Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆防污剂,所述电缆防污剂为1‑[1‑(3‑氟苯基)‑5‑甲基‑1H‑吡唑‑4‑基]‑N,N‑双{[1‑(1,3‑噻唑‑2‑基)‑1H‑吡咯‑2‑基]甲基}乙胺。本发明所述的电缆防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种电缆防污剂。
背景技术
随着人类工业的发展,防污技术的应用变得日益广泛。在人类使用过的所有防污技术中,使用防污涂料是最成熟、最经济、应用最广泛的一种方法。20世纪70年代研制的有机锡自抛光防污涂料因其高效和光谱性而获得了广泛应用。但随后的研究表明有机锡会危害生态及人类的健康。传统的涂料都是以有机溶剂作为溶剂,会释放出有机挥发性气体(VOC),污染环境及伤害工人的身体健康。因此,开发高效低毒、无毒、水性化的防污涂料就成了未来防污涂料必然的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电缆防污剂。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种电缆防污剂,其特征在于,所述电缆防污剂为1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
本发明还提供1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺在用作电缆防污剂中的用途。
优选地,所述防污剂可以制成粉末。
本发明所述的电缆防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取丙烯酸酯乳液(型号DC-W10,购自北京德昌伟业建筑工程技术有限公司)25千克、1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺2千克、铁红2千克、EFKA 6745 3千克、BD-3032 2千克、滑石粉2千克、羟乙基纤维素2千克和水110千克,在250r/min下充分搅拌混合30分钟,倒入锥形磨中进行研磨,得到颜料浆,称取道康宁DC-65添加剂1.5千克和醇酯-12 3千克,在500r/min搅拌下缓慢加入到颜料浆中,搅拌50min,过滤,出料,即得。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备电缆防污水性涂料,不同之处在于不使用1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
实验例
150×70×2mm的低碳钢板作为试样底板,经打磨和除锈处理后,丙酮除油。将实施例中制备的涂料涂刷到上面,使之形成防污涂层。采用上海梭伦信息科技有限公司的SL200D型接触角测试仪,采用悬滴法(海水)对所述防污涂层进行了接触角的测试。结果表明,实施例1的防污涂料的接触角能够达到163°,而实施例2的防污涂料的接触角仅仅为109°,两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。接触角越大,防污性越强,由此可见,本发明的涂料具有较强的防污性。

1.一种电缆防污剂,其特征在于,所述电缆防污剂为1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
2.1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺在用作电缆防污剂中的用途。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用途,其特征在于,所述防污剂可以制成粉末。
