本发明公开了一种复合流涎PET层的泡沫板及其制备方法,其特征在于,它包括发泡基板及其上覆设的面膜,面膜包括经过二次拉伸增强的表面涂覆有热封性涂层或复合有PS膜层的流涎PET层。本发明结构简单,制备方便,相比于同类型的产品,耗能更低,性能更加优越。

复合流涎PET层的泡沫板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及广告板技术领域,尤其是涉及一种泡沫板及其制备方法。
背景技术
发泡广告板已广泛使用于室内广告制作,国内每月消耗几千万张标准板,其中90%以上用于裱贴带自粘胶的喷画膜。目前,聚苯乙烯发泡广告板的面料都是采用HIPS面膜或多层复合面膜,为了降低成本,生产商都要把面料越做越薄,但是面料拉薄后,整体强度大幅度降低,以致使用性能变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅结构简单,节约材料,力学性能好,而且产品减薄后整体强度不降反而有所提升的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种产品减薄后整体强度不降反而有所提升的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,其特征在于,它包括发泡基板及其上覆设的面膜,面膜包括经过二次拉伸增强的表面涂覆有热封性涂层或复合有PS膜层的流涎PET层。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述流涎PET层涂覆有热封性涂层,并通过热复合方式将热封性涂层复合到发泡基板表面。
所述流涎PET层通过胶粘剂粘贴PS膜层,并通过热复合方式将PS膜层复合到发泡基板表面。
进一步地,所述发泡基板的正面与背面均覆设有流涎PET层。
一种复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,它是先在可热拉伸的流涎PET片表面先涂覆热封性涂层或复合PS膜层,然后通过拉伸热复合工序,将流涎PET片拉伸后覆设于泡沫基板表面。
进一步地,所述PS膜层是通过胶粘剂粘贴于流涎PET片表面。
进一步地,所述拉伸热复合过程中流涎PET片是由热辊进行二次拉伸和热复合。
进一步地,流涎PET片的送入速度为V1,热辊的转动速度为V2,V1小于V2,流涎PET片在送入热辊与泡沫基材之间的压合点前被升温、拉伸,进入压合点后速度达到V2与泡沫基材焊贴在一起,冷却后切成成品。
进一步地,所述流涎PET片的送入速度与热辊的转动速度比例为V1=1/3-1/4V2
所述拉伸热复合工序所采用的流涎PET片是取自PET片卷,在流涎PET片的拉伸热复合过程,是先将PET片卷活动设置在PET片卷送料支撑架上,使其可通过转动送料;然后,将PET片卷的一端固定,使其在往泡沫基板表面送料过程中,通过热辊加热拉伸,挤压复合到泡沫基板表面。
进一步地,所述泡沫基板的上下方分别设置热辊,同时进行泡沫基板的正面与背面的流涎PET层的拉伸热复合。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用在可热拉伸的流涎PET片表面涂覆热封性涂层或复合PS膜,使之能与泡沫板加热后粘合,而且在与泡沫板成型时的热复合工序中,拉伸复合一步完成,特别是经过二次拉伸增强的流涎PET片,不仅使板材整体强度不降反而有所升高,在生产过程中可尽量减薄,材料可最省,强度却保持良好,使产品性能得到保障,这是目前任何的发泡广告板无法相比的。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
本发明是一种复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,它包括发泡基板及其上覆设的面膜,面膜包括经过二次拉伸增强的表面涂覆有热封性涂层或复合有PS膜层的流涎PET层,经过二次拉伸的流延PET层的强度特性数倍增加,大幅度节省成本。
实施例1
如图1、图3所示,本实施例中,发泡基板1采用PS泡沫板,发泡基板1的正面与背面均覆设有流涎PET片2。流涎PET片2涂覆有热封性涂层3,并通过热复合方式将热封性涂层复合到发泡基板表面。其中,热封性涂层一般是采用热熔胶。
在加工过程中,它是先在可热拉伸的流涎PET片表面先涂覆热封性涂层或复合PS膜层,然后通过拉伸热复合工序,将流涎PET片拉伸后覆设于泡沫基板表面。
进一步地,所述拉伸热复合过程中流涎PET片是由热辊4进行拉伸和热复合。流涎PET片的送入速度为V1,热辊的转动速度为V2,V1小于V2,流涎PET片在送入热辊与泡沫基材之间的压合点前被升温、拉伸,进入压合点后速度达到V2与泡沫基材焊贴在一起,冷却后切成成品。其中,流涎PET片的送入速度与热辊的转动速度比例为V1=1/3-1/4V2
进一步地,如图5所示,所述拉伸热复合工序所采用的流涎PET片是取自PET片卷,在流涎PET片的拉伸热复合过程,是先将PET片卷活动设置在PET片卷送料支撑架上,使其可通过转动送料;然后,将PET片卷的一端固定,使其在往泡沫基板表面送料过程中,通过热辊加热拉伸,挤压复合到泡沫基板表面。其中,泡沫基板的上下方分别设置热辊4,同时进行泡沫基板的正面与背面的流涎PET片2的拉伸热复合。
实施例2
如图2、图4所示,本实施例中,发泡基板1采用PS泡沫板,发泡基板的正面与背面均覆设有流涎PET片2。流涎PET片2通过胶粘剂5粘贴PS膜层6,并通过热复合方式将PS膜层复合到发泡基板表面。
本发明的流涎PET片分子取向低,加热软化后可大幅拉薄,同时分子取向后拉伸强度更高,故在不破损的情况下可尽量加大拉伸率,可获得成本最低化。而现有的聚苯乙烯泡沫广告板采用的任何面料,拉伸性比流涎PET差很多,而且原有厚度受多层复合限制而无法减薄,加上拉伸率不高和拉薄后总强度下降快,所以成本居高不下,加上废次品难以回收处理,更加凸显出本技术方案的优势。
值得注意的是,目前市面上的PET薄片都是经过双向拉伸的,已经无法再拉伸,因此,本技术方案在其表面涂覆热封性涂层或复合PS膜,使之能与泡沫板加热后粘合。流涎PET片在与泡沫板成型时的热复合工序中,拉伸复合一步完成,充分利用了流涎PET片在加热后的十分优秀的二次拉伸性能,可拉薄4倍以上,在拉伸后,分子聚向二使拉伸强度增加4-10倍,臂塑料中强度最优秀的PC还高3倍,是PE膜的9倍,与铝膜强度相当。所以,面料厚度拉薄厚整体强度不降反而有所升高。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,其特征在于,它包括发泡基板及其上覆设的面膜,面膜包括经过二次拉伸增强的表面涂覆有热封性涂层或复合有PS膜层的流涎PET层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,其特征在于,所述流涎PET层涂覆有热封性涂层,并通过热复合方式将热封性涂层复合到发泡基板表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,其特征在于,所述流涎PET层通过胶粘剂粘贴PS膜层,并通过热复合方式将PS膜层复合到发泡基板表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板,其特征在于,所述发泡基板的正面与背面均覆设有流涎PET层。
5.一种与权利要求1-5任意一项所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板对应的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,它是先在可热拉伸的流涎PET片表面先涂覆热封性涂层或复合PS膜层,然后通过拉伸热复合工序,将流涎PET片拉伸后覆设于泡沫基板表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PS膜层是通过胶粘剂粘贴于流涎PET片表面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述拉伸热复合过程中流涎PET片是由热辊进行拉伸和热复合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,流涎PET片的送入速度为V1,热辊的转动速度为V2,V1小于V2,流涎PET片在送入热辊与泡沫基材之间的压合点前被升温、拉伸,进入压合点后速度达到V2与泡沫基材焊贴在一起,冷却后切成成品;所述流涎PET片的送入速度与热辊的转动速度比例为V1=1/3-1/4V2
9.根据权利要求5所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述拉伸热复合工序所采用的流涎PET片是取自PET片卷,在流涎PET片的拉伸热复合过程,是先将PET片卷活动设置在PET片卷送料支撑架上,使其可通过转动送料;然后,将PET片卷的一端固定,使其在往泡沫基板表面送料过程中,通过热辊加热拉伸,挤压复合到泡沫基板表面。
10.根据权利要求7所述的复合流涎PET层的泡沫板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述泡沫基板的上下方分别设置热辊,同时进行泡沫基板的正面与背面的流涎PET层的拉伸热复合。
