技术领域
本发明涉及一种既无需绒毛浆载体定位高分子树脂,也无需粘胶剂定位高分子树脂的前提下,且能够将高分子树脂充分定位,高分子树脂吸液性能得到完全发挥,同时又能有效地降低吸收体自身厚度,实现高分子吸收体大面制作与分切的超薄吸收体复合无纺布及制作方法,属吸收体制造领域。
背景技术
CN 104367418A、名称“一种复合吸收芯体”,包括表层、底层和设置于所述表层和所述底层之间的中间吸收层,所述中间吸收层上开设有多个纵向穿孔,在所述纵向穿孔中填充有高分子吸水树脂。其不足之处:由于由间吸收层为纵向穿孔,无法将高分子树脂兜住,需专门兜底层,无法实现大面积复合无纺布芯体的制作分切。
CN101797201A、名称“高分子复合芯体”,其特征在于设有无尘纸表层、无尘纸底层和膨松无纺布层,膨松无纺布层设于无尘纸表层与无尘纸底层之间且与无尘纸表层和无尘纸底层胶粘剂胶接,膨松无纺布层内均匀渗有吸水树脂。其不足之处:一是由于高分子树脂无法均匀与与膨松无纺布结合,造成所制作的高分子复合芯体吸收在吸收液体后所形成的面高低不平,使使用者感觉不适;二是由于采用膨松无纺布用于固定高分子树脂的基材,不仅厚,而且无法有效地对高分子树脂实现定位。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既无需绒毛浆载体定位高分子树脂,也无需粘胶剂定位高分子树脂的前提下,且能够将高分子树脂充分定位,高分子树脂吸液性能得到完全发挥,同时又能有效地降低吸收体自身厚度,实现高分子吸收体大面制作与分切的超薄吸收体复合无纺布及制作方法。
设计方案:为了实现本发明的设计目的。1、打孔立体面无纺布的孔内填有高分子树脂材的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:由于打孔无纺布形成的孔被上大下小的锥形孔所密布,该该密布的锥形孔由于孔口大于1.5mm、小于5mm,锥形孔的孔底孔小于1mm,因此不仅能够有效地将高分子树脂兜住,有效地提高了单位面积内高分子树脂的容积量,而且能够可靠性将高分子树脂定位,使高分子树脂均匀地分布在打孔无纺布上,从而不仅使所制得的吸收体具有超薄、吸收量大的特点,而且锥形孔的高分子树脂在吸收液体后,由于其锥形孔与锥形孔的下部留有空间(见图1),使锥形孔内吸液后的高分子树脂具有良好的膨胀空间形、形成横向膨胀,有效地减少了吸收体厚度的增加。2、多层打孔立体面无纺布中的打孔立体面无纺布与打孔立体面无纺布之间喷有或涂有条状或螺旋状胶迹的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:条状或大螺旋状胶迹的设计,既可以使多层打孔立体面无纺布之间粘合,又可以极大地减少胶对高分子树脂的包裹,使高分子树脂吸液性能得到充分的发挥。3、多层打孔立体面无纺布中的孔叠加或错位排列的设计,是本发明的技术特征之三。这样设计的目的在于:它可以根据使用者排出液量的大小,形成大、中、小三种不同吸液量的吸收体复合无纺布,既满足了不同需求者的需要,又避免了材料浪费。4、除面层和底层外,多层打孔立体面无纺布中的打孔立体面无纺布与打孔立体面无纺布之间置有无纺布或卫生纸的设计,是本发明的技术特征之四。这样设计的目的在于:由于位于打孔立体面无纺布与打孔立体面无纺布之间的无纺布或卫生纸既能够起到吸收液体的作用,又能够起到导流液体的作用,使过量液体不会集中下渗,而是经过导流漫渗四周面,避免了局部高分子树脂吸液明显凸起而给使用者带来的不适。5、分布在复合无纺布中的无纺布吸收芯体呈间距条状分布的设计,是本发明技术特征之五。这样设计的目的在于:由于本申请既可以制作所需宽度的条状超薄吸收体复合无纺布用于分割使用,又可以制作宽幅超薄吸收体复合无纺布,以达到降低制造成本,提高生产效果的目的。当制作宽幅超薄吸收体复合无纺布时,本申请按照生卫巾、婴儿尿裤、成人失禁裤吸收体所需宽度在所制造成宽幅超薄吸收体复合无纺布面上一次排列有多条间距分布的无纺布吸收芯体,该间距部通过超声波焊接、电加热热熔粘接、胶粘等多种方式将分布在复合无纺布中的无纺布吸收芯体呈间距部焊接、热熔粘接、胶粘,使条状无纺布吸收芯体两侧密封,防止分切后高分子树脂的掉落,然后采用机械刀切、激光切割、水刀切割方式分成条装以备运输及储存和使用。
技术方案1:一种超薄吸收体复合无纺布,底层上置有一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布且一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布的孔内填有高分子树脂,一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布的最上面置有面层。
技术方案2:一种超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,第一层打孔立体面无纺布位于底层上,将高分子树脂置入打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,然后将第二层打孔立体面无纺布铺在第一层打孔立体面无纺布的面上,再将高分子树脂置入第二层打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,以此类推,最后将面层复合在最上面打孔立体面无纺布上即可;或打孔立体面无纺布位于底层上,然后将高分子树脂置入打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,最后将面层复合在最上面打孔立体面无纺布上即可。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是无需绒毛浆作为高分子树脂的固定基材,不仅极大地降低了吸收体的厚度,而且解决了高分子树脂在绒毛浆上分布不均的难题;二是由于无需胶粘剂固定高分子树脂,从而使高分子树脂吸收量得到了充挥的发挥;三是实现了吸收体复合无纺布的大面积制造、分割、运输及在线使用,不仅极大地降低了制造成本,而且生产效率大幅度得到了提高。

实施例15:参照附图6和7。在实施例9的基础上,分布在复合无纺布中的无纺布吸收芯体呈间距条状分布且间距部6为粘接切断部,粘接的方式既可以是超声波粘接、电加热熔融粘接、胶粘接。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种超薄吸收体复合无纺布,其特征是:底层(4)上置有一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布(2)且一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布的孔内填有高分子树脂(3),一层或多层打孔立体面无纺布的最上面置有面层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布,其特征是:多层打孔立体面无纺布中的打孔立体面无纺布(2)与打孔立体面无纺布之间喷有或涂有条状或螺旋状的胶迹,或打孔立体面无纺布(2)与打孔立体面无纺布之间采用超声波点焊或线焊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布,其特征是:多层打孔立体面无纺布中的孔叠加或错位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布,其特征是:除面层(1)和底层(4)外,多层打孔立体面无纺布(2)中的打孔立体面无纺布与打孔立体面无纺布之间置有无纺布或卫生纸(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布,其特征是:分布在复合无纺布中的无纺布吸收芯体呈间距条状分布且间距部(6)为粘接切断部。
6.一种超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征是:底层置铺在输送带上,然后将第一层打孔立体面无纺布复在无纺布上,将高分子树脂置入打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,然后将第二层打孔立体面无纺布铺在第二层打孔立体面无纺布的面上,再将高分子树脂置入第二层打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,以此类推,最后将面层1复合在最上面打孔立体面无纺布上即可;
或底层置铺在输送带上,然后将打孔立体面无纺布复在无纺布上,将高分子树脂置入打孔立体面无纺布的锥形槽内,然后将面层复合在最上面打孔立体面无纺布上即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征是:多层打孔立体面无纺布中的打孔立体面无纺布2与打孔立体面无纺布之间喷有或涂有条状或螺旋状的胶迹,或打孔立体面无纺布(2)与打孔立体面无纺布之间采用超声波点焊或线焊。
8.根据权利要求6所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征是:多层打孔立体面无纺布中的孔叠加或错位。
9.根据权利要求6所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征是:除面层(1)和底层(4)外,多层打孔立体面无纺布(2)中的打孔立体面无纺布与打孔立体面无纺布之间置有无纺布或卫生纸(5)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的超薄吸收体复合无纺布的制作方法,其特征是:分布在复合无纺布中的无纺布吸收芯体呈间距条状分布且间距部(6)为粘接切断部。
