本发明公开了一种研磨治具,包括夹具机构和研磨机构,所述夹具机构具有T型凹槽,所述T型凹槽具有窄的颈部和宽的底部,所述底部两侧均装有待磨工件,所述研磨机构具有沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动的抵压部、与抵压部相连的研磨头和动力装置,所述研磨头与待磨工件接触,动力装置带动抵压部和研磨头沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动。本发明的研磨治具能够对小片材端面进行较好的研磨,且研磨质量均一度高。

一种研磨治具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种研磨治具,属于研磨用设备技术领域。
背景技术
为了去除玻璃、金属板件等切割后在表面形成的细小毛刺,需对工件表面进行研磨,特别是对于尺寸不大的小玻璃片材,由于端面小,为了提高研磨效果,达到统一的研磨质量,减少残次品,对装夹工件的夹具及研磨治具都有较高的要求,因此急需一种针对小片材端面的研磨装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种研磨治具,该研磨治具能够对小片材端面进行较好的研磨,且研磨质量均一度高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种研磨治具,包括夹具机构和研磨机构,所述夹具机构具有T型凹槽,所述T型凹槽具有窄的颈部和宽的底部,所述底部两侧均装有待磨工件,所述研磨机构具有沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动的抵压部、与抵压部相连的研磨头和动力装置,所述研磨头与待磨工件接触,动力装置带动抵压部和研磨头沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动。
优选地,沿所述T型凹槽的长度方向还设有导向杆,所述导向杆上设有能够沿导向杆滑动的滑套,所述滑套上端与抵压部相接,下端与研磨头相接。
优选地,所述T型凹槽长度方向的两端各具有一止挡部。
优选地,所述夹具机构为圆柱形,所述夹具机构固于工作台面上。
优选地,所述抵压部最大宽度大于T型凹槽颈部的宽度。
优选地,所述动力装置为电机、气缸或手轮。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
使用时,先将待磨工件裝于T型凹槽底部两侧,然后将研磨机构的研磨头深入T型凹槽内,并与待磨工件需要研磨的端面相接触,启动动力装置,动力装置带动研磨机构的抵压部沿T型凹槽长度方向滑动,此时研磨头也随之滑动进行研磨。
本发明的研磨治具能够对小片材端面进行较好的研磨,且研磨质量均一度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-2所示,一种研磨治具,包括夹具机构1和研磨机构3,夹具机构1具有T型凹槽2, T型凹槽2具有窄的颈部21和宽的底部22,T型凹槽2的底部22两侧均装有若干待磨工件5,研磨机构3具有沿T型凹槽2长度方向滑动的抵压部31、与抵压部31相连的研磨头32和动力装置,研磨头32与待磨工件5接触,动力装置带动抵压部31和研磨头32沿T型凹槽2长度方向滑动。以上所称动力装置为电机。
具体地,待磨工件5沿T型凹槽2长度方向排列,共包括两列,其中每列待磨工件5需要研磨的端面相对。待磨工件5可以通过胶粘或其他方式固定。
为了便于研磨产生的粉末排除,防止堵塞,在研磨头32下方的T型凹槽2底部22开有排屑槽6。
沿T型凹槽2的长度方向还设有导向杆4,导向杆4上设有能够沿导向杆4滑动的滑套33,滑套33上端与抵压部31相接,下端与研磨头32相接。导向杆4进一步保证研磨过程中研磨头32运行的稳定性。
T型凹槽2长度方向的两端各具有一止挡部7。止挡部7用于在抵压部31滑动过程中对其定位。
夹具机构1为圆柱形,夹具机构1固于工作台面上。
抵压部31最大宽度大于T型凹槽2颈部21的宽度。

1.一种研磨治具,包括夹具机构和研磨机构,其特征在于,所述夹具机构具有T型凹槽,所述T型凹槽具有窄的颈部和宽的底部,所述底部两侧均装有待磨工件,所述研磨机构具有沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动的抵压部、与抵压部相连的研磨头和动力装置,所述研磨头与待磨工件接触,动力装置带动抵压部和研磨头沿所述T型凹槽长度方向滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种研磨治具,其特征在于,沿所述T型凹槽的长度方向还设有导向杆,所述导向杆上设有能够沿导向杆滑动的滑套,所述滑套上端与抵压部相接,下端与研磨头相接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种研磨治具,其特征在于,所述T型凹槽长度方向的两端各具有一止挡部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种研磨治具,其特征在于,所述夹具机构为圆柱形,所述夹具机构固于工作台面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种研磨治具,其特征在于,所述抵压部最大宽度大于T型凹槽颈部的宽度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种研磨治具,其特征在于,所述动力装置为电机、气缸或手轮。
