Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于染料混合的装置，包括7字形支架，支架顶部通过转轴连接反应器，所述反应器顶部设有入料口和入液口，反应器底部设有出料口，出料口底部外侧设有盖板。本发明与传统技术相比，将反应器顶部固定于转轴上，旋转混合时始终只有一个出料口向下，通过加设盖板防止了转动时可能的漏液，极大限度的避免了在旋转混合时漏液的可能。

本发明属于染料化工领域，具体涉及一种用于染料混合的装置。
背景技术
染料一般在使用时与水按比例混合成溶液，由于染料大多不规则固体颗粒，在与水混合搅拌时不易溶解充分，需要用搅拌器来充分拌匀。一般的搅拌混合装置多采用上下滚动的形式，但是由于染料入口与入液口很难同时密闭，时间一长上下滚动时就容易漏液。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于染料混合的装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种用于染料混合的装置，包括7字形支架，支架顶部通过转轴连接反应器，所述反应器顶部设有入料口和入液口，反应器底部设有出料口，出料口底部外侧设有盖板。
其中，所述转轴与反应器焊接连接。
其中，所述转轴与反应器连接处之间设有橡胶圈。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，将反应器顶部固定于转轴上，旋转混合时始终只有一个出料口向下，通过加设盖板防止了转动时可能的漏液，极大限度的避免了在旋转混合时漏液的可能。

如图1所示的一种用于染料混合的装置，包括7字形支架1，支架1顶部通过转轴2连接反应器3，所述反应器3顶部设有入料口4和入液口5，反应器3底部设有出料口6，出料口6底部外侧设有盖板7，所述转轴2与反应器3焊接连接，转轴2与反应器3连接处之间设有橡胶圈7。

1.一种用于染料混合的装置，其特征在于，包括7字形支架（1），支架（1）顶部通过转轴（2）连接反应器（3），所述反应器（3）顶部设有入料口（4）和入液口（5），反应器（3）底部设有出料口（6），出料口（6）底部外侧设有盖板（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于染料混合的装置，其特征在于，所述转轴（2）与反应器（3）焊接连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于染料混合的装置，其特征在于，所述转轴（2）与反应器（3）连接处之间设有橡胶圈（7）。
