本发明是一种净味除醛乳胶漆,属于乳胶漆技术领域。
背景技术
乳胶漆是乳胶涂料的俗称,诞生于二十世纪七十年代中下期,是以丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为代表的一大类合成树脂乳液涂料。乳胶漆是水分散性涂料,它 是以合成树脂乳液为基料,填料经过研磨分散后加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料。乳胶漆具备了与传统墙面涂料不同的众多优点,如易于涂刷、干燥迅速、漆膜耐水、耐擦洗性好等。在我国,人们习惯上把合成树脂乳液为基料,以水为分散介质,加入颜料、填料(亦称体质颜料)和助剂,经一定工艺过程制成的涂料,叫做乳胶漆,也叫乳胶涂料。
但是现有技术中的乳胶漆其除醛效果不好。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种净味除醛乳胶漆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种净味除醛乳胶漆,由以下原料构成:原料A:水、防腐剂、防冻剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂,原料B:煅烧高岭土、钛白粉、纤维素、膨润土、重钙、滑石粉、水,原料C:除醛乳液、乳液,原料D:消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、AMP95、功能助剂、流变助剂。
进一步地,由以下原料构成:原料A:水、防腐剂、防冻剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂,原料B:煅烧高岭土、R369钛白粉、35000纤维素、膨润土、CC1250重钙、滑石粉、水,原料C:8162除醛乳液、8016乳液,原料D:消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、AMP95、L60流变助剂、6050流变助剂、QQ功能助剂、U601流变助剂。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,有良好的耐候性和耐污染性,有较好的厚度、光泽、耐水性、耐碱性,对常见微生物、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌及酵母菌、霉菌等具有杀灭和抑制作用,具有除醛效果。

作为本发明的一个实施例:所述防冻剂为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2一二氯乙烷、二甲基亚砜、甲酰胺、氯化钙、醋酸钠以及氯化镁中的一种。
作为本发明的一个实施例:将高岭土配制成固体气量40%左右的矿浆,加入分散剂后,添加有研磨介质的研磨机内,研磨后、过筛,再经沉淀分级即得原料中的煅烧高岭土。
作为本发明的一个实施例:在原料D中,所述防腐剂为山梨酸及其盐类。
作为本发明的一个实施例:由以下步骤制备:由以下步骤制备:先在搅拌容器中计量投入水233kg,然后在低速状态下依次投入防腐剂0.5kg、防冻剂12kg、分散剂5kg、润湿剂1kg、消泡剂2.5kg、成膜助剂15kg,使其分散均匀,然后在中高速状态下按照顺序投入煅烧高岭土50kg、R369钛白粉200kg、35000纤维素2kg、膨润土0.5kg、CC1250重钙125kg、滑石粉50kg,用刮刀将边缘粉料刮出,然后取水5kg清洗容器边后高速分散30分钟,至细度50um以下后中速状态加入水5kg,然后在中速状态下加入8162除醛乳液250kg、8016乳液30kg,分散均匀,然后再加入消泡剂2kg、防腐剂1.8kg、防霉剂2.5kg、AMP951.5kg、L60流变助剂2kg、6050流变助剂2kg、QQ功能助剂0.3kg、U601流变助剂1.4kg,中速搅拌10分钟后获得成品。
作为本发明的一个实施例:本发明的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,有良好的耐候性和耐污染性,有较好的厚度、光泽、耐水性、耐碱性,对常见微生物、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌及酵母菌、霉菌等具有杀灭和抑制作用,具有除醛效果。
作为本发明的一个实施例:通过上述实施例做成的成品送入国家化学建筑材料测试中心进行检测后,得出检测结果为:其游离甲醛的检测结果小于5mg/kg,达到了GB18582-2008《室内装饰装修材料 内墙涂料中有害物质限量》水性墙面涂料的技术指标要求。

Claims (7)
1.一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:由以下原料构成:原料A:水、防腐剂、防冻剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂,原料B:煅烧高岭土、钛白粉、纤维素、膨润土、重钙、滑石粉、水,原料C:除醛乳液、乳液,原料D:消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、AMP95、流变助剂、功能助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:原料A:水、防腐剂、防冻剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂,原料B:煅烧高岭土、R369钛白粉、35000纤维素、膨润土、CC1250重钙、滑石粉、水,原料C:8162除醛乳液、8016乳液,原料D:消泡剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、AMP95、L60流变助剂、6050流变助剂、QQ功能助剂、U601流变助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:采得硅酸镁盐类矿物滑石族滑石后,去净泥土、杂石,或将滑石块刮净,用粉碎机粉碎,过细筛后,得原料中的滑石粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2一二氯乙烷、二甲基亚砜、甲酰胺、氯化钙、醋酸钠以及氯化镁中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:将高岭土配制成固体气量40%左右的矿浆,加入分散剂后,添加有研磨介质的研磨机内,研磨后、过筛,再经沉淀分级即得原料中的煅烧高岭土。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:在原料D中,所述防腐剂为山梨酸及其盐类。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种净味除醛乳胶漆,其特征在于:由以下步骤制备:先在搅拌容器中计量投入水233kg,然后在低速状态下依次投入防腐剂0.5kg、防冻剂12kg、分散剂5kg、润湿剂1kg、消泡剂2.5kg、成膜助剂15kg,使其分散均匀,然后在中高速状态下按照顺序投入煅烧高岭土50kg、R369钛白粉200kg、35000纤维素2kg、膨润土0.5kg、CC1250重钙125kg、滑石粉50kg,用刮刀将边缘粉料刮出,然后取水5kg清洗容器边后高速分散30分钟,至细度50um以下后中速状态加入水5kg,然后在中速状态下加入8162除醛乳液250kg、8016乳液30kg,分散均匀,然后再加入消泡剂2kg、防腐剂1.8kg、防霉剂2.5kg、AMP951.5kg、L60流变助剂2kg、6050流变助剂2kg、QQ功能助剂0.3kg、U601流变助剂1.4kg,中速搅拌10分钟后获得成品。
