背景技术
衰老的机理是老年医学的研究热点,在机体衰老的过程中,氧自由基-脂质过氧化增加对细胞的损伤是重要原因之一。为此,抗氧化物质或抗氧化剂的补充也越来越多地受到人们的重视。及时清除自由基可抗衰老 自由基包括氧自由基、氢自由基和过氧化氢等,它们广泛存在于机体组织中。正常情况下,参与代谢的氧大多数与氢结合生成水,然而有4%~5%的氧将形成超氧阴离子,后者又可形成过氧化氢。自由基攻击细胞膜、线粒体膜牞与膜中的不饱和脂肪酸反应,造成脂质过氧化增强。脂质过氧化产物(MDA等)又可分解为更多的自由基,引起自由基的连锁反应。这样,膜结构的完整性受到破坏,引起脑细胞、肌肉细胞、肝细胞及亚细胞结构、线粒体、DNA、RNA等广泛损伤。 越来越多的研究显示,与老化相关的疾病和基因的突变,如癌症、动脉硬化、冠心病、糖尿病、白内障、老年痴呆症、关节炎等都同自由基的损伤相关。老化现象中特别让人担忧的是早老性痴呆,自由基对大脑海马体神经细胞的损害可能是导致脑功能丧失的原因之一。自由基侵害血管壁,造成低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的氧化则是所有心血管疾病的祸首;自由基侵害遗传因子,造成癌变的潜在因素。由此看来,保持机体足够的抗氧化物质,及时清除自由基是抗衰老的重要手段之一。 因此,抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品便应运而生,如中国专利CN200910086224就提供了“一种抗氧化防衰老的保健品”,其特点是选用迷迭香提取物、紫锥菊提取物和抗坏血酸、生育酚、和亚硒酸钠为原料制成的保健品,这种保健食品具有抗氧化、抗衰老、清除自由基、防治心脑血管疾病等作用。上述专利的不足之处是,所选用的原料中亚硒酸钠目前日美等发达国家已禁止在食品中添加亚硒酸钠等作为硒的营养补剂,因而其应用范围受到局限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现代营养学理论,采用全新的合理科学配方,配制具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品。补充抗氧化物质有利于减少自由基的产生或加速其清除,减缓衰老过程。对参加体力活动的老年人抗氧化剂就显得更为重要了。给人体补充天然富硒大豆蛋白粉、葡萄籽提取物、维生素E、维生素C、核桃粉、燕麦片等物质,可以起到抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用。
硒是机体抗氧化系统组成成分谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的必需成分,适当补硒可提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力,从而提高机体的抗氧化能力。同时,硒具有抗癌、保护心脏、抗肝坏死、防治近视和白内障、解毒、提高免疫力、延缓衰老和增强生殖功能等多种药理作用,被誉为“生命火种”、“心脏的守护神”和“抗癌之王”。 天然富硒大豆蛋白粉来源于江西省丰城市和高安市天然富硒土壤中所栽培的大豆中所得,产品中硒形态为有机态,有利于人体吸收利用,其生物功效远高于人工喷施获得的硒农作物,或在食物添加的硒化合物。
葡萄籽提取物是迄今发现的植物来源的最高效的抗氧化剂之一,体内和体外试验表明,葡萄籽提取物的抗氧化效果极佳,超强的抗氧化效率具有清除自由基、提高人体免疫力的强力效果。
维生素E是细胞膜内重要的抗氧化物和膜稳定剂。补充维生素E可以预防心脏疾病,减少动脉粥样硬化的发生。维生素E还可以通过直接清除毒性的自由基,保护脑组织不受氧化应激的损伤。维生素E的补充可以延缓衰老。 维生素C具有众多的生物学功能,如参加机体的氧化还原过程、造血、解毒等。对老年人来说,维生素C可以保护身体免受自由基的侵害,减少患癌症的危险,降低白内障的发生率。
燕麦富含蛋白质、钙、核黄素、硫胺素等成分,每日摄取适量的燕麦能加速人体新陈代谢,加速氨基酸的合成,促进细胞更新。
本发明的实现方案是以天然富硒大豆蛋白粉、葡萄籽提取物、维生素E、维生素C、核桃粉为主要原料,配以燕麦片为辅料,采取少量多次分级混合搅拌技术制成具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下工艺步骤实现的:
(1)每 100.0 kg组合物中包括天然富硒大豆蛋白粉6.0~10.0 kg、葡萄籽提取物 1.0~2.0 kg、维生素E 4.0~8.0 g、维生素C 100.0~200.0 g、核桃粉8.0~10.0 kg、燕麦片70.0~86.0 kg,在1kg大豆蛋白粉中硒的含量为250-300mg;
(2)按(1)的重量比例将燕麦片粉碎;
(3)按(1)的重量比例将天然富硒大豆蛋白粉、葡萄籽提取物、维生素E、维生素C、核桃粉和粉碎后燕麦片按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得到具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品。
本发明的有益效果是,制备具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品的原料易得,价格便宜,无不良毒副作用。该营养食品补充剂粉剂为淡黄色粉末,清香,酸甜适口,无异味,直接食用,也可加入牛奶粉和其他食品中,起到抗氧化和延缓衰老的功效。

取燕麦片81.843 kg粉碎过80目筛后与天然富硒大豆蛋白粉8.0kg、葡萄籽提取物 1.0 kg、维生素E 7.0 g、维生素C 150 g、核桃粉9.0 kg按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能的产品。

取燕麦片81.792 kg粉碎过80目筛后与天然富硒大豆蛋白粉7.0kg、葡萄籽提取物 2.0kg、维生素E 8.0 g、维生素C 200 g、核桃粉9.0 kg按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能的产品。
Claims (1)
1.一种具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品的制备方法,其特征是:
(1)每 100.0 kg组合物中包括天然富硒大豆蛋白粉6.0~10.0 kg、葡萄籽提取物 1.0~2.0 kg、维生素E 4.0~8.0 g、维生素C 100.0~200.0 g、核桃粉8.0~10.0 kg、燕麦片70.0~86.0 kg,在1kg大豆蛋白粉中硒的含量为250-300mg;
(2)按(1)的重量比例将燕麦片粉碎;
(3)按(1)的重量比例将天然富硒大豆蛋白粉、葡萄籽提取物、维生素E、维生素C、核桃粉和粉碎后燕麦片按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得到具有抗氧化和延缓衰老作用的功能食品。
