Abstract
本发明公开了一种防止针织物起球的处理剂、其制备方法及其应用,防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分包括失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯10‑15份、硬脂酸5‑8份、松香乙酯30‑35份、氢化松香甲酯20‑25份、丙酸异丁酯10‑15份、聚乙二醇20000 15‑20份、碳酸钠3‑5份、硝酸锌5‑8份、碳酸钾2‑3份、丙酮15‑20份、苯甲酸甲酯5‑8份、月桂酸2‑3份和水190‑200份,所述份数为质量份数。本发明防止针织物起球的处理剂的各原料组分之间有着很好的协同效应,所得处理剂有着很好的稳定性,用其处理过的针织物经久耐穿、不起球。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防止针织物起球的处理剂、其制备方法及其应用,属于针织领域。
背景技术
针织物品种繁多,例如各类针织布、针织衫、羊毛衫等,这些针织物在实际的穿着和洗涤过程中,由于不断受到或大或小的摩擦,使得针织物表面的纤维露出织物的表面,在织物表面出现毛茸,而这些毛茸久而久之会互相纠缠在一起形成许多球形小粒,俗称起球,这些突出在织物外表面的毛球,对针织物的美观和服用性能都有严重的影响,随着生活水平的提高,人们对织物外观及服用性能的要求也越来越高,因此,对织物进行抗起毛起球整理,提高织物的服用舒适性与品质,日益受到国内外染整工作者的重视。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中针织物易起球等缺陷,本发明提供一种防止针织物起球的处理剂、其制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种防止针织物起球的处理剂,其原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯10-15份、硬脂酸5-8份、松香乙酯30-35份、氢化松香甲酯20-25份、丙酸异丁酯10-15份、聚乙二醇15-20份、碳酸钠3-5份、硝酸锌5-8份、碳酸钾2-3份、丙酮15-20份和水190-200份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高防起球效果,优选,聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇20000。
作为本申请的一种优选方案,防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯12份、硬脂酸6份、松香乙酯33份、氢化松香甲酯22份、丙酸异丁酯13份、聚乙二醇18份、碳酸钠4份、硝酸锌6份、碳酸钾2份、丙酮18份和水195份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高防起球效果,优选,防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分还包括苯甲酸甲酯5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
为了进一步提高所得产品的稳定性,优选,防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分还包括月桂酸2-3份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述防止针织物起球的处理剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到90℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以40滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、碳酸钠、硝酸锌和碳酸钾混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、丙酸异丁酯和丙酮混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为60-65℃、搅拌速度为1500-1600r/min的条件下,继续搅拌10-15分钟,即得。
进一步优选,步骤C中的搅拌速度为1800-1900r/min。
若原料组分还包括苯甲酸甲酯和月桂酸,则苯甲酸甲酯在步骤A中与松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯一起加热搅拌熔融;月桂酸在步骤B中与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和硬脂酸一起与水混匀。
上述防止针织物起球的处理剂的应用,防止针织物起球的处理剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
本发明未提及的技术均参照现有技术。
本发明防止针织物起球的处理剂的各原料组分之间有着很好的协同效应,所得处理剂有着很好的稳定性,用其处理过的针织物经久耐穿、不起球。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(T-80邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)12份、硬脂酸6份、松香乙酯33份、氢化松香甲酯22份、丙酸异丁酯13份、聚乙二醇18份、碳酸钠4份、硝酸锌6份、碳酸钾2份、丙酮18份、苯甲酸甲酯6份、月桂酸3份和水195份,所述份数为质量份数。
上述防止针织物起球的处理剂的制备方法,包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香乙酯、松香甘油酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到85℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以30滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态(搅拌速度为2500r/min)的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、氯化钠、磷酸二氢钠、硝酸锌和碳酸钙混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、将二甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和乙醇混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为55℃、搅拌速度为1100r/min的条件下,继续搅拌20分钟,即得。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(T-80邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)10份、硬脂酸5份、松香乙酯30份、氢化松香甲酯20份、丙酸异丁酯10份、聚乙二醇20000 15份、碳酸钠3份、硝酸锌5份、碳酸钾2份、丙酮15份、苯甲酸甲酯5份、月桂酸2份和水190份,所述份数为质量份数。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是:防止针织物起球的处理剂的原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(T-80邢台市梃亿发助剂厂)15份、硬脂酸8份、松香乙酯35份、氢化松香甲酯25份、丙酸异丁酯15份、聚乙二醇20000 20份、碳酸钠5份、硝酸锌8份、碳酸钾3份、丙酮20份、苯甲酸甲酯8份、月桂酸3份和水200份,所述份数为质量份数。
将平纹布分别用上述各实施例所得的防止针织物起球的处理剂浸渍,用量为每克针织物0.02克处理剂,然后烘干,所得针织物用60号砂纸双向摩擦20次,无任何起球现象;将所得针织物制作为衣物,隔天洗涤机洗一次,持续穿着2月后无任何起球现象。

1.一种防止针织物起球的处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分包括:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯10-15份、硬脂酸5-8份、松香乙酯30-35份、氢化松香甲酯20-25份、丙酸异丁酯10-15份、聚乙二醇15-20份、碳酸钠3-5份、硝酸锌5-8份、碳酸钾2-3份、丙酮15-20份和水190-200份,所述份数为质量份数。
2.如权利要求1所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂,其特征在于:聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇20000。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂,其特征在于:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯12份、硬脂酸6份、松香乙酯33份、氢化松香甲酯22份、丙酸异丁酯13份、聚乙二醇18份、碳酸钠4份、硝酸锌6份、碳酸钾2份、丙酮18份和水195份,所述份数为质量份数。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括苯甲酸甲酯5-8份,所述份数为质量份数。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂,其特征在于:其原料组分还包括月桂酸2-3份,所述份数为质量份数。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括顺序相接的如下步骤:
A、将松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯加热搅拌熔融;
B、将失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和硬脂酸与水混匀,然后加热到90℃;
C、将步骤B所得物料在以40滴/min的速度滴入处于搅拌状态的步骤A所得物料中,转相成功后将剩余的步骤B所得物料一起倒入步骤A所得物料中;
D、将聚乙二醇、碳酸钠、硝酸锌和碳酸钾混匀,加入步骤C所得物料中;
E、丙酸异丁酯和丙酮混匀,加入步骤D所得物料中,并在温度为60-65℃、搅拌速度为1500-1600r/min的条件下,继续搅拌10-15分钟,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤C中的搅拌速度为1800-1900r/min。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:若原料组分还包括苯甲酸甲酯和月桂酸,则苯甲酸甲酯在步骤A中与松香乙酯和氢化松香甲酯一起加热搅拌熔融;月桂酸在步骤B中与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和硬脂酸一起与水混匀。
9.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的防止针织物起球的处理剂的应用,其特征在于:防止针织物起球的处理剂的用量为每克针织物0.02-0.03克。
