Abstract
本发明涉及清洁领域,尤其是一种用于金属的清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1~1.5份、纳米锌0.5~1.5份、纳米二氧化钛1.5~3.5份、皂角提取液1.5~3份、乙酸0.5~2份、肌醇六磷酸酯0~1.5份。可有效针对金属进行清洁、除菌、除锈,同时可以保护金属器具,防治生锈。

本发明涉及清洁领域,尤其是一种用于金属的清洁剂。
背景技术
清洁剂广泛应用于清洁过程中。金属器具广泛存在于人们生活中,金属在使用过程中容易出现生锈状况,锈迹一般难以消除。
现有的清洁剂并没有专门针对金属而设置,不能实现对金属的有效清洁。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出了一种金属清洁剂,可以有效清洁金属。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种金属清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1~1.5份、纳米锌0.5~1.5份、纳米二氧化钛1.5~3.5份、皂角提取液1.5~3份、乙酸1.5~3.5份、肌醇六磷酸酯1.5~2.5份。
作为优选,一种金属清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1.2份、纳米锌1份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、皂角提取液2.3份、乙酸2.5份、肌醇六磷酸酯2份。
本发明所述的清洁剂能够有效针对金属进行清洁,同时有效除锈,加入肌醇六磷酸酯,能在表面与金属迅速螯合,形成一层致密的单分子络合物保护膜,可有效抑制金属的腐蚀,达到良好防锈效果;加入锌粉,具有比金属更低的电极电位,有效的防止电化学腐蚀对金属造成的损失。加入有纳米二氧化钛具有光催化效应,有效去除细菌,且具有一定自洁性。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种金属清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1.2份、纳米锌1份、纳米二氧化钛2.5份、皂角提取液2.3份、乙酸2.5份、肌醇六磷酸酯2份。
实施例2:一种金属清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1份、纳米锌0.5份、纳米二氧化钛1.5份、皂角提取液1.5份、乙酸0.5份、肌醇六磷酸酯1.5份。
实施例3:一种金属清洁剂,其原料按重量份计为:水100份、硅酸钠1.5份、纳米锌1.5份、纳米二氧化钛3.5份、皂角提取液3份、乙酸2份、肌醇六磷酸酯2.5份。
