Abstract

本发明公开一种胶带用雾面防静电涂层,所述雾面防静电涂层由下列质量百分含量的组分组成:硅石颗粒5%、平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇23.5 %、平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂40 %、聚乙二醇 15%、环甲基硅氧烷6.5%、1‑羟基环己基苯基甲酮‑光引发剂184 为10%;所述雾面防静电涂层采用紫外线波段为280nm~350nm,照度为1200mW/cm2;所述硅石颗粒的粒径为由激光衍射·散射法测定的粒度分布中粒径在0.1~2μm和1.5~5μm的范围内分别具有峰值、且平均粒径为4μm或以下。本发明提高了膜表面防静电性能,且既大大提高了雾面效果,又保证了固化效果。

Description

胶带用雾面防静电涂层
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电涂层,特别涉及一种胶带用雾面防静电涂层。
背景技术
现有离型纸一般是在离型纸底纸层的表面淋膜一层淋膜层(采用的材料主要有聚乙烯),然后在淋膜层的表面涂布一层离型剂涂层(采用的材料主要为硅油)得到离型纸。但是由于淋膜层平整度高,离型剂涂层与淋膜层之间附着力差,当离型纸与涂覆有高粘度粘合剂的贴膜贴附时,容易导致离型纸上的离型剂涂层被粘附力更大的粘合剂带走,从而在贴膜的局部表面形成难以清理掉的离型剂涂层区域,破坏了贴膜整体的纯净、一致性。而且由于生产过程静电过大,导致离型涂布层局部不平整,不仅影响产品剥离力稳定性,而且容易产生静电火花导致火灾。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种胶带用雾面防静电涂层,该胶带用雾面防静电涂层又提高了膜表面防静电性能,且同时也提高了耐刮性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种雾面防静电涂层,所述雾面防静电涂层用于离型纸,所述雾面防静电涂层由下列质量百分含量的组分组成:
硅石颗粒 5%,
平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇 23.5 %,
平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂 40 %,
聚乙二醇 15%,
环甲基硅氧烷 6.5%,
1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184 10%;
所述硅石颗粒的粒径为由激光衍射·散射法测定的粒度分布中粒径在0.1~2μm和1.5~5μm的范围内分别具有峰值、且平均粒径为4μm或以下;
所述雾面防静电涂层材料采用紫外线波段为280nm~350nm,照度为1200mW/cm2,对所述雾面防静电涂层进行照射,使所述组分在1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184的作用下进行聚合反应得到所述雾面防静电涂层材料。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的方案如下:
1、上述方案中,所述紫外线波段为315nm~320nm。
2、上述方案中,所述薄膜层是聚乙烯薄膜层或者聚氯乙烯层、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层、聚丙烯薄膜层中的一种。
3、上述方案中,所述硅石颗粒为1.8~2微米。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、本发明抗刮伤雾面防静电离型纸,其采用20~30 %平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇和30~40 %平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂聚合而成的聚氨酯树脂后并与环甲基硅氧烷4~8%混合,平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇和平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂中的链提高了膜表面防静电性能,且同时也提高了耐刮性能;其多元醇丙烯酸酯单体具有500~2000的平均分子量,如果分子量小于500,膜的耐磨性趋于降低,如果平均分子量超过2000,固化成膜时适用性变差。如果多元醇丙烯酸酯单体特别为乙二醇,考虑到吸水能力,本发明选择平均分子量为200~1000的聚乙二醇,利用了其优越的吸收结合水的能力,进一步提高了防静电效果。由于这种多元醇丙烯酸单体具有特别优越的吸收结合水形式的水的能力,具有防静电效果,多元醇丙烯酸酯单体全部可以使用这种单体。
2、本发明首先对薄膜层的表面涂布雾面防静电涂层,经雾面防静电涂层通过配方和工艺处理后的表面具有若干均匀凹凸结构和防静电效果,然后在此表面涂布硅离型剂涂层涂层,硅离型剂涂层涂层的底面在液态下渗入所述雾面防静电涂层表面的凹缺处,硅离型剂涂层涂层在凝固后通过凹缺处与雾面防静电涂层固定相连,因此,结合力更加牢固、可靠。而且由于防静电处理,可以消除静电对硅油涂布不稳定带来的影响,离型剥离力会很稳定,也避免生产过程静电火花的发生。
3、本发明中采用光引发剂1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮引发,主要是考虑其在波段为320-400nm紫外光照射下,可瞬间固化成膜,可达到深层固化,具有很好的平整性和强度。所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184,是一种高效不黄变的紫外光引发剂,用于引发不饱和预聚体系的UV聚合反应,其质量含量为5~10 %。
4、本发明抗刮伤雾面防静电离型纸,所述硅石颗粒为粒径为由激光衍射·散射法测定的粒度分布中粒径在0.1~2μm和1.5~5μm的范围内分别具有峰值、且平均粒径为4μm或以下的硅石颗粒,既大大提高了雾面效果,又保证了固化效果。
5、本发明中紫外光的功率采用1200mW/cm2,主要是功率若低于1200mW/cm2,膜不完全固化,耐磨性降低;若功率若高于1200mW/cm2,影响膜平整度,适用性下降。采用紫外线波段为320~400nm,照度为1200mW/cm2,对所述雾面涂层剂进行照射,使所述组分在本发明特定作为光引发剂的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮的作用下进行聚合反应得到雾面涂层,厚度为4~10μm,具有防静电效果,再在所述雾面涂层的表面涂覆一层离型剂涂层得到雾面离型层。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种胶带用雾面防静电涂层,离型纸中薄膜层一表面涂布一层厚度为0.2~2微米的雾面防静电涂层,雾面防静电涂层另一表面涂覆有硅油层;所述雾面防静电涂层与硅油层接触的表面具有若干凹凸点;
所述雾面防静电涂层由下列质量百分含量的组分组成:
硅石颗粒 5%,
平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇 23.5 %,
平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂 40 %,
聚乙二醇 15%,
环甲基硅氧烷 6.5%,
1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184 10%;
所述硅石颗粒的粒径为由激光衍射·散射法测定的粒度分布中粒径在0.1~2μm和1.5~5μm的范围内分别具有峰值、且平均粒径为4μm或以下;
所述雾面防静电涂层采用紫外线波段为280nm~350nm,照度为1200mW/cm2,对所述雾面防静电涂层进行照射,使所述组分在1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184的作用下进行聚合反应得到雾面防静电涂层。
雾面离型纸由淋膜层、离型纸原纸、胶粘剂层、薄膜层、雾面防静电涂层和离型剂涂层六层依次层叠构成,所述雾面防静电涂层与离型剂涂层接触的表面的表面粗糙度为2.821μm~3.324μm。测试标准:ISO4287:1998。粗糙度测试仪:北京时代峰科技有限公司生产的 TR200手持式粗糙度仪。
所述雾面防静电涂层为聚酯雾面涂层。首先对离型纸原纸的一面淋膜材质为PE的淋膜层,另一面涂布一层胶粘剂层,再在胶粘剂层上贴合一层薄膜层,然后在薄膜层的表面涂布雾面防静电涂层(材质为聚酯),经处理后表面具有若干均匀凹凸结构,然后在此表面涂布硅离型离型剂涂层,硅离型离型剂涂层的底面在液态下渗入所述雾面防静电涂层表面的凹缺处,硅离型离型剂涂层在凝固后通过凹缺与雾面防静电涂层固定相连,因此,结合力更加牢固、可靠。而且还可以通过调节雾面防静电涂层的雾度(即粗糙度),来自由调整硅离型离型剂涂层与离型纸原纸之间剥离力的大小。
性能指标如表1所示:

(1)、外观评价 :通过目视观测对外观、透明度和裂纹的存在进行评价。没有问题的膜被评定为令人满意(O),有问题的膜被评定为不令人满意(X);
(2)、手戳 将离型层面手戳10次,无消光为合格,消光为不合格;
(3)、百格测试 百格刀测试无脱落为合格产品,脱落为不合格产品;
(4)、剥离电压 用滚轮将胶带压接(1公斤来回,速度0.3m/min)于离型膜面,其后,用手快速剥离(10m/min),用静电场测试仪(型号:SIMCO FMX-003)读取胶带粘离型膜面的剥离静电压的最大值,静电压小于0.3KV为合格产品,静电压大于0.3KV为不合格产品;
(5)、表面阻抗值 用表面电阻测试仪G面两根平行铜电极置于样品表面任一处,按下黑色A键,等候30秒左右,LED显示测试处电阻,环境温湿度,作记录。显示表面电阻<1.0E+10Ω/sq,(65%RH,23℃)为合格;显示表面电阻> 1.0E+10Ω/sq,(65%RH,23℃)不合格。
(6)耐磨性测试 在钢丝面(#0000)的500g/cm2的加压下对硬涂层面摩擦30次后,对没有伤痕记作O,对有伤痕记作X。
(7)铅笔硬度测试 按照GB/T 6739-2006评价硬质涂层薄膜的铅笔硬度。

1.一种胶带用雾面防静电涂层,其特征在于:所述雾面防静电涂层用于离型纸,所述雾面防静电涂层由下列质量百分含量的组分组成:
硅石颗粒 5%,
平均分子量为500~2000的丙烯酸多元醇 23.5 %,
平均分子量为200~2500的聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂 40 %,
聚乙二醇 15%,
环甲基硅氧烷 6.5%,
1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184 10%;
所述硅石颗粒的粒径为由激光衍射·散射法测定的粒度分布中粒径在0.1~2μm和1.5~5μm的范围内分别具有峰值、且平均粒径为4μm或以下;
所述雾面防静电涂层材料采用紫外线波段为280nm~350nm,照度为1200mW/cm2,对所述雾面防静电涂层进行照射,使所述组分在1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮-光引发剂184的作用下进行聚合反应得到所述雾面防静电涂层材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雾面防静电涂层,其特征在于:所述薄膜层是聚乙烯薄膜层或者聚氯乙烯层、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜层、聚丙烯薄膜层中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的雾面防静电涂层,其特征在于:所述紫外线波段为315nm~320nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的雾面防静电涂层,其特征在于:所述硅石颗粒为1.8~2微米。
