Abstract
本发明公开一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,属于面料染色的技术领域,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转25‑35分钟后,加纯碱继续运转25‑35分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1‑2℃/min升温至98℃保温运转30‑40min,最后降温水洗。本发明一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,将总流程时间从7‑8小时降低至4小时左右,染色工艺从三步缩短至两步,采用强化中和,减少工序,降低能耗,尤其是省略了多道水洗工序,大大降低了整个工艺的耗水量,并提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明公开一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,属于面料染色的技术领域。
背景技术
现有的锦棉面料染色工艺的总流程时间为7-8小时,工序多,能耗大,尤其是其中水洗工序多,耗水量大,不利于环境保护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转25-35分钟后,加纯碱继续运转25-35分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1-2℃/min升温至98℃保温运转30-40min,最后降温水洗。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转30分钟后,加纯碱继续运转30分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1.5℃/min升温至98℃保温运转35min,最后降温水洗。
所述元明粉的用量为20-40g/L,匀染剂的用量为0.5-2g/L,纯碱的用量为12-18g/L。
本发明一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,将总流程时间从7-8小时降低至4小时左右,染色工艺从三步缩短至两步,采用强化中和,减少工序,降低能耗,尤其是省略了多道水洗工序,大大降低了整个工艺的耗水量,并提高生产效率。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定。
实施例1
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转30分钟后,加纯碱继续运转30分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1.5℃/min升温至98℃保温运转35min,最后降温水洗。其中,元明粉的用量为30g/L,匀染剂的用量为1g/L,纯碱的用量为15g/L。
实施例2
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转25分钟后,加纯碱继续运转25分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1℃/min升温至98℃保温运转30min,最后降温水洗。其中,元明粉的用量为20g/L,匀染剂的用量为0.5g/L,纯碱的用量为12g/L。
实施例3
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转35分钟后,加纯碱继续运转35分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以2℃/min升温至98℃保温运转40min,最后降温水洗。其中,元明粉的用量为40g/L,匀染剂的用量为2g/L,纯碱的用量为18g/L。
实施例4
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转28分钟后,加纯碱继续运转28分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1.2℃/min升温至98℃保温运转32min,最后降温水洗。其中,元明粉的用量为25g/L,匀染剂的用量为0.8g/L,纯碱的用量为13g/L。
实施例5
一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转32分钟后,加纯碱继续运转32分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1.8℃/min升温至98℃保温运转38min,最后降温水洗。其中,元明粉的用量为36g/L,匀染剂的用量为1.5g/L,纯碱的用量为16g/L。
上述所有实施例中,强酸均为甲酸;匀染剂均为市场上在售的常规匀染剂。

1.一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转25-35分钟后,加纯碱继续运转25-35分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1-2℃/min升温至98℃保温运转30-40min,最后降温水洗。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,其特征在于:所述待染面料置入染缸内,进水到规定水量,加入活性染料、元明粉、匀染剂,运转30分钟后,加纯碱继续运转30分钟,然后加强酸和酸性染料,转匀后,接着以1.5℃/min升温至98℃保温运转35min,最后降温水洗。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种锦棉面料的短流程染色工艺,其特征在于:所述元明粉的用量为20-40g/L,匀染剂的用量为0.5-2g/L,纯碱的用量为12-18g/L。
