A、将松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到90-95℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以30滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、硫酸钠、硝酸锌和碳酸锌混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将丙烯酸甘油酯和甲醇混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为55-60℃、搅拌速度为1300-1500r/min的条件下,继续搅拌15-20分钟,即得。
进一步优选,步骤C中的搅拌速度为1500-1800r/min。
若原料组分还包括松香甘油酯和月桂酸,则松香甘油酯在步骤A中与松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯一起加热搅拌熔融;月桂酸在步骤B中与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和硬脂酸一起与水混匀。
上述用于针织的防起球剂的应用,用于针织的防起球剂的用量为每克针织物0.01-0.03克。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明用于针织的防起球剂的各原料组分之间有着很好的协同效应,所得处理剂有着很好的稳定性,用其处理过的针织物经久耐穿、不起球。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
用于针织的防起球剂的原料组分包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-21邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)8份、硬脂酸3份、松香乙酯26份、氢化松香甲酯31份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份、聚乙二醇12份、硫酸钠2份、硝酸锌1.7份、碳酸锌0.6份、甲醇13份、松香甘油酯2份、月桂酸6份和水225份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述用于针织的防起球剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香乙酯、松香甘油酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到90℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以30滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态(1600r/min)的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、硫酸钠、硝酸锌和碳酸锌混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将丙烯酸甘油酯和甲醇混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为55℃、搅拌速度为1400r/min的条件下,继续搅拌18分钟,即得。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的防起球剂的原料组分包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-21邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)6份、硬脂酸2份、松香乙酯25份、氢化松香甲酯30份、丙烯酸甘油酯3份、聚乙二醇8000 10份、硫酸钠1份、硝酸锌1.5份、碳酸锌0.5份、甲醇12份、松香甘油酯2份、月桂酸5份和水220份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:用于针织的防起球剂的原料组分包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-21邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)10份、硬脂酸4份、松香乙酯28份、氢化松香甲酯33份、丙烯酸甘油酯5份、聚乙二醇8000 15份、硫酸钠2份、硝酸锌1.8份、碳酸锌0.8份、甲醇15份、松香甘油酯3份、月桂酸8份和水230份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的用于针织的防起球剂浸渍,用量为每克针织物0.02克处理剂,然后烘干,所得针织物用60号砂纸双向摩擦20次,无任何起球现象;将所得针织物制作为衣物,隔天洗涤机洗一次,持续穿着2月后无任何起球现象。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于针织的防起球剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、硬脂酸2-4份、松香乙酯25-28份、氢化松香甲酯30-33份、丙烯酸甘油酯3-5份、聚乙二醇10-15份、硫酸钠1-2份、硝酸锌1.5-1.8份、碳酸锌0.5-0.8份、甲醇12-15份和水220-230份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于针织的防起球剂,其特征在于:聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇8000。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的防起球剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、硬脂酸3份、松香乙酯26份、氢化松香甲酯31份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份、聚乙二醇12份、硫酸钠2份、硝酸锌1.7份、碳酸锌0.6份、甲醇13份和水225份,所述份数为质量份数。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的防起球剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括松香甘油酯2-3份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的用于针织的防起球剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括月桂酸5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织的防起球剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到90-95℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以30滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、硫酸钠、硝酸锌和碳酸锌混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将丙烯酸甘油酯和甲醇混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为55-60℃、搅拌速度为1300-1500r/min的条件下,继续搅拌15-20分钟,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤C中的搅拌速度为1500-1800r/min。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:若原料组分还包括松香甘油酯和月桂酸,则松香甘油酯在步骤A中与松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯一起加热搅拌熔融;月桂酸在步骤B中与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和硬脂酸一起与水混匀。
9.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的用于针织的防起球剂的应用,其特征在于:用于针织的防起球剂的用量为每克针织物0.01-0.03克。
