技术背景
雨生红球藻虾青素是一种类胡萝卜素,具有多种生理功效,其中一项重要作用是缓解运动疲劳,增强机体能量代谢。当机体运动时,肌肉会释放自由基,这些自由基若不被抗氧化剂及时处理,就会产生氧化压力,致使肌肉酸痛或肌肉组织的损伤。研究表明,虾青素可以作为一种抗氧化剂抑制自由基对机体的氧化损害作用。另外,口服虾青素还可以强化需氧代谢,增加肌肉力量和肌肉耐受力,迅速缓解运动疲劳,减轻剧烈运动后产生的迟发性肌肉疼痛。主要表现为:4mg/天,6个月后可增幅体力40%;4mg/天,2周后可延长持续运动的时间20%,以及减少运动后的乳酸堆积28.6%。
牛磺酸具有强心和抗心律失常的作用;肌醇是一种“生物活素”,参与体内的新陈代谢活动;人体缺乏赖氨酸会产生疲劳,虚弱,恶心,呕吐,头晕,没有食欲等症状;维生素参与身体各种代谢反应,缓解压力等作用;茶多酚具有抗氧化、提高人体免疫力、醒脑提神等多种功效。
疲劳产生的原因有多种,生理上的疲劳主要由以下三个方面造成:1)劳苦困乏;2)运动过度或刺激过强,细胞、组织或器官的机能或反应能力减弱;3)外力过强或作用时间过久而不能继续正常的反应。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,生产能够有效 抑制氧化损害的抗疲劳新产品。
本发明提供的抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法采用如下步骤:
1)将虾青素油乳化,获得虾青素油乳化液;
2)将配方原料加纯净水搅拌、混匀、溶解,获得配方液;
3)在步骤2)获得的配方液中加入黄原胶、槐豆胶后,悬浮化,获得配方胶液;
4)将步骤1)获得的虾青素油乳化液和步骤3)获得的配方胶液搅拌混匀及均质,获得抗疲劳虾青素饮料;
5)将步骤4)获得的抗疲劳虾青素饮料分装后进行灭菌处理,获得抗疲劳虾青素饮料产品。
步骤2)中的配方原料为牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、盐酸吡哆醇、维生素B12、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苯甲酸钠、食用香精、茶多酚、黄原胶、槐豆胶、橄榄油、维生素E。

黄原胶、槐豆胶的比例为1-9:0.1-5,在抗疲劳虾青素饮料中的总含量为0.01%-0.8%。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法所生产的产 品包含虾青素、B族维生素、茶多酚、肌醇、牛磺酸、赖氨酸等具有缓解疲劳症状和提神醒脑的成分,且虾青素油经乳化、微囊化和悬浮化后,能有效保护虾青素不易被氧化,该产品能够有效的抑制因身体疲劳产生的自由基对机体的氧化损害,是目前市场上没有的新产品。

实施例1:一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
1)将虾青素油乳化,获得虾青素含量为10份的虾青素油乳化液670份;
2)将10份牛磺酸、10份肌醇、10份赖氨酸、0.05份盐酸吡哆醇、0.0001份维生素B12、50份白砂糖、5份柠檬酸、10份柠檬酸钠、1份苯甲酸钠、10份食用香精、0.1份茶多酚、100份黄原胶、10份槐豆胶、1份橄榄油、0.1份维生素E与99000份纯净水搅拌、混匀、溶解,获得配方液;
3)在步骤2)获得的配方液中加入100份黄原胶、10份槐豆胶后,悬浮化,获得配方胶液;
4)取步骤1)获得的虾青素油乳化液与步骤3)获得的配方胶液搅拌混匀及均质,获得抗疲劳虾青素饮料;
5)将步骤4)获得的抗疲劳虾青素饮料分装后进行灭菌处理,获得抗疲劳虾青素饮料产品。
实施例2:一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
1)将虾青素油乳化,获得虾青素含量为500份的虾青素油乳化液4365份;

3)在步骤2)获得的配方液中加入200份黄原胶、100份槐豆胶后,悬浮化,获得配方胶液;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)中的配方原料为牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、盐酸吡哆醇、维生素B12、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苯甲酸钠、食用香精、茶多酚、黄原胶、槐豆胶、橄榄油、维生素E。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)配方原料中牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、盐酸吡哆醇、维生素B12、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苯甲酸钠、食用香精、茶多酚、黄原胶、槐豆胶、橄榄油、维生素E在抗疲劳虾青素饮料的含量分别为:0.01-0.5%、0.01-0.2%、0.01-0.8%、0.00005-0.01%、0.0000001-0.00001%、0.05-5%、0.005-1%、0.01-1%、0.001-0.1%、0.01-1%、0.0001-0.01%、0.001-0.5%、0.01-0.3%、0.001-0.2%、0.0001-0.05%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述虾青素在抗疲劳虾青素饮料的含量为0.01-1%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗疲劳虾青素饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述黄原胶、槐豆胶的比例为1-9:0.1-5,在抗疲劳虾青素饮料中的总含量为0.01%-0.8%。
