置3上与道路2相对的一面固定安装有充电设备9,充电装置3通过电线与设置在室内的供电设备电性连接,充电装置3的内腔固定安装有强电继电器控制板、单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块,且单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块均电性连接强电继电器控制板,充电设备9上固定设有二维码10和插座接口11,且智能手机用户通过扫描二维码10决定是否进行充电操作,充电桩支架1的下端固定安装有电动车分隔块7,电动车分隔块7上设有多组限位卡块8,且每两组限位卡块8之间可固定卡设一辆电动车。
充电装置3利用GPRS/3G通信模块和二维码10共同作用信号连接手机,充电控制板上固定设有电瓶监控模块、电流监控模块、充电套餐识别模块和定时模块,充电桩支架1上固定安装有摄像头,充电装置3上至少设有五个充电设备9,且每个充电设备9上均设置不同识别度的二维码10,电动车分隔块7上方的顶棚5的宽度不小于电动车的长度。
电动车利用充电桩充电的过程包括以下步骤:智能手机用户通过微信扫描二维码进入微信客户端;微信客户端中首先需要关注服务号,关注成功后判断是否有空置线路;通过空置线路操作进入预约充电、选择线路和选定套餐操作界面,如果没有空置线路则等待微信通知;由步骤S3过来选定充电套餐,选好后进入微信支付阶段;微信支付过程完成后直接进入线路分配授权充电微信通知阶段,如果没有成功则判断预约是否超时,如果超时直接解除锁定,没有的话返回微信支付继续付费操作;由线路分配授权充电微信通知阶段进入充电阶段,且充电阶段通过单片机控制板将充电信号传输给充电控制板,同时充电控制板对电动车就行充电;系统判断充电是否完成,如果否继续充电,如果是进入微信通知阶段。
本发明利用二维码10和充电装置3内部设置强电继电器控制板、单片机控制板、充电控制板以及GPRS/3G通信模块之间的相互配合能够实现充电桩的智能化、自动管理、无人值守和全天候工作,而且通过微信支付,资金安全,每笔付款立即通知客户,客户可以自动申请退款,同时智能模块可以进行电瓶监测,充电完毕自动断电,并实时通知用户,消除火灾隐患,利用电流检测,一口一充,拒绝不符合安全规范电瓶用电,通过微信迅速与商家联系,获取查找附近、充电提醒、优惠活动以及更多。

1.一种小区道路旁的智能充电桩,包括充电桩支架(1)和道路(2),其特征在于:所述充电桩支架(1)固定安装在道路(2)的侧边,所述充电桩支架(1)的上端固定安装有支撑杆(4),所述支撑杆(4)的上端固定安装有顶棚(5),所述充电桩支架(1)设有三组,且每两组之间固定设有位于充电桩支架(1)上部的广告牌(6),所述广告牌(6)的下方设有固定安装在充电桩支架(1)上的充电装置(3),所述充电装置(3)上与道路(2)相对的一面固定安装有充电设备(9),所述充电装置(3)通过电线与设置在室内的供电设备电性连接,所述充电装置(3)的内腔固定安装有强电继电器控制板、单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块,且单片机控制板、充电控制板和GPRS/3G通信模块均电性连接强电继电器控制板,所述充电设备(9)上固定设有二维码(10)和插座接口(11),且智能手机用户通过扫描二维码(10)决定是否进行充电操作,所述充电桩支架(1)的下端固定安装有电动车分隔块(7),所述电动车分隔块(7)上设有多组限位卡块(8),且每两组限位卡块(8)之间可固定卡设一辆电动车。
