石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的准二维材料,所以又叫做单原子层石墨,石墨烯常见的粉体生产的方法为机械剥离法、氧化还原法、SiC外延生长法,薄膜生产方法为化学气相沉积法,由于其十分良好的强度、柔韧、导电、导热、光学特性,在物理学、材料学、电子信息、计算机、航空航天等领域都得到了长足的发展,作为目前发现的最薄、强度最大、导电导热性能最强的一种新型纳米材料,石墨烯被称为“黑金”,是“新材料之王”,科学家甚至预言石墨烯将“彻底改变21世纪”,极有可能掀起一场席卷全球的颠覆性新技术新产业革命。
人们为了提高衣服的柔顺性,会在衣服生产过程中加热石墨烯,但现有的石墨烯织物由于阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电不好,从而不利于人们的穿着。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

优选的,所述步骤B中,多活性基活性染料用纯水溶解,将步骤A得到的改性氧化石墨烯加入活性染料溶液中,常温下超声处理,值得氧化石墨烯活性染料。
优选的,所述多活性基染料与溶解用纯水的质量比为1:13~20,改性氧化石墨烯与多活性基活性染料的质量比为1:2~4,超声处理时间为10~15h。
优选的,所述步骤D中,将步骤C所得的氧化石墨烯棉织物用还原剂进行还原,并用纯水清洗后烘干得到石墨烯棉织物。
优选的,所述氧化石墨烯织物与还原剂的质量比为0.2:0.3~1,还原剂的浓度为12~20g/L,还原温度为45~70℃,还原时间为20~36h,烘干温度为60~130℃,烘干时间为3.5~5h。
优选的,所述步骤E中,将步骤D得到的石墨烯棉织物加入阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂,并混合搅拌后烘干,且阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂与水的比例为1:0.2:1.2:100~200,烘干温度为60~100℃,烘干时间为3~5h。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、氧化石墨烯改性;
B、改性氧化石墨烯与活性染料复合;
C、氧化石墨烯织物的制备;
D、还原氧化石墨烯织物;
E、对织物进行表面处理。
步骤B中,多活性基活性染料用纯水溶解,将步骤A得到的改性氧化石墨烯加入活性染料溶液中,常温下超声处理,值得氧化石墨烯活性染料。
多活性基染料与溶解用纯水的质量比为1:13~20,改性氧化石墨烯与多活性基活性染料的质量比为1:2~4,超声处理时间为10~15h。
步骤D中,将步骤C所得的氧化石墨烯棉织物用还原剂进行还原,并用纯水清洗后烘干得到石墨烯棉织物。
氧化石墨烯织物与还原剂的质量比为0.2:0.3~1,还原剂的浓度为12~20g/L,还原温度为45~70℃,还原时间为20~36h,烘干温度为60~130℃,烘干时间为3.5~5h。
步骤E中,将步骤D得到的石墨烯棉织物加入阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂,并混合搅拌后烘干,且阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂与水的比例为1:0.2:1.2:100~200,烘干温度为60~100℃,烘干时间为3~5h。
阻燃剂包括尿素、硼砂、磷酸铵、二乙烯基三胺、氢氧化铝、氧化锌、三氧化二锑和十二烷基硫酸钠,且其重量份数的组分为:尿素5~12份;硼砂20~30份;磷酸铵15~30份;二乙烯基三胺12~22份;氢氧化铝7~12份;氧化锌3~7份;三氧化二锑2~8份;十二烷基硫酸钠1~3份。
防紫外线剂包括二氧化硅、沸石、2,4- 二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N- 二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、胍类抗菌剂、2,4,4′- 三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚、8-羟基喹啉铜、铝锆酸酯偶联剂和聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,且其重量份数的组分为:二氧化硅50~75份;沸石3~7份;2,4- 二羟基二苯甲酮7~12份;N,N- 二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍10~15份;胍类抗菌剂1~3份;2,4,4′- 三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚3~8份;8-羟基喹啉铜0.2~1份;铝锆酸酯偶联剂0.5~1.2份;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂0.3~0.7份。
使用时,将步骤D得到的石墨烯棉织物加入阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂,可有效提高本石墨烯织物的阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电能力,在保障人们穿着舒适度的同时,也提高了人们穿着的安全性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、氧化石墨烯改性;
B、改性氧化石墨烯与活性染料复合;
C、氧化石墨烯织物的制备;
D、还原氧化石墨烯织物;
E、对织物进行表面处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中,多活性基活性染料用纯水溶解,将步骤A得到的改性氧化石墨烯加入活性染料溶液中,常温下超声处理,值得氧化石墨烯活性染料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述多活性基染料与溶解用纯水的质量比为1:13~20,改性氧化石墨烯与多活性基活性染料的质量比为1:2~4,超声处理时间为10~15h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤D中,将步骤C所得的氧化石墨烯棉织物用还原剂进行还原,并用纯水清洗后烘干得到石墨烯棉织物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述氧化石墨烯织物与还原剂的质量比为0.2:0.3~1,还原剂的浓度为12~20g/L,还原温度为45~70℃,还原时间为20~36h,烘干温度为60~130℃,烘干时间为3.5~5h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤E中,将步骤D得到的石墨烯棉织物加入阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂,并混合搅拌后烘干,且阻燃剂、防紫外线剂和防静电剂与水的比例为1:0.2:1.2:100~200,烘干温度为60~100℃,烘干时间为3~5h。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂包括尿素、硼砂、磷酸铵、二乙烯基三胺、氢氧化铝、氧化锌、三氧化二锑和十二烷基硫酸钠,且其重量份数的组分为:尿素5~12份;硼砂20~30份;磷酸铵15~30份;二乙烯基三胺12~22份;氢氧化铝7~12份;氧化锌3~7份;三氧化二锑2~8份;十二烷基硫酸钠1~3份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防紫外线剂包括二氧化硅、沸石、2,4- 二羟基二苯甲酮、N,N- 二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、胍类抗菌剂、2,4,4′- 三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚、8-羟基喹啉铜、铝锆酸酯偶联剂和聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,且其重量份数的组分为:二氧化硅50~75份;沸石3~7份;2,4- 二羟基二苯甲酮7~12份;N,N- 二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍10~15份;胍类抗菌剂1~3份;2,4,4′- 三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚3~8份;8-羟基喹啉铜0.2~1份;铝锆酸酯偶联剂0.5~1.2份;聚丙烯酸钠分散剂0.3~0.7份。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨烯织物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述防静电剂包括硅石、丙烯酸多元醇、聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂、聚乙二醇、环甲基硅氧烷和1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮- 184光引发剂,且其重量份数的组分为:硅石20~30份;丙烯酸多元醇15~25份;聚氧化烯系列多元醇的树脂10~20份;聚乙二醇13~25份;环甲基硅氧烷1~3份;1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮- 184光引发剂2~10份。
