本发明涉及一种电缆防污水性涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液10‑50份、防污剂1‑5份、颜料1‑5份、分散剂1‑5份、润湿剂1‑5份、滑石粉1‑5份、消泡剂1‑5份、增稠剂1‑5份、成膜助剂1‑5份和水50‑150份。本发明所述的电缆防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。

一种电缆防污水性涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种电缆防污水性涂料。
背景技术
随着人类工业的发展,防污技术的应用变得日益广泛。在人类使用过的所有防污技术中,使用防污涂料是最成熟、最经济、应用最广泛的一种方法。20世纪70年代研制的有机锡自抛光防污涂料因其高效和光谱性而获得了广泛应用。但随后的研究表明有机锡会危害生态及人类的健康。传统的涂料都是以有机溶剂作为溶剂,会释放出有机挥发性气体(VOC),污染环境及伤害工人的身体健康。因此,开发高效低毒、无毒、水性化的防污涂料就成了未来防污涂料必然的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电缆防污水性涂料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液10-50份、防污剂1-5份、颜料1-5份、分散剂1-5份、润湿剂1-5份、滑石粉1-5份、消泡剂1-5份、增稠剂1-5份、成膜助剂1-5份和水50-150份。
优选的,本发明所述的电缆防污水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液25份、防污剂2份、颜料2份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份、滑石粉2份、消泡剂1.5份、增稠剂2份、成膜助剂3份和水110份。
更优选地,所述防污剂为1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
更优选地,所述颜料为铁红。
更优选地,所述分散剂为EFKA 6745。
更优选地,所述润湿剂为BD-3032。
更优选地,所述消泡剂为道康宁DC-65添加剂。
更优选地,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
更优选地,所述成膜助剂为醇酯-12。
本发明所述的电缆防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取丙烯酸酯乳液(型号DC-W10,购自北京德昌伟业建筑工程技术有限公司)25千克、1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺2千克、铁红2千克、EFKA 6745 3千克、BD-3032 2千克、滑石粉2千克、羟乙基纤维素2千克和水110千克,在250r/min下充分搅拌混合30分钟,倒入锥形磨中进行研磨,得到颜料浆,称取道康宁DC-65添加剂1.5千克和醇酯-12 3千克,在500r/min搅拌下缓慢加入到颜料浆中,搅拌50min,过滤,出料,即得。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备电缆防污水性涂料,不同之处在于不使用1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
实验例
150×70×2mm的低碳钢板作为试样底板,经打磨和除锈处理后,丙酮除油。将实施例中制备的涂料涂刷到上面,使之形成防污涂层。采用上海梭伦信息科技有限公司的SL200D型接触角测试仪,采用悬滴法(海水)对所述防污涂层进行了接触角的测试。结果表明,实施例1的防污涂料的接触角能够达到163°,而实施例2的防污涂料的接触角仅仅为109°,两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。接触角越大,防污性越强,由此可见,本发明的涂料具有较强的防污性。

Claims (9)

1.一种电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液10-50份、防污剂1-5份、颜料1-5份、分散剂1-5份、润湿剂1-5份、滑石粉1-5份、消泡剂1-5份、增稠剂1-5份、成膜助剂1-5份和水50-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液25份、防污剂2份、颜料2份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份、滑石粉2份、消泡剂1.5份、增稠剂2份、成膜助剂3份和水110份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述防污剂为1-[1-(3-氟苯基)-5-甲基-1H-吡唑-4-基]-N,N-双{[1-(1,3-噻唑-2-基)-1H-吡咯-2-基]甲基}乙胺。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述颜料为铁红。
5.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为EFKA 6745。
6.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为BD-3032。
7.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为道康宁DC-65添加剂。
8.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
9.根据权利要求2所述的电缆防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为醇酯-12。
