一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,涉及同轴电缆领域,该电缆由内导体、塑料绝缘体、屏蔽层和外层护套组成,所述绝缘体选用聚四氟乙烯材料,护套选用聚全氟乙丙烯材料,通过选择合适的工艺流程,制得的电缆柔软、弹性好,且具有优良的绝缘性、耐高温性、耐候性、低温性能、耐磨性及耐挠曲性,反复折叠不易开裂。且制备工艺简单、易实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及同轴电缆领域,具体涉及一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法。
背景技术
在现行技术中,同轴电缆大多由内导体、塑料绝缘体、网状屏蔽体和外皮组成,其制备流程包括:内导体的拉丝、管绞,塑料绝缘体的挤包,网状屏蔽体的缠包以及外皮的包覆工艺等。传统电缆的保护套多采用聚氯乙烯塑料,其存在弹性差、柔软度差等缺陷。且同轴电缆的传统工艺工序繁多,制备流程长,成本较高,尺寸精度偏低,一定程度上限制了同轴电缆高性能的发挥。
发明内容
根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,制得的电缆柔软、弹性好,且具有优良的绝缘性、耐高温性、耐候性、低温性能、耐磨性及耐挠曲性,反复折叠不易开裂。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将7根直径为0.03mm±0.01的镀银铜丝,通过绞合工艺加工成束,制得直径为0.16-0.24mm的缆芯导体;
步骤二:将聚四氟乙烯树脂放入温度为32-35℃、湿度为30%的环境中熟化10h;
步骤三:熟化完成后的聚四氟乙烯树脂加入压料机上压料,得胚料;
步骤四:推挤机预热后,将坯料压入推挤机中挤出,使缆芯导体外附着一层绝缘层,再进入冷却装置冷却固化,所述的推挤机的温度为360℃,速度为4m/min;
步骤五:采用轧纹铜管工艺,经过焊接、轧纹后,形成屏蔽层,并套设在绝缘层外部;
步骤六:使用高温挤出机将聚全氟乙丙烯树脂,通过380℃的高温挤出,附着在屏蔽层上得护套层,待护套层冷却固化后制成电缆。
优选的,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂中及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-5%的阻燃剂。
进一步优选的,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
优选的,所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-3%的抑烟剂。
进一步优选的,所述的抑烟剂为八钼酸铵。
优选的,步骤四中所述的推挤机锥台的锥角为20°,模套锥形孔的锥角为20°,锥形孔内表面光洁度为12以上。
优选的,步骤三中所述的压料机的压力控制在2-5mpa。
优选的,步骤四中所述推挤机的缸筒预热温度为30-40℃,磨具预热温度50-60℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,通过选择合适的工艺流程,制得的电缆柔软、弹性好,且具有优良的绝缘性、耐高温性、耐候性、低温性能、耐磨性及耐挠曲性,反复折叠不易开裂。且制备工艺简单、易实现。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将7根直径为0.03mm±0.01的镀银铜丝,通过绞合工艺加工成束,制得直径为0.16-0.24mm的缆芯导体;
步骤二:将聚四氟乙烯树脂放入温度为32-35℃、湿度为30%的环境中熟化10h;
步骤三:熟化完成后的聚四氟乙烯树脂加入压料机上压料,得胚料,所述压料机的压力控制在2-5mpa;
步骤四:推挤机预热,缸筒预热温度为30-40℃,磨具预热温度50-60℃,预热后将坯料压入推挤机中挤出,使缆芯导体外附着一层绝缘层,再进入冷却装置冷却固化,所述的推挤机的温度为360℃,速度为4m/min,锥台的锥角为20°,模套锥形孔的锥角为20°,锥形孔内表面光洁度为12以上;
步骤五:采用轧纹铜管工艺,经过焊接、轧纹后,形成屏蔽层,并套设在绝缘层外部;
步骤六:使用高温挤出机将聚全氟乙丙烯树脂,通过380℃的高温挤出,附着在屏蔽层上得护套层,待护套层冷却固化后制成电缆。
所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂中及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-5%的氢氧化铝阻燃剂。
所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-3%的八钼酸铵抑烟剂。

Claims (8)

1.一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将7根直径为0.03mm±0.01的镀银铜丝,通过绞合工艺加工成束,制得直径为0.16-0.24mm的缆芯导体;
步骤二:将聚四氟乙烯树脂放入温度为32-35℃、湿度为30%的环境中熟化10h;
步骤三:熟化完成后的聚四氟乙烯树脂加入压料机上压料,得胚料;
步骤四:推挤机预热后,将坯料压入推挤机中挤出,使缆芯导体外附着一层绝缘层,再进入冷却装置冷却固化,所述的推挤机的温度为360℃,速度为4m/min;
步骤五:采用轧纹铜管工艺,经过焊接、轧纹后,形成屏蔽层,并套设在绝缘层外部;
步骤六:使用高温挤出机将聚全氟乙丙烯树脂,通过380℃的高温挤出,附着在屏蔽层上得护套层,待护套层冷却固化后制成电缆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂中及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-5%的阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚全氟乙丙烯树脂及聚四氟乙烯树脂中均添加2%-3%的抑烟剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抑烟剂为八钼酸铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤四中所述的推挤机锥台的锥角为20°,模套锥形孔的锥角为20°,锥形孔内表面光洁度为12以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚四氟乙烯绝缘耐高温同轴电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三中所述的压料机的压力控制在2-5mpa。
