Abstract
本发明涉及一种防污水性涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液50‑120份、无机增稠剂20‑30份、流平剂10‑30份、润湿剂20‑30份、消泡剂10‑30份、成膜剂20‑30份、防污剂10‑30份和水100‑300份。本发明所述的防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种防污水性涂料。
背景技术
随着人类工业的发展,防污技术的应用变得日益广泛。在人类使用过的所有防污技术中,使用防污涂料是最成熟、最经济、应用最广泛的一种方法。20世纪70年代研制的有机锡自抛光防污涂料因其高效和光谱性而获得了广泛应用。但随后的研究表明有机锡会危害生态及人类的健康。传统的涂料都是以有机溶剂作为溶剂,会释放出有机挥发性气体(VOC),污染环境及伤害工人的身体健康。因此,开发高效低毒、无毒、水性化的防污涂料就成了未来防污涂料必然的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防污水性涂料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种防污水性涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液50-120份、无机增稠剂20-30份、流平剂10-30份、润湿剂20-30份、消泡剂10-30份、成膜剂20-30份、防污剂10-30份和水100-300份。
优选地,本发明所述的防污水性涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液90份、无机增稠剂25份、流平剂20份、润湿剂25份、消泡剂20份、成膜剂25份、防污剂20份和水200份。
更优选地,所述无机增稠剂为硅藻土。
更优选地,所述流平剂为丁基纤维素。
更优选地,所述润湿剂为BD-3032。
更优选地,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
更优选地,所述成膜剂为醇酯十二。
更优选地,所述防污剂为5-氯-4-[1-(3-氟苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑-6-基]-N-[2-(5-甲基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)乙基]吡啶-2-胺。
本发明所述的防污水性涂料具有较好的防污效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取丙烯酸酯乳液(型号DC-W10,购自北京德昌伟业建筑工程技术有限公司)90千克、硅藻土25千克、丁基纤维素20千克、BD-303225千克、聚二甲基硅氧烷20千克、5-氯-4-[1-(3-氟苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑-6-基]-N-[2-(5-甲基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)乙基]吡啶-2-胺20千克和水200千克,在500r/min下充分搅拌混合20分钟,倒入锥形磨中进行研磨,过100目筛,然后加入醇酯十二25千克,在900r/min、温度55℃下搅拌30分钟,冷却至室温即得。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备防污水性涂料,不同之处在于不使用5-氯-4-[1-(3-氟苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑-6-基]-N-[2-(5-甲基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)乙基]吡啶-2-胺。
实验例
150×70×2mm的低碳钢板作为试样底板,经打磨和除锈处理后,丙酮除油。将实施例中制备的涂料涂刷到上面,使之形成防污涂层。采用上海梭伦信息科技有限公司的SL200D型接触角测试仪,采用悬滴法(海水)对所述防污涂层进行了接触角的测试。结果表明,实施例1的防污涂料的接触角能够达到169°,而实施例2的防污涂料的接触角仅仅为113°,两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。接触角越大,防污性越强,由此可见,本发明的涂料具有较强的防污性。
Claims (8)
1.一种防污水性涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液50-120份、无机增稠剂20-30份、流平剂10-30份、润湿剂20-30份、消泡剂10-30份、成膜剂20-30份、防污剂10-30份和水100-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸酯乳液90份、无机增稠剂25份、流平剂20份、润湿剂25份、消泡剂20份、成膜剂25份、防污剂20份和水200份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述无机增稠剂为硅藻土。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为丁基纤维素。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为BD-3032。
6.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
7.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为醇酯十二。
8.根据权利要求2所述的防污水性涂料,其特征在于,所述防污剂为5-氯-4-[1-(3-氟苄基)-1H-苯并咪唑-6-基]-N-[2-(5-甲基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-基)乙基]吡啶-2-胺。
