本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂25~35份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂25~35份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷3~8份、肌醇六磷酸酯10~15份、锌粉3~5份、石墨烯3~5份、光引发剂5~13份、活性稀释剂7~12份、增稠剂3~5份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~2.5份。涂料具有良好的防锈、抗锈性能,同时具备防水性,可以进一步有效避免生锈,加入有石墨烯,使烯涂料的附着力更加牢固,更具有超耐久性,使得涂料耐擦洗,抗裂纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种光固化金属涂料。
背景技术
光固化涂料由于具有固化时间短、固化温度低、挥发分低等优点,几乎占据了整个涂料市场,被广泛的应用于各个领域。
金属结构表面防止腐蚀生锈,最简单的方法便是采用涂料保护,但是现有的涂料在防锈性能、附着力、耐久性、耐擦洗、防水性等方面存在各种不足。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种光固化金属涂料,能够在潮湿环境下长久使用,且有效防止细菌滋生。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂25~35份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂25~35份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷3~8份、肌醇六磷酸酯10~15份、锌粉3~5份、石墨烯3~5份、光引发剂5~13份、活性稀释剂7~12份、增稠剂3~5份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~2.5份。
作为优选,一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂30份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5份、肌醇六磷酸酯13份、锌粉4份、石墨烯4份、光引发剂8份、活性稀释剂10份、增稠剂4份、流平剂0.4份、防沉剂0.4份、消泡剂1.5份
所述的光引发剂为1-羟基-环己基苯基甲酮,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,二苯甲酮中的一种或两种以上组合物。
本发明所述的光固化金属涂料选用阴离子丙烯酸树脂能与锈层中的活泼有害成分反应,生产稳定的抑制化合物,可以使锈层成为涂料中有效的保护填料;聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂含有一定量游离氰氧根离子,使涂料具有优良的耐水性;涂料中加入异丁基三乙氧基硅烷,其具有的小分子结构可穿透胶结性表面,渗透到混凝土内部与暴露在酸性或碱性环境中的空气及基底中的水分子发生化学反应,形成永久牢固的高环保防水层,深层渗透, 抑制水分吸收,产生防水、防Cl-、抗紫外线的性能且具有透气性;加入石墨使烯涂料的附着力更加牢固,更具有超耐久性,使得涂料耐擦洗,抗裂纹;加入锌粉,具有比金属更低的电极电位,有效的防止电化学腐蚀对金属造成的损失。

实施例1:一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂30份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5份、肌醇六磷酸酯13份、锌粉4份、石墨烯4份、1-羟基-环己基苯基甲酮8份、活性稀释剂10份、增稠剂4份、流平剂0.4份、防沉剂0.4份、消泡剂1.5份。
实施例2:一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂35份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂35份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷8份、肌醇六磷酸酯15份、锌粉5份、石墨烯5份、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮13份、活性稀释剂12份、增稠剂5份、流平剂0.6份、防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂2.5份。
实施例3:一种光固化金属涂料,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂25份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂25份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷3份、肌醇六磷酸酯10份、锌粉3份、石墨烯3份、1-羟基-环己基苯基甲酮2份、二苯甲酮3份、活性稀释剂7份、增稠剂3份、流平剂0.3份、防沉剂0.2份、消泡剂1份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光固化金属涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为:聚氨酯甲酸酯树脂30份、阴离子丙烯酸树脂30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷5份、肌醇六磷酸酯13份、锌粉4份、石墨烯4份、光引发剂8份、活性稀释剂10份、增稠剂4份、流平剂0.4份、防沉剂0.4份、消泡剂1.5份。
3.所述的光引发剂为1-羟基-环己基苯基甲酮,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮,二苯甲酮中的一种或两种以上组合物。
